abby i ain't done yet there's so much more of scratch this well technically i scratched the service but there's so much more i can't believe what she gets into it gets worse as she goes along so much information spewing lies and i will make sure that she is buried by the end of this series it's my life's mission my life's work to make sure that you all understand that abby is full of poop better bleep out that word because she doesn't like that she doesn't like using bad words ugh you know why this law shouldn't be applied to humans like it is machinery as soon as she said the laws of thermodynamics don't apply to people because we're not machines then she knew nothing about what to do to lose weight i'm not saying she's not calling her steve delete those freaking words don't let them see those words because oh let warning do not watch this video if you're triggered by somebody who raises his voice warning shocking turn it off right now i know it was even hard for me to get through some of this content so if you feel that you will be triggered by this please feel free to skip over this video she made a 52 minute video about me can you believe that and why because of course she's going to get a lot of views she's going to get a lot of views from all the fat acceptance movement people but like i always say if you're putting information out there you do have to take responsibility for it she throws up a bunch of clips of me where she's trying to paint me in a bad way and after 48 minutes of speaking nonsense she then says a couple nice things at the end it's a [ __ ] sandwich it's a little [ __ ] sandwich bunch of crap said about me it always did something good by then no one's tuning in anymore it's 48 minutes into the video first off i love me some french toast though when i make it it doesn't usually look like that but i would ultimately love to see just a little bit more variety in this meal do i need more variety oh well i put mangoes on it peaches and bananas and apples depends on the day oh it's such a horrible diet there's no variety he eats french toast in a green shake what a horrible breakfast yeah most people's breakfast are probably way better than that i'm sure everyone has a better breakfast than that maybe you know throwing in some sauteed vegetables instead of the powdered green shake oh i should have had sauteed vegetables for breakfast with my french toast great suggestion abby instead tomorrow instead of five slices of french toast i'm gonna eat three slices of fresh sauce that have sauteed vegetables for breakfast can't wait pour some fruit and yogurt on the side that would totally boost up the balance and nutrient content of this meal oh my god i've never had french toast with fruit and yogurt ever in any of my videos no i've never done that i've never eaten that on my diet oh and my girlfriend and i haven't ever posted on my ig stories how we were eating that practically every freaking day for six months my personal opinion though is that this french toast would definitely be more filling and satiating for greg if it was made with a whole grain bread no it wouldn't abby if i made it with whole wheat and you don't think i've tried i've been eating this way for 25 years abby when you use the whole grain it doesn't suck up as much egg whites it doesn't allow it to be as fluffy it's less voluminous and less filling you literally think that you know more than me about my own body and my own diet i know 10 times more information than you abby 10 times more if it was made with a whole grain bread since that would offer a little bit more fiber and protein a little bit more fiber and protein yeah i don't think the 100 to 150 grams of fiber i get a day already is enough fiber abby i should just add more fiber to my breakfast and oh it needs more protein yeah i'm just needing more protein i already eat over 200 grams of protein a day oh i need to add more whole wheat bread instead of regular ass bread come on abby use your head do i really need more fiber and nor protein come on also i watched another video where greg talks about why race is worse than white bread to me these are virtually interchangeable to be honest as i don't think an extra 3 grams of protein in greg's day is going to make or break his prep exactly i made a video on why bread is healthier than rice to prove to people who eat rice all the time because bodybuilders all think you need rice and to say look people it's okay to eat bread you can have french toast and eat it too you don't have to give it to your kids you can actually eat it too year round you can eat like this year round the whole point the whole point abby is to show that a diet doesn't need to be so restrictive that even somebody as insane as me even somebody on a bodybuilding diet somebody that needs to get to five percent body fat and suffer immensely even i could eat bread so if i as a bodybuilder can eat bread on a cutting diet so can you you can enjoy your bread and your french toast and don't feel bad about it you know how many people think they have to cut out bread on their diets almost everyone almost everyone it's a point where people think they can't even eat fruit because of fructose there's too many crazy youtubers and stupid videos on the internet i try to dispel these myths that people can eat healthy year round and enjoy their diet with variety like