Love josh but that was boring as fuck. Am sure it will take a few episodes for him to warm up to being on camera, flying solo and being the center of attention. He’s always awesome in the behind the scenes games movies, but the vlog thing is a different animal.

This would be much more interesting if it covered the details of his programming and diet more. Hearing generalizations of his day with workout montages set to overly loud music isn't really doing it for me.

The 'why' behind his training would add much more value and could easily be dubbed over the workout segments.

For me, not captivating enough to care about episode 2.

[Music] [Applause] [Music] all right just got up seven I got up about 6:45 it's like 7:30 now so we're gonna start the day only what I do is a wake-up make my bed and go out and hit my cold tub first thing so that's what we'll do I think the cold tub is actually not quite as cold this morning because I had to clean it out last night so it didn't get down quite to the temp I normally get into Norma it's about 35 I think I just went unchecked I said about 40 so if I'd feel a little warmer than usual but it's still cold still do the do the trick I'll call them sit outside today let's check let's see what the air temperature is 52 right now says baby - so we've got my cow [Music] what do you want or if it's kept me warm in that toasty warm [Music] [Music] start I means you getting in there's no more thinking so you want to take a second think about your what you're about to do you can watch press the clock is just go time [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] I'll get my talent warm up now imma wait temperatures at like 40 it said so yeah I felt like I could stay a little longer it's interesting how you start to feel each degrees and you start to do some more Rosen for about 25 27 breaths I felt like I got my breasts are starting to get a little faster so I went in a little longer one things I hate the most is cold water so for me it's not a way to like mentally be like cold water is not gonna beat me so I get into every morning come out it's also a meditation I need to I need to deep breathing try to stay calm try to relax and let my mind go not think about anything else they say that getting in the cold water really helps boon it helps boost the immune system which is huge for me you know I never want to get sick I hate getting sick and I feel like the last few years into having kids and being around other little kids coaching sports I've got I started to get sick of time so I'm like I'll do anything to help not have to feel get the flu feel like I've gotten the flu every season and my mood after I get out of the cold tub I'm in the happiest mood for like the first hour it's crazy and I don't know why but uh yeah it's a great way to start my day now I go in I simply drink some bone broth some hot bone broth and then make my breakfast and then coffee so here we go let's do [Music] what all good dude here guess is mine was that you it's me rich and Dan yeah damn belly Dan just you know Dan's got a job not rogue and good dudes it's kind of put on the back burner everyone's kind of doing their own thing too now so we've still talked about doing some stuff with it just kind of you know everyone's busy with their own stuff so I don't office and like and it's just in like everyone's busy with their own stuff and the people who are everyone's getting help from someone else to do their stuff so then the good dude stuff is all on us so it's like we're just like yeah the trips we got to do were really fun and I'm sure it may be bench and the next workout 25 rounds 20 Kowski 20 toes of the bar within a sled pole you're gonna have to push it back I'm just gonna I'm gonna push a sled back because uh so I don't go down [Music] no my [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Oh [Music] [Applause] [Music] Oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] that's actually a really are not toes aren't even really bad breathing I did the first two other sets unbroken that's like you can do twin toes where just go its third I snapped at eleven yeah that felt like she's really good I found a good uh a good pole length and I was like hitting the chain every time perfectly where I was like when I started this pole this pole this one was still pulling and so it gave me that momentum it was really nice to go grab a little shake after first shake get my Xtreme in fuel five you think about work out there good man it's good session yeah ii was a third work out a river the sceetos the bar slept hole was good got my grip got my core got my heart rate up a little bit getting a bike steps you know it was good though it was a good little push trying to see if I could hold those Toyota bar beside to a smarter to come down get a little rest in so felt like if I went tried to go all the way 20 little price bailed and then had to like take a little longer break so yeah it's good push you know trying to hold the calories that around a minute for the 20 and then just kind of getting the sled done there was a fun little combination liked it five to five minutes like five rounds 13 minutes long I'll probably get for that session for me probably get a little lunch in now pill little chicken little sweet potatoes the norm so how's your training looking right now good man it's good yes so right now it's kind of maintaining phase I have an injury so getting ready to get some surgeries it was pretty much it's been injured since regionals right after regionals so you're just kind of maintaining today was a great day pretty fast three workouts in today you know couple of conditioning pieces in a strength piece and had lunch might be like one more thing right now because I'm not in that like I'm not trying to beat myself up just trying to really kind of maintain and let my body heal actually while I want to go into this surgery I don't want to just sit here hammer myself down for no reason I just want to kind of maintain strength maintain conditioning while I can and then you know how I started obviously rehab to need once the surgeries happen which the first ones coming up here soon really excited about that can't wait to be on crutches for a while so yeah that's that's really it you know just kind of doing what I can around it eating basically not and just you know enjoying going out there and doing stuff and not getting frustrated because something's not going my way you know I'm not hitting numbers I think I should be hitting at certain times of the year that's nice to enjoy me with my kids more coaching their rest and focusing almost focusing more on them than me when it comes to training so you know it's it's really fun it's really awesome I'm actually really enjoying it you know but not losing focus and not losing sight on where you know I want to go after the surgeries obviously you know the goal is obviously to get back into compete again so stay mentally you know sharp that's why I think I think the ice baths really helped with that too right I'm not beating myself down so much so you know getting that extra having that extra time where I can take the time to do the ice baths and you know maybe read a little more than I've been reading because I'm just so focused on training you know spending it like I said spending more time with my kids it's been a you know that's I think that's the great part about injuries if normally injuries and nobody like them and all they do is they kill the press you know what you can do is if you take your injuries figure out where you can what you can work on draw your engines either it be easy in the gym or you know outside the gym it's a great time to sit back reflecting like no growth person and it's just been so awesome for me you know I'm getting to coach my kids wrestling you know every Tuesday Thursday and then Sunday's a tournament some baseball season baseball season was crazy with if we had we have practice almost every night because there's two different teams because there's six and eight it's been really awesome you know it's been a good time I've really enjoyed it as much as I typically would hate it because I'm not able to Train the way I want to train I'm gonna be training through it all but again yeah like I'm gonna take it like I want to do it smart this time and not push it to where I don't want to re injure it like I don't want to come back to this like I'm getting this knee fixed so I can't continue so I can continue to compete but also till it so I can like you know play with my kids play sports my kids like right now I can't even run like I want to get it done right and I want to rehab it right and you know hopefully stay healthy for a long time after this so we'll see we'll see what 2020 looks like but 2019 is pretty much out the door so 2019 is the fix Josh bridges in 2020 we'll be back all right guys that was the day not a lot going on after this just gonna
