A Message from the Elements, Judy McAllister - Messages from Nature

welcome everyone i'm standing uh in a certain corner of the universal hall here at the park in the fintorn foundation and for me as we go into the autumn season this is one of my favorite places to be in the park mostly because of the color as a eastern canadian girl i grew up with the vibrant mixed deciduous forests and the autumn colors the spectacle of the autumn and uh here in scotland it's really a beautiful time of the year as well and i miss the v the really vibrant reds of the maples that we get in canada and this is one of the little corners here at the park where i can still indulge in my love of red in the autumn and the geese and the ducks also come overhead which is again a very potent memory of my childhood and again this is another little place where dorothy and i would come from time to time in the autumn just to get a touch of our canadian colors in the fall the message that i'm going to read today comes from dorothy's book to honor the earth which has extracts from various uh devas and other beings that dorothy communicated with in her time in her life and this one she simply labeled as a message from the elements you are children of the elements composed of and part of the elements the world and your bodies were made so that you may find and express the joy of all creation but you are destroying yourselves because you think you are separate from the rest of life how can you possibly think that you are separate how can you not know that when the wind blows it is part of you the sun gives to you and is part of you with each sunbeam from the water you came and the water joins you all without the air you breathe you could not live how can you not know that if one suffers the whole consciousness of the earth partakes of that and when one rejoices the whole takes part love all of life and become with it all of life is part of you so find the parts of life that you particularly love and enjoy and just expand out into it find the doorways that open your heart the colors the sounds the sights the smells and allow yourself to move ever closer to those elements and beings that are part of our lives until the next time bye for now you
