how cool is this inside of a giant mailbox the world largest mailbox this is the view so I have made it into Ohio drove through the night I'm checking out this amazing place in Galloway Ohio at the I think it's the Battle Darby metro park but one of the coolest things about this place is it's a one of the first bison sanctuaries pretty awesome they're out there in the fields kind of hard to see them but they're definitely there it's not every day you get to see bison certainly not in Ohio so we're going to check it out see what we can see now what's interesting about this place is they started out I believe with six and now they're up to 12 I believe so that's pretty cool I mean one day they'll be up to 24 and then 48 and before you know you have a pretty good herd of these things so that's that's the king right there there's the whole crew so this has been pretty cool I mean it's unfortunate that they're not right next to the fence but it depends on when you come here sometimes they're hanging out here I think it's so hot today that they I think they just want to kind of hang out by the water which I don't blame them and speaking of being hot it is very hot today so I'm going to get in the truck cool off get on the road and I got some more cool stuff to see in Ohio and then I'm going to get into Indiana well lookey is looking at me so check this out so I'm in Cincinnati and driving through on my way to Indiana but I had to stop off here I've been here before this is such an amazing treehouse so cool so this is the entrance to the treehouse it's kind of cool you can walk right on to it and it's accessible for everybody in fact that's the name of it it's called everybody's tree house so everybody who can come here and it's um you know any young old wheelchairs everybody can get onto this thing so it's it's very cool it's really well built till now right now it's dark in here but there is a light that comes on I guess a little bit later on I love this place I've been in here before I took a picture of it if you follow me on Instagram there's a picture of it a dusk this place is it's pretty fantastic I mean think about like back when you were a kid how cool would it be to have a treehouse like this I think it'd be pretty excellent I just love the way it's built - with the roof the way that it is pretty amazing so like I said this is Cincinnati so if you want to come here for yourself if you're in the Ohio area just google the Mount Airy forest I think it is and then everybody's tree house it will come right up but it's pretty cool and there's lights on at night so it's very it's a beautiful little Park so look at this sunset welcoming me into beautiful Indiana pretty cool so I'm in Casey Illinois and this town is amazing it's filled with world largest everything world largest wind chime world largest rocking chair tons of stuff so this place is really interesting look at the detail on this amazing really beautifully made this is incredible I don't even know how big it is maybe there's a little plaque that explains how big this thing is but so anyway yes I kind of dropped through the night last night so I basically just drove through Indiana at night so there's really nothing from Indiana here i big plans for Indiana so I'll be back I'm just trying to kind of get out more west as quick as possible not really a time crunch but I just want to be out there I have some big plans for there but I had to stop off here there's really nothing like this place regular wind chime the world's largest wind chime you can even ring it or you can make a chime see [Music] sort of works the way it's supposed to that is amazing world largest pencil right down to the tips world largest bird cage wow that's loud you can actually come in here and sit on the swing and swing around in here like you're a bird in a bird cage pretty cool I'm loving this one so this is the world largest mailbox even has the flap thing to open and close it complete with the u.s. mail pretty cool oh yeah you can see this there's a flag right on the side amazing think you can go up inside this - I've never been inside a mailbox before how cool is this inside of a giant mailbox the world largest mailbox this is the view very cool oh you can actually mail stuff right look drop your mail on the slot postage is necessary that's pretty cool so you can actually use it it actually functions as a real mail box pretty cool and of course the world largest ruler reminding you to check out big things small town calm that is one big ruler and they have the world's largest golf tee here pretty cool pretty unassuming but still very cool still in the you don't see this everyday category for sure very cool has the name right up there the KC Country Club I got one one more to see and last but not least is the world largest pitchfork that is cool this is the work of one man who started this big things small town and it was a way to revitalize the town of Casey type of route 66 type of thing where Casey sits on route 40 which no one really uses anymore because everybody is on the major highway so this is an attempt to get people back to to using highway 40 so these things are going to eventually be all over all along the the area to get people to come down here and it I guarantee it's working I was talking to somebody at the golf course and she said I was the two hundred and fiftieth person to come in today and look at the giant e which is pretty cool so it's working it gets people here apparently there's more businesses opening up so these things are really cool they're drawing in a lot of people that want to see them and it's pretty interesting it's fun you know you come down the street and you see a giant chair puts a smile on your face and it gets you into the town very very interesting all right moving on so I had to stop off in Springfield Illinois to visit this guy Abraham Lincoln this is his tomb right here I guess the thing to do is to rub Abe's nose and make a wish like I tell you what my wish is oh so Lincoln's remains have a long and odd history of being exhumed and moved a number of times over the years partially due to monument construction and partially due to attempted grave robbery so I'm not sure why but this is completely blocked off so you can't you can't go up there anymore you can't go up to see his actual statue and everything but but you can definitely go inside so we're going to go in right now this is inside the tomb incredible sculptures so President Lincoln's remains or below this about ten feet down below this so Lincoln was assassinated in 1865 but this is not exactly where he went right away they still had to build this incredible monument so I'm going to take you down to the vault where he was for a very short period of time very cool look at this Wow so this was the original bolt that held President Lincoln's remains it was just a temporary volt until they could build the the memorial on the big bolt about up on the hill so his remains were in here from May 4th to December 21st in 1865 that you kind of see inside there's some there are a lot of really interesting pictures online that that show this place show the guards Oak Ridge pretty incredible that is amazing so check this out this is an interesting roadside attraction in Lincoln Illinois pretty cool says world's largest covered wagon look at that the rail splitter actually has a door to get up inside there and everything but they ask that people do not climb in there so I'm not going to looks like it's AG actual it looks like it's built pretty accurately coming from someone who has no idea how to build a wagon but it looks looks pretty good alright so I'm getting back on the road I'll be in Iowa probably tonight as I make my way across the country so hopefully you guys like this vlog if you did definitely follow me along on my journey I'm traveling all over the country checking out amazing places and cool roadside attractions like this and I'll see you my next adventure thanks guys
