A La Paz House with EVERYTHING in beautiful Haciendas Palo Verde!

[Music] hey what's going on everybody it's Flash Gordon Wilson with baj life realy and welcome back to Gord Wilson's Baja life today on my channel it's a home tour and my goodness it's a special one this is casaluna one of the most spacious luxurious modern and amazing houses in the entire gated community of Henda Alo Verde this one's on a huge lot it has a crazy View and the bells and whistles are too numerous to try to squeeze into this introduction I'd rather just bring you with me and follow me around for this unbelievable home tour well as you walk in the front door of castaluna you are welcomed into a very spacious open concept and super comfortable living room it is gorgeous it's got all these glass sliding doors that look out over the incredible view on the Bay of laaz and your front Terrace and I mentioned com well it comes furnished as you see it everything in this house is included it's fully turn key and ready to rock and roll that includes all the furniture all the appliances lots of the little knickknacks you see around the house it includes the air conditioning units that are both heating and cooling units by the way and so you know what you're probably going to want to go back and watch this video a second time or even a third time and just ignore my flapping lips and look behind me because I'm never going to remember to mention all the cool inclusions that are going with the sale of this house you know Caitlyn always gives me a hard time for saying Chef's kitchen and entertainers dream and I do have a punch on for repeating myself with a lot of my adjectives gracias me well this kitchen gang is a Chef's Kitchen it's an Entertainer's dream I'm not kidding look at these appliances this is a large beautiful double door stainless fridge it's got the water purified water already going into the fridge nice big dishwasher gorgeous big double sink the range is six burner gas range with a big oven and I mean stylish soft closed Cabinetry and do not miss this Grand Island it's a granite countertop Island storage underneath seating for six and that's not even counting there there's an extra dining room right beside us as well and next to the kitchen is a cute little room that kind of combos as some Pantry additional storage and full service laundry not including the Cita the main house is two beds two baths and they are really big and really beautiful I'm standing in the primary bedroom and there's big slider glass doors out to the front Terrace area and the pool there's big slider glass doors out to the side Terrace area and secondary outdoor seating area and this primary bedroom has the most amazing onsite bathroom it's gargantuan modern double sinks a bathtub to die for and the onsuite closet for this primary bedroom is so huge that you could use it as an office space one of the best things about castle Luna is this front Terrace area it's expansive it stretches so far in both directions there are all these different seating areas there's a gorgeous enclosed modern Chef's outdoor kitchen with a space age Grill there's a heat lamp there's a treadmill there's a dining room table that can see 10 and there's a pool and the pool drinks in this entire view this unbelievable view it's so nice and did I mention the pool is [Music] heated and how about this view it's absolutely crazy up here on the rooftop of castaluna You Can See For Miles the Bay of laaz the city of laaz skyline and what you don't see in this shot is behind Caitlyn we're looking behind at the hills and the mountains of el centenario and that's where you'll get these magnificent sunsets so up here on the rooftop is a world of possibilities there's a big established pergola there's an outdoor kitchen they've got a gas line coming up so you could add a fire pit or bring your barbecue up here it's a a world of possibilities absolutely spectacular while I'm up here on the rooftop let's talk about some of Castle Luna's technical specifications so it's on Municipal Power water but they also have a ton of over-the-top extras eight gigantic solar panels with the full battery and inverter setup they have 10,000 L of water storage they have a backup generator system they have an enormous propane tank they're there are two high-speed internet Solutions on this house it is just completely ready for you to move in and just kick back and relax and start enjoying life up here in the hills of el [Music] senario so the Cita on castaluna is cozy and stylish and just sweet it's really modern and up todate it's got beautiful kit fixtures a nice hard countertop a big bathroom with lots and lots of storage and then all this storage and decorative possibility all around me it's awesome and if you were considering using this Cita as an investment for rental income it does have its own lockable front door but for me one of the best elements is it has its own Terrace with a gorgeous view of the Bay going on about outdoor spaces we showed you a bunch of the front Terrace there's another whole large sitting area right around the side of the house and the property itself it's one of the largest Lots in the subdivision almost 2,000 M the owners really believed in zeros scaping meaning all of the outdoor Landscaping is local Flor that requires nothing as far as maintenance or water it's really exquisite keep in mind the property goes even further than the fencing but the fencing is for your doggos this is a very pet friendly home well if you want to carry on a truly special tradition my first introduction to castaluna was when the owners invited Caitlyn and I to join for a community movie night everybody brings their own chairs they bring a couple of drinks and this garage makes for a perfect projection screen scen for movie Nights at castal Luna it's a two-car garage and there's parking for another vehicle there it's a huge driveway and you know the house is set quite a ways back on the property to really maximize the view of the bay and maximize the privacy of the property I've mentioned hendus Palo Verde quite a lot well that is the secure and very sought after gated community here in in the hills of el centenario and Cal Luna is one of the houses in hendes pel so let me tell you a little bit about this gated community and why it's just such an attractive part of this listing first of all paved roads in fact it's basically one big long winding road it's about a 2 and 1/2 Mile round trip and in the mornings you'll see it's full of the residents going out for walks or bike rides there's a real sense of community here amongst all of the different residents hiis pel as I mentioned is secure and gated and the guards are so helpful and so Cooperative if you have packages being delivered or guests visiting they're really wonderful they're a great welcome and entrance to the community here one of the great feature of Henda Palo ver is you've got easy access to the Wilderness behind us so mountain biking trails horseback riding trails and lots of 4x4 fun and finally one of the best features of Henda Palo is the cassa club and I'm standing in the gym at the cassa club that's for the use of all the members the cassa club also has ample built-in outdoor seating an outdoor fire pit and gas grill area it's got a big beautiful pool and did I mention it's literally right next door to
