Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
The world has to unite against this man and come up with something he can't fucking pick!
it should be noted that it's the strongest from a destructive attack perspective.
He calls out that cores are not great against picking.
So the strongest lock in the world can be picked in 4 minutes...
I don't understand much about lock mechanisms, but why not make it so the pins all have to be pushed in at the exact same time? Like, if you're not applying pressure then the pin will push back out? Or so that applying pressure to one actively pushes the others out, so that the only way to have them all pushed in is to push them all at the same time? It seems that he triggers one pin at a time, and as he's going the ones he's pushed in stay there.
This was so informative. I have no idea what he's talking about half the time but I watched all the way through.
Jeez theses padlocks double as weapons to clobber thieves!
The lock itself is ridiculously strong, the core isn't all that great so an experienced picker like this guy will have no trouble. This lock is all about looking badass and secure.
Why even use keys? Wouldn't it make more sense to be electronic?
Cons: You can't open the lock if the battery or electronics dies.
Pros: Can't be picked.
I heard on the recent Adam Savage podcast that his been talking with him and there planning on doing something together soon. Cant wait to see what they have planned
