[Music] alright guys what's going on so today we are checking out a massive abandoned car Factory and I think it was built back in 1916 originally as a as an appliance factory for things such as like ovens and refrigerators in 1940 the building complex was actually enlarged to nearly one and a half million square feet so there's gonna be a lot of stuff to go through so yeah let's get going so I visited Detroit like there's a little less than a year ago and I was I actually tried to explore this place in a second me and my buddy got in here I was walking towards this hallway and when I looked down right about halfway down there I saw two guys in all black know like what the heck who are they and then I looked on their chest and I saw badges and we basically just sprinted the hell out of here it's not too cool oh I said I'll go so hopefully this time it's a little different oh it stinks like all they totally burn this place down because I can see a spot four beams up there smells like a campfire either better just collapsed these pillars are so photogenic especially with the paint chipping off of them there's workers right out there I see them just be careful this is where the burning smell came from if you guys can see that it's all charred on the roof somebody set this whole place on fire so I don't know if this is the case but it kinda looks like a like a homemade BMX park you got the ramps that's pretty awesome hey man if the city's not gonna do anything with it the bikers are got another kicker right here so right now we're headed towards the front of the building where there's a massive tower I don't know how many stories is but we're gonna find out and try and climb all the way up to the top of it yeah but your server racks in here what do you think it's for oh there's a thing in the middle that goes up and down some sort of storage for something that they would rabbit this is probably what they would do is my brother have one of these in his word mmm they don't have shelvings tool storage and this machine would come and it would grab a shelf and it would you know drains down to you something this industrial would have to do for things that are having there you go have the parts or tools yep no that's exactly what this is these things are super expensive and super cool you input whichever tool thing you want and it will take the bin it will bring it down here you know put in take out what you want right store it again oh yeah big red button another urbex rule oh he's kind of present it's like a green hint to the light because it's like a courtyard out there just a bunch of trees well here's what I thought was a courtyard [Music] check it out garbage can some seats this must have been where maybe a lounge and maybe like an eating area eating or seating one or the other yeah probably had soft drink machines here there's a coffee station and you can see the the car logos Dodge and Jeep up and on each side it's probably the older portion before they put on the big addition and that is where the tower is well you can see the tower see it up there it doesn't look too tall from here but it is very tall yeah this is the original entrance yep the original main entrance of the oldest building grand staircase super old railings - yeah roots on the thingy no no yeah yeah yeah I don't even know what they're called you know the work that went into it on the paint woodwork see this steel structure Anna of missing a railing up here holy cow look at the they painted over the decay is actually revealing the original artwork on oh if its original but it's older yeah right down there stair the graffiti artist currently labeled it for us where you look at that yeah there are some nice people what we go stairs are ended I'm guessing maybe the ladders the way up and you're cleared of anything you can leave that you what if this ladder just straight up came home some sketchy spots in here so be careful oh no thanks hole with death oh yeah looks like the right place there it goes to a fire there we go [Music] yeah I want to put my camera away and then we'll do that one taking a breather right here a lot of more ways to go or maybe just the tippy-top so we're up and that's the drop down here it is top of the water tower right here's the big tank and that's actually a drop all the way to the inside of the tank how far you think it is say 70 feet or 80 feet probably not exactly around there's a nice view of the entire facility so that's what we just climbed right there all the way to the top and we're on the roof at the moment that's another like three or four stories down think of three yeah on this far into the building Oh see so that's what it used to look like that's the destroyed portion it used to be this indoors hello guys we made it up to the top of this fire I'm pretty content with that I think it's gonna wrap up to this explore like what you saw drop a like consider subscribing if you do want to see more and I will see you on the next one peace out [Music]
