Pumpkin seeds | 30 g (1/4 cup) Sunflower seeds | 60 g (1/2 cup) Flaxseed | 30 g (1/4 cup) Fry it to a golden crust. Sugar | 200 g (1 cup) Melt sugar over low heat until caramelized. Whipped cream | 110 g (1/2 cup) Mix well. Butter | 120 g (1/2 cup) Allow the mixture to cool, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Chocolate | 200 g (7 oz) Melt chocolate. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Reserve 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate for decorating the cakes later. Pour the remaining chocolate into a piping bag. Let cool for 5 minutes.
