environment in real time and there's something also quite horrifying about this because this type of AI requires no competing power whatsoever this removes the limitations and the intense electricity usage of servers and clouds used in powering artificial intelligence like charge GPT to be fair computing power and electricity are bottlenecks for the development of AI not because we don't have them but because not anyone in their garage can have access to it to develop an AI of their own and if we remove these by going in a biological Direction This Love growing brain practically has unlimited potential a brain needs electricity stimuli blood and oxygen and we have plenty of all of that to create the ultimate artificial intelligence it's not the AI you expected right well when you hear the honest in an interview with Fox TV musk said he would only want to proceed further if AI servers had a switch off button that the government officials could access in the case of emergency and shut down the AI what would be the threshold that you'd have to pass to warrant the government cutting off your power or cutting off your signal well I mean I guess if we lost control of some super AI um like for some reason like the things that would normally work to do a passive shutdown like the administrator passwords if they somehow stop working the good thing is that even if we create an all-powerful cyber brain a combination between open Ai and the labrum brain we will still be able to shut it down with a remote power switch or would we although I work with over five types of AI I can't really answer the question at this point we are quite far from creating the self-evolving Terminator type of intelligence that we all fear I'd say we're safe for a few years but we're worried
