The 60 year old New York architect already accused of killing four women, is now accused of killing two more. Jessica Taylor and Sandra Castilla, the latest victims. Castilla not publicly associated with this case until now. Her murder extends the timeline of brutal Long Island killings all the way back to 1993. The last known victim of the Gilgo serial killer disappeared in 2010, police revealed morbid new details today of the alleged serial killers meticulous planning, including making lists of potential problems that could trip him up and how effectively to dispose of his victims. Natalie, as you guys pointed out, this murder investigation has taken some turns over the last couple of months with new police searches at Rex Heuermann home and in the woods of Manorville today, prosecutors revealed why those searches were ordered. It's all the result of an unexpected discovery that has changed the direction of this case. An alleged serial killer, Rex Heuermann stood silently in court today as prosecutors told a judge they had discovered a chilling computer document. Suffolk's DA called it Rex Heuermann blueprint for murder. His intent was specifically to locate these victims, to hunt them down and to bring them, to bring them under his control and to kill them, the DA says. The actual Gilgo murders matched to a large degree what's written in that document. It was found on a Heuermann laptop after prosecutors say he tried to delete it. Rex Heuermann was charged with Taylor's 2003 murder and the 1993 murder of Sandra Costilla, a woman not previously linked to the Gilgo case.
