80 years old Antique HEART Waffle Maker Restoration & DIRTIEST restoration ever done !

Wd-40 to loosen screw Air hammer Plenty of greasy oil inside.It prevented inside from rusting. WD-40 I wont sandblast the other side.The coating is in very good condition. These are ceramics Only bottom side is rusty.The other side has just grease. Steam maker to loosen grease. Oil degreaser Dishwasher detergent As you can see only oil inside no rust. Steel wool This must be the dirtiest kitchen tool I have ever restored. In such old products, it is assumed that the heat kills the bacteria. The heat really kills bacteria. But the real problem is the chemical waste left behind by the bacteria. I need to make sure that all this waste is removed from the metal. Sandblasting will remove the coating off the aluminum. Later I will season it with sunflower oil While sandblating aluminium my compressor is running at 4 bar. (58psi) Scotch pad I like the old look on metal objects.I wont make it mirror shine. Heat resistant paint Heat resistant seal (holes are made with punch) Trying chemicals to remove glue Air scriber to remove glue residue mechanically. Epoxy glue Polishing with Brown (cutter) and blue (finish) polish. I'll replace all cables with heat-resistant cable. Sand drum for dremel. Heat resistant paint Our restoration is completed...Lets test it.
