America you voted and tonight we will Crown America's Best Dance Crew last week our three remaining Crews put everything on the line to try and clench a spot in tonight's live finale I'll see y'all at the top finale babies status quo came out on top by a razor thin March and it was very you gotta tighten it up that left the two Powerhouse Crews Jabberwockies and Cabo modern who threw down in the most intense Battle of the Season we had our best performance ever the Cava pulled off a solid performance but jabberwocky's turned the competition on its head and kept going and going and going and Cobble modern had to say bye bye bye now we're down to our final two Crews Jabberwockies and Status Quo America voted in the polls closed only moments ago we've got we've got results tonight every crew is back to rock the stage one more time and we reveal who takes home the hundred thousand dollar grand prize and who you have crowned America's Best Dance Crew [Applause] foreign [Applause] finale of America's Best Dance Crew the voting just officially ended and check this out we received a record-breaking third and this is it people the moment we've been building up to all season we're about to Crown our champion during the last eight weeks we've seen the hottest dance crews from around the country battle each other on our stage now let's welcome back all of our eliminated Crews [Applause] New Jersey's iconic from Miami live in color ladies from Hollywood fish and chips [Applause] [Music] [Applause] represent the O.C complementing [Applause] out of all the incredible contenders two Crews Rose to the top ladies and gentlemen these are the finalists [Applause] that is congratulations to both of you on making it all the way to the finals now I want to ask our expert panel of judges to look back on the rise of these two amazing Crews Master choreographer Mr Shane Sparks please tell us about status quo's Journey yo status quo when I look at y'all y'all remind me when I was younger like when I look at y'all see Cruz that I used to battle Crews that I used to dance with it was times when we didn't have food it was times when we didn't have money but on Friday night we was ready to battle and that's all that mattered you know what I mean it's like status quo to me y'all the epitome of a street Dance Crew the epitome and I respect that thank you for that it's one thing that y'all did this year and on this season that killed me it was when like I think your ankle was hurt I don't know if it was broke or spring or whatever but it was killing you and y'all was like almost eliminated and then what happened was y'all came back the next week y'all did the sickest routine and you flipped off the stage and I need y'all to show me right now hold up all right look it wasn't the flip that got me it was the look on your face right there that look on your face you were saying we are status Chrome and we are America's Best Dance Crew That's what you was representing that day brother the one and only Lil Mama whose new album by the way voice of the young people drops April 29th [Applause] Jabbawockeez then raining Kevin and Prince the Jabbawockeez you guys have set the bar I know it you know it America knows it from your gloves to your mask it's the birth of a new culture I wanna no I want to go into a clip from the first episode Cruise Choice as JC would say you guys had intricate movement and your theatrical style is something that has blown us away as I hold on [Applause] when the trends that you set every day that show that you are changing our country America you ah the future [Applause] please break down both of our finalists well look man I mean regardless of who wins here tonight I mean I I have to agree with America these are the two most talented groups on the show without a doubt um status quo you guys are are just masters of stunt work you guys you you dance uh incredibly now I want to go into a clip uh real fast you guys did this thing it was a jump rope move and what I loved about this move is four of you incorporated into this stunt and only you guys could have pulled something this fun off and I loved every minute of it now Jabbawockeez [Applause] listen you guys are not only technicians but you guys are magicians I'm gonna go on to another clip right here random you're doing a flare on the side of the stage here but you take it a step further this move's athletic you catch this scarf out of the midair it's incredible I mean it really is Magic and everybody at home is wondering how did he pull that off and I really believe that you know I hate seeing the show come to an end because I am now not only an artist I'm a fan of everybody here on this stage and uh you know either one of you could be America's Best Dance Crew That's Right foreign [Applause] will be victorious this is the climax of our entire competition we're about to announce who is America's Best Dance Crew but first it's reunion time we brought back all our eliminated Crews so each region could cook us with an encore performance where the East Coast bring it harder than the West will the South rise again let's see what happened when all these Crews rolled back into town top nine Crews to win from across the country to be part of the hottest finale of the Year back in L.A trying to keep us away too long hey yo America's Best Dance Crew exactly nothing what will it mean to you for Jabbawockeez win tonight because I know you guys have been through a lot man it really would mean the world we put so much on the line our jobs our family our kids um and especially if we won it we would just do it for Gary so it'd mean a lot to us I'm sure he's very proud of you right now Enoch let me ask you something how do you think a victory would affect the future of status quo man it it is the future right now because we came from nothing now we got something and a lot of people here wanted and I feel that SQ need it we need it so we going for it so I got added to my past for the both of you right now all right you guys have been competing against each other this entire season but this week you got a chance to work together to inspire some of your biggest fans let's take a look South Central Los Angeles known for its gang violence tough and hard for children to find a place just to be kids Dunkin Donuts sent our