me but you chose to make a video to try to tear me down when in fact i promote the same thing that you think you're trying to promote i try to do the same thing as you except you're trying to tear me down when you should be trying to promote me because if you truly wanted people to diet and exercise and eat healthy live a long and healthy life you would be promoting coach greg not trying to say don't listen to him you know that's true because you cherry picked two videos to talk about cherry picked him and took out the scenes that you wanted to show and omitted the ones that are extremely motivational they went viral literally you took those out on purpose shame on you as for his analysis of rice to popcorn he is right that calorie for calorie air popped popcorn offers more fiber and just a little less protein than something like brown rice would analysis of rice to popcorn of course i'm right not even abby who's trying to trash me can tear down actual scientific information when it's that obvious however brown rice is also adding the rice and letting it reforms new structures that are more involves boiling water with a teaspoon of the digestible starch content trees in the rice by around 50. one study even found that depending on the cooking methods and for about 40 minutes starch retrogradation or boiling it for 20 to 25 minutes or you can just eat the freaking popcorn abby they spend 40 50 minutes cooking rice a certain way with certain chemicals and change it now let's reduce the calories in the rice six days later i have my rice it's browning or i can eat popcorn that i like in two minutes out of the freaking microwave abby you went on a tangent on brown rice what was up with that while this meal looks a little uninspired and lacks the fat factor for satiety and satisfaction so she thinks that eating a lot of fat is going to help with satiety but guess what's not it's not if i had had nuts in this meal she would have been oh wow coach craig's such a great diet there's nuts as all this fat but guess what then i'd be freaking hungry ghrelin would punch me so hard and probably be knocked out and during that knockout i'd probably end up binging because i'd be so hungry i wouldn't be able to stop myself anymore because trust me when you're that hungry it takes over you you can't stop eating and abby doesn't understand what it's like to truly be starving on a diet all these fats add to satiety you have to eat a whole bunch of calories from them sure but if i eat a tiny little bit of nuts into my diet it's not going to keep me as full as eating a big bag of popcorn a little bag a little handful of nuts 200 calories big bag of popcorn 200 calories which one do you think is going to make you more full what i have is a p28 wrap which is this which i eat every day i always eat at least one kind of wrap so this video is so old p28 wraps don't even exist anymore she's reviewing my diet on a food that doesn't even exist anymore great job abby even though i just recently posted a video in the last few weeks of what i eat on a diet why didn't you review that one i love the idea of putting down the romaine before stuffing your wrap i mean i'm totally gonna steal that hack she likes my meal too is gonna steal my idea because obviously i'm full of great ideas which was the lettuce on the bottom of the wrap interestingly greg mentions that he gets his fats from the salad dressings but from what i can tell all of those are kind of like low fat or diet options she's being very critical of a diet that had about 20 grams of fat in it she's always got that fat there was plenty in there when people force themselves into this sort of deficit and follow really strict food rules the most common outcome is that they end up breaking and binging on those foods that were not allowed now the walden farms syrup he uses claims to be calorie free but is that even possible does she literally not think i know every single thing she knows but more oh but he uses walden farms chocolate syrup and it says zero calories has she now watched videos about what i talk about they put the serving size so small that they can round it down but the walnut farms the serving size fairly high it's not just a teaspoon quarter teaspoon quarter gram i know all these tricks and abby did you know that labels are allowed to lie they're legally allowed to lie and even if they weren't how many police officers are knocking down on their door so abby i'm very much aware that these labels they do in fact lie about the calories a little bit i'm way smarter than i look you probably don't think i'm that smart just because i have a bicep vein or that i pick things up and put them down but if you eat the whole bottle you are going to get some calories so how many of you raise your hand right now are using an entire bottle of chocolate walden farms on your freaking protein ice cream shake i don't see one hand and yes i'm freaking romper room and i can see you raising your hand i'm that freaking good and no hand was raised she thinks and people think they're going to be triggered and get an eating disorder by watching my channel but yet if you watch abby oh my goodness be careful of artificial sweeteners don't use walden farms there might be four or five calories in it be careful here oh make sure you eat after you train anabolic window and oh you didn't have enough fat in