$90 Violin Review

okay so I received a new value today it's worth $90 and I'm going to be reviewing it so here it is let's open it [Music] okay the to stir it here's the case so claim my case and look square which looks quite solid and it's light to carry so we've got the ball here we've got a Russell here got the bridge here so we don't have to having to place that got a string despair string set this one on the bottom from our conceived a little spirit string set - right [Music] okay here's the fun in closer so a first sight what I quite liked about this one is the color that usually vial of this price have liked it will be bright color sometimes which I don't really like but quite like the fact that this one is bit dark and and the second thing which it's pretty good I think because obviously these findings are usually more for people who are starting to play the valid or have been playing not for it's such a long time and what's really good is that they've placed and little dots here for the positions so I think it's a one two three four and for the fingers you know allele acts that can be quite a useful thing for you know that it can be quite useful thing for people who have just put the valence so I guess that's a place definitely and see that's the violin and here okay that's quite good as well they put it didn't looks like quite good one I don't play with the shoulder rest for the sake of the video that's right on it's time to remember I didn't really know how to put your dress on I think that's beside it now for the wrong side I'm saying the children so long okay yeah so the sugar is good now the one thing that we have to do is put the bridge on that's the only thing I find and if I was to say something that you know if I said not everybody knows how to put a bridge on and which I guess can move it and you know it's not so easy to put it so I guess that we need the only door downside for me but I know there's not really any other way and so let's put that on and then just before I do that I'll have a look at the door say here it is that's just plain normal bow I've got this little thing so that it's more comfortable you know just plain okay fine that's all good to me but some rosin or you put the bridge on now the one good thing I actually I really appreciate is that they've put little marks on the bridge so where you have to put for where that comes out in the video but there is little there's little marks for where you have to boost the strings and that actually that small details but honestly it makes it will make your life so much easier then if you don't have these marks because this is where the strain just go in so you just have to place the bridge and then and then it's quite easy to put because of that okay so um now I will tune it properly with the ball but I just put the bridge on and gender and actually I did it really quickly and the pegs hold really well so they don't go down when you try to put them under not certainly go down and we say that's really good and so yeah for the setup of the violin as I was giving a mark over ten I would say nine and because they put three marks on the bridge and the pegs hold on really well but they I think they could have marked where the bridge supposed to go and if they did that would be a 10 but because didn't do that I'd do nine and this is so even though they didn't I didn't I did do it really quickly and with a lot of ease so that so that um and you know obviously I'm really I really like this I they split their markings for the finger so yeah that's for the sitting of the violin now let's let's try to play it [Music] [Music] [Music] it so the stand of the Vallon is very powerful and the Vallon in itself is quite comfortable to play really so I think for me that's a really good point and then the only thing is sometimes I find that sound is not very stable but I don't know if that's because of history of ugliness Jeff just has just been played and he's gonna improve that might be the case okay so the violin and I'm really quite happy like I would give I would give a nine or a nine and a half of the violin really not bad at all like creeps like you you've got your money back kind of thing the bow the only the bird I mean little bit a little bit less happy I think my value needs a much higher quality than the bull the birdie only thing is I mean the hair is really good and you know it's well done and there's no problem with that but I just find good a little bit too heavy and the hill which makes it a bit difficult to have a nice sound and no scratchy sound so that would be my only thing my god and give the bird bit of a less good mark maybe like a six or seven and depending on how a restrict mark I am that and yes that's the only thing for me [Music] so that's not quite fine actually it's a you know it's a forgetting Caprice and than v I was testing it's a quite well [Music] what they didn't a mix it it's gonna be difficult to play chords like this is simple as I'm giving a less good mark to the ball the value really pretty good so yeah I mean obviously I'm replaying this is which are quite advanced in terms of what stroke I'm using and I you will like if you get a value like this is more as I said for people who study to that recently or who are starting so now I think you know if I can pull out two clay pieces I got nice to sums okay then it definitely is totally fine for for easier pieces and this is with less and difficulty in kind of complex strokes in terms of the bow so I was saying that I would give a bit less good marks on the bird but obviously that's to carry things like the chords and ricochet and stuff like that but with you know something which is just basic strokes I think that's fine [Music] and you can take tops it with it insolence find people about matches I [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] think it worked fine I really do yeah quite impressed with the valid actually I was trying to make honest reviews and so I give my honest opinion obviously this is evaluated with ninety dollars so you there's things you cannot expect to have for $90 it's like you know if there's certain things which you're looking at professional violin violence which I'm gonna curse the thousands of dollars that you cannot expect to find in there but further I think what matters in reviews like this is do you you know is it worth the money do you get you know is it worth for $90 but I would say yes it is the values of good quality for the price and said free of all the look is nice you've got the marks if you're selling to play which is really useful you've got marks on the bridge of where to put the strings and just most importantly just a place quite well and easily and the sign is quite good and yeah and I fit for the value hope you enjoyed watching