top two Crews to visit the youth center A Place Called Home it's all about the kids man [Music] [Applause] [Music] it feels good to get back to the community this should be a place like this for everybody A Place Called Home [Music] [Applause] when we come back status quo and jabberwocky's unite for a Powerhouse performance and we're getting ready to reveal Rick's crew will be crowned America's Best Dance Crew what's up season finale I enjoyed on stage by our two finalists Jabberwockies and Status Quo tonight you at home are about to make one Cruise dream come true status quo you guys came off the hard streets of Boston and didn't even know if you were gonna make it back home and here you are standing at the Pinnacle with a shot at the title let's all look back at your dramatic loss this experience is like the best thing that can ever happen to some guys like us we showed up with no money no way to get back home you guys are moving on to the next round [Music] I've been waiting for years just to come on TV and see dancing like this yeah we're there for each other I think what makes them so strong is we all want the same goals the week ain't not gonna do this ankle was probably one of the hardest weeks for us I don't feel like talking right now I don't feel like talking it'll suck if I don't get to get on stage because I'm the one that can attempt the stunts that we're doing this time no matter what we had to do we did not want to go back home so we just gave it all and it ended up being our highest point I you to show me your heart and I think you took it out your chest and you put it on the Dance Floor the way you bring the street to the stage status quo has come from me and Jess the hood group just oh all y'all do is flip over trash can and now we're out here flipping in front of America we don't have money we only have no cause we got each other but we have each other we came from nothing and to come on top that is like the most biggest accomplishment for us ever yes well status quo was real hard to get here and so did our other finalists Jabberwockies from the start of this competition to a unique style and innovation made you the team to be and even though you perform behind masks we've come to know you pretty well let's take a look back at your amazing journey [Applause] going into the audition process you know we had just lost a member of our crew Gary Kendall he was supposed to be the seventh member that was supposed to do the show with us you guys are moving on to the next round all we wanted to do was just do the show for him and that's what we've been doing since day one of my heart baby we are just a Band of Brothers who came here to just represent Urban freestyle everything that we all came up with was together as a group one of the things that it seems like everybody remembered was the Defying Gravity looking like they were a long jabbawocky body and we made them fly y'all the sickest group I've ever seen in my life we put our hearts into into our routines just like everyone else did but we got to show Gary through our dancing and that last number it was for the fans it was for the audience knows for Gary just for people to see his style of dance through US y'all just set the standard for the next 10 seasons it doesn't even matter about winning it anymore we've already been blessed just being on this show and being able to shine that light [Music] to throw down together our finals got the chance to work with the acclaimed choreographer stop the yard Chuck Maldonado now with her stepping face off here's Jabbawockeez versus status quo [Applause] [Music] [Applause] foreign [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] everybody [Applause] foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] together to step together JC I mean you know what can I say uh I mean seeing is believing you know seeing you guys together on stage America uh and I both believe the same thing you guys are champions both moves are champions you know each one of you you know took this routine made it your own um you know Jabba you guys you guys have been The Visionaries of this competition and I I it's beautiful status I mean your hearts again they don't fit in your bodies you guys really are unbelievable and I'm as curious as everybody else is to know how America voted actually so chain yo first of all I'd like to say big up to Chuck because that was hot that was hot that was hot yo y'all two groups yo y'all two groups like y'all never cease to amaze me it's like from the first episode to right now the the growth yo calm down let me do my job from the first episode to right now the growth has been crazy you know what I mean and truthfully it wouldn't matter who won this right now because both of y'all have the potential to be the best you know what I mean your future is crazy right now and one day I want to wake up watching TV and say I have something to do with the success of y'all two Crews [Applause] mama I just want to say that it's so very impressive to see two groups come together who complement each other so well I wish that we could make this America's Best Dance Cruise as opposed to America's Best Dance Crew because you both have put your heart and your soul into this competition between injuries ain't a tragic loss y'all both could have just lost everything and said I give up but you did it you remain strong and that's one of the best qualities in a young man strength good luck to you both foreign judges but the final judge was you at home we left boating open all the way up until tonight's live finale and got a record-breaking 38 million votes so when we come back it is the Moment of Truth we'll announce to other status quo or jabberwocky's streets of Boston with a raw and rugged style and a pure talent for entertaining the crowd yet despite your Fearless stunts your lack of formal training soon had just staring elimination in the face but you didn't crumble you Rose to the challenge and you won over America and last week in a storybook comeback group of guys who used to dance for money on the street was voted the number one crew in saying so much Lefty status quo also I just want to also just give up to the fans out here people out that we've been inspiring for our families to God and also that Gary we did it bro I love you man