meal one and oh my god you didn't have enough fiber and you should have had sauteed vegetables for breakfast with your friends toast oh i don't think you used enough flax in that wrap and i didn't see how much flax went in there so maybe it wasn't enough and the diet says it has to be 20 to 35 percent oh and you might have lower testosterone levels if you take in less than 20 to 30 percent of your fat from calories and oh my goodness he used light dressings he's full fat and it's not satiating and let's cook rice let's eat brown rice but make it half the calories by cooking it for 40 minutes and doing some kind of chemical change to it so you can eat your brown rice because you should eat rice and let's just oh that sounds really confusing then buy my freaking coke book you're losing weight you look better feel better you're exercising more because i promote exercise in health and fitness more than any other youtuber you argue with me if i do or not debate me i have motivational videos you watch them and you're going to the freaking gym you're going to do cardio you're going to go do yoga exercise ride a bike go for a hike bird watch i don't care you're getting off your ass and moving because exercise and health and fitness is most important thing exercise the freaking reward it's a reward did she post that in her video or did she cherry pick when i said the average person looks like poop we also know that most people do not have access to a lot of these low-calorie fiber-rich diet foods like greg does yeah most people don't have access to fruit and vegetables no most people they can't they only have access to chip and pizzas yeah and alcohol that's what most people have access to don't give me some bs reason oh you can't afford to eat healthy the bananas are about 30 cents each you can't convince me that you can't afford it if you can afford to watch this video right now you probably had enough money to freaking eat healthy seriously she just tell you what you want to oh you don't have the money to afford all those foods that greg eats really you can't eat bananas you can't eat spinach because it's just too expensive well let eat freaking romaine eat peas eat corn eat potatoes greg occupies a position of privilege where he can afford to go through a whole bag of spinach a day and buy specialty diet products to help support his body building prep and fat loss so now i lean because i'm privileged what's next because i'm white what's going on with this woman is it because i'm a man now i'm identifying as a circle i'm personally offended by this how dare you say i'm privileged i'm a circle i'm not anything but a circle so while you may not get fat eating these foods you might gain weight in the long run as a result of the restrict binge cycle does she actually watch any of my videos she makes it look like i'm forcing people to only eat certain foods has she ever hired me for a diet plan all the thousands of people out there have coached are you allowed to eat any junk you ever have a snack option are you allowed to eat a chocolate bar on your plan are you allowed to eat a donut is it in the plan are you allowed to eat meals off the diet answer me then guess what every single person that watches this is allowed every single one of you who has hired me knows that i'm not full of [ __ ] that i'm not bsing abby here doesn't know that she doesn't know my diet plans every single diet plan i have allows you to eat what you want on it that's right every single last morsel of what you want pizza garlic fingers ice cream crap everything you want you can still have but most of your meals the majority more than half are going to be low calorie dense foods that fill you up to taste delicious it's not uncommon for fitness competitors to weight cycle really drastically after a show when they go off a diet does she really think that my diets can't be maintained year-round i have so much variety has she watched my videos there's the most variety on any diet i've ever seen in my entire life i don't ever feel like i'm literally on a diet unless i'm restricting my calories to the point of trying to get under five percent body fat i'm under nine right now year round just being healthy racing on my bicycle doing more cardio than last time training harder than last time eating freaking more delicious food than last time i just made an anabolic blizzard recipe last night freaking delicious i'm kind of troubled with this post-workout meal i mean on the one hand i'm happy to see some healthy omega-3s in the salmon but on the other hand i would never recommend people eat things that they don't enjoy or hate you can't please this woman if you don't have fats in your meal oh you need to eat more fats you add the fats i added in the salmon oh well he said he doesn't like it so i'm bad advice he shouldn't have eaten that i like pizza abby i do i like pizza if i had a pizza after my workout you'd have probably said oh that's good it's a pizza i mean come on abby i eat the salmon for health benefits oh bad coach he eats cause he eats anyway he eats the healthy food even if he doesn't love it abby come on i like chocolate bar should i come home and add a chocolate bar i ate it because it's healthy am i a bad role model now because i ate something healthy even though i didn't really like it that much that i like pizza more than that think gabby