It's almost time for the autumn typhoons to move northward. So, I've been experiencing on-and-off rain already. Today's tent is the "Minimal Works - Agora Shelter." At first, I thought this tent was too big for me, but now I'm using it very comfortably. The rain is not coming, and it's getting hot. I should take off my raincoat. I succeeded in setting up the tent. The following steps are really easy. Wow! Suddenly, it started pouring rain out of nowhere! Why is the rain coming so suddenly? The sun is out now. What's going on? Nevertheless, for preparation, I should cover the tent's ceiling. This tent is a bit large for me to use alone, but when it rains, it becomes a very reliable shelter. Rain, please either stop or continue One side lets out air, and the other side inflates, so don't get confused. I'm now ready to inflate the sofa. There was a time I forgot the cover on a previous camping. And on that day, campground cat made my sofa extremely dirty by walking on it with wet paws due to the rain. Since then, I always carry the cover with me, haha! I'm feeling thirsty. I've almost finished the setup. The rain has been coming and going, but now it feels like it has completely stopped. Because I like beer, Coors sent me a beer gift. Actually, I've been occasionally drinking this beer from a while ago. They sent it as a gift, so I said, "Thank you," and quickly received it, haha! It's really refreshing and tasty beer. Today's campsite, surrounded by trees in the forest, feels really nice. I'm feeling a bit hungry, so I should make a snack to eat. French fries~ The French fries are incredibly crispy and delicious. French fries go best with ketchup, right? I took a short nap and woke up to the sunset in the sky. ???? I was about to start a campfire, and it's raining again! Let's pause the campfire for a moment and light up the lantern. I brought an interesting item for dinner tonight. It will take some time, but it will surely be delicious when it's done. Tonight's dinner menu is smoked pork belly. I'm planning to smoke it with the seasoning already applied to the meat. There's a window on the box where I can see the state of the meat. I didn't read the instructions and did it wrong. I should have placed this under the charcoal dish, but I just lit the fire. Now, I just need to close the lid and wait. But, I encountered a problem ㅠㅠ There's too much smoke coming out of the smoking box.... (trying to chase away the smoke with a fan) I didn't expect this much smoke... My eyes are stinging. Now, the inside of the tent is filled with smoke. But the smell of the smoked meat is really nice. It seems like the meat is fully cooked. It was hard waiting~ The meat is really well cooked. As the fat dripped off, the meat became tender, and the smoky aroma made it really delicious. It's so delicious! Unexpected guests came to the tent. The dog in the back was so big that I thought it was a cow... (The small dog suddenly acted too friendly, which surprised me) At first, I was a bit scared because if it were a wild dog, I could be attacked, But despite its size, luckily, it seemed like a dog familiar with people. The owner said it's their dog and the dog's girlfriend(?). The thicker part of the smoked meat is slightly undercooked, so I put it back in the box to fully cook. But I'm hesitant to take it out now because I'm afraid the dogs might want to eat it too, haha. I haven't finished my dinner yet... I had thought there might be cats at the campsite, but I didn't expect to meet dogs. (The big dog that settled next to the smoking box) There are thick bones. I'm not particularly fond of the bony part, so I'll share this part with the dogs. It seems like they like it; they're really enjoying it. The traditional opening of the Star Wars series~ Haha! I was worried the dogs might jump at the meat, but thankfully they didn't. Are you guys going to sleep well here tonight? Small Dog: Yes Big Dog: (Already in deep sleep) When it's time to sleep, the small dog seems to have gone somewhere, and the big dog is still sleeping outside the tent.