again i think this is really problematic advice and further insinuates the idea that eating is solely a chore and regime and not something to derive any pleasure from do i look like i don't get pleasure from my meals have you watched what i eat have you ever seen a bodybuilder ever as in in the entire history of the world ever seen a bodybuilder eat a diet this freaking delicious ever it's almost always chicken broccoli and rice you all know it that's how the movie stars do it right all the moments are getting 30 pounds of muscle in a day chicken broccoli and rice five meals a day eight meals a day they train four hours a day oh coach greg is french toast oh there's not enough fat in it oh well then i eat salmon oh it's fat but he doesn't like the taste of it as much abby come on he's also eating a giant salad dressed with diet syrup oh no no no no and yeah syrup on salad doesn't sound so good until you try it everybody watch this next time you have salad put some low calorie syrup on it see if you like it hey how do you know till you try it how did you know you'd like lettuce with salad dressing on it until you had it how do you know you like a grilled cheese which i eat on my diet too dipped in ketchup till you try it with the ketchup abby maybe like those nacho dip things i made out of wraps and i was dipping it in the guacamole you know made from avocados with that good fat maybe if you had reviewed that video you know the one with the most views i've ever had on a diet video the most popular one if you had viewed that one and reviewed it maybe you would have talked about that a little bit but no i know cherry picked the ones where he's on the most restrictive diet trying to get under five percent meal five is dry protein powder that he literally just kind of eats off of a spoon oh gosh yeah that this reminds me of the time my dog got into a bag of vanilla protein powder okay so abby yeah you just don't know what you're missing i mean he does mention that he actually likes this but he could also mix it into some of his high protein greek yogurt to make it i don't know less chalky i like it if i like it who the heck cares is it unhealthy for me to eat dry protein powder yeah sometimes i eat proteinsicles i mix it up with greek yogurt and berries and freeze it from the blender but you don't know that because you haven't bought my cookbook a no judgment greg you do you no judgment only i'm judging you why don't you just say i don't like that because i am not like that i don't like it no judgment you're judging me i don't care if you judge me but at least admit it okay so i don't know but this may be why he pulled this video as he basically says link to the extent of the fact that he thinks that people are morons who are falling for fad diets i call people morons in almost every one of my videos abby did you actually research me i don't get it and i personally feel that he somewhat demonizes any food that is high in fat or sugar content as evidenced by the excessive diet dressings and sugar-free syrups and sweeteners that he uses so i've demonized foods that are high in fat and sugar because i don't eat a lot of them on my diet when i'm trying to get under five percent body fat i've demonized them really even though every single diet plan that i give to every single client i've coached ever has an optional snack where you can eat anything you want literally anything that includes alcohol even abby i even let them drink wine but i've demonized foods i say you're in a bad person if you eat a chocolate bur really abby and i don't think that greg could argue with me that smashing up some raspberries on his french toast would be a healthier topping than diet syrup have i not done this in multiple videos abby i don't understand what you're going on about here you're trying to preach what i preach and saying i don't preach it that's not fair but if this were a normal or off-season diet i would definitely recommend boosting the fat content of this meal you know maybe by sprinkling it with some flax seed or adding some full fat yogurt on top so here's the problem abby most people who watch my channel want to lose weight most people in society are not happy with the body fat percentage they have most people in society don't exercise enough my channel is about increasing your awareness of this fact getting you to get off of your freaking ass and exercising so that you burn more calories and live longer and have a better quality of life you also are eating too much and you're eating too much crap food you need to eat more low calorie dense food that's what i preach if you just start throwing in the full eggs and using the oil you go from eating five french toast to now you can only eat three french toast because it's now more calorie dense and guess what if you only eat three french toast and it's less filling you're gonna be more hungry and you're going to binge later or you're gonna eat four french toast or you're flat out gonna be hungry all day and eventually eat more the reason people aren't as lean as they want to be is hunger hunger is why we are overweight it's of course related to genetics but what you eat can have a significant impact on this if you eat like me the foods that i eat from my freaking cookbook abby that you haven't clearly used or bought or even looked at why because it didn't work out for you it
