75 Bible Verses That (Don't)Prove The Earth Is Flat!!!

[Music] hey guys today we are going to be covering a video I came across titled seventy-five Bible verses that prove the earth is flat by Tiger Dan 9 to 5 now to tiger Dan's credit this video comes with a disclaimer that he no longer believes in a flat earth however I found this video mirrored on another user site so apparently there are still people who are using this information as proof of a Flat Earth the 75 Bible verses are sorted by similarity into 25 categories so we will address each category and not each individual verse so let's begin number 25 corners Isaiah 11 verse 12 four corners of the earth revelation 7 verse 1 four corners of the earth revelation 20 verse 8 the four corners of the earth you can't have corners on a sphere that's because the earth is not a sphere it's flat I would argue that you can't have corners on a circle neither while some people believe the four corners of Earth are in reference to the four cardinal directions it is more likely that they were referring to the four quadrants of the earth since it was customary for mapmakers of the time to draw their maps in quadrants with the globe having four hemispheres by definition it also has four quadrants number 24 still earth one chronicles 16 verse 30 the world also shall be stable that it be not moved Psalm 96 verse 10 the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved Psalm 93 verse 1 the world also established that it cannot be moved it's all consistent clear as day if the world isn't moving then it's not spinning and neither is it orbiting around the Sun as on a train everything that is in uniform motion will not feel the effects of that motion as it exists within an inertial frame of reference Einstein explains this beautifully in his theory of special relativity some people will claim that we should feel all the difference in terrifical forces of all the different orbits the earth and the Sun are doing throughout the universe the truth is we do fill these forces it's just too small for us to consciously recognize I will attach a link to a video showing a gnome whose only job is to travel the world and be weighed the change in weight is demonstrable proof that the earth is rotating and centrifugal forces play a factor in the acceleration vector that is expressed as gravity in other words you weigh more as you approach the poles number-23 pillars first samuel 2 verse 8 for the pillars of the earth are the lord's and he has set the world upon them job now in verse 6 and the pillars thereof tremble Psalm 75 verse 3 I bear up the pillars of it there's nothing about a ball shaped earth that you can fit pillars into that's because the earth is not round the pillars hold up a flat earth there's a dome on top the earth is flat there is absolutely no evidence of any pillars holding up the earth nor is there any evidence that if there were pillars holding up the earth that the shape of the earth could not be a sphere there are many different literal and figurative interpretations of pillars throughout the Bible from the pillars of salt to the pillars the earth rest on the pillars that hold up the firmament and several others it is more likely nothing more than an interpretive way to think of God as being in total control of every aspect of reality including where the earth resides in the universe number 22 the firmament dome Isaiah 24 verse 18 for the windows of heaven are opened it's a dome over a flat earth Isaiah 13 verse 13 therefore I will make the heavens tremble if the heavens can tremble then it has to have solidity to it Genesis 1 verse 6 and God said let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters and let divide the waters from the waters it's a dome over a flat earth that separates the waters above the dome I read this so many times and I didn't see what was going on I read the word firmament didn't understand it but it makes so much sense now when you take it literally there are several reasons as to why the ancient biblical scholars believe the firmament held back the waters above the first and most obvious is that the sky is blue and so is water it's easy to see how the uninformed ancients could believe this to be true without the scientific knowledge of light refraction other explanations include clouds in the sky that dropped rain being the windows to the waters above and even a crazy claim that in ancient times there was a water vapor layer that covered the earth which was responsible for Noah's Flood but then again the flood did not happen as described number 21 the firmament dome continued Isaiah 44 verse 20 for I am the Lord who made all things who alone stretched out the heavens who spread out the earth by myself Psalms 18 verse 9 he bowed the heavens also second Samuel 22 verse 10 repeats Psalms it says he bowed the heavens also Strong's number H 5 186 describes the word bowed as bend the heavens bend around us is a domed heaven around a flat earth there really wasn't a need for a second for a moment proof but okay the heavens being bowed is simply a matter of an observers perspective this would be true on both a flat earth and a globe earth however the observable fact that objects move across the sky uniformly at 15 degrees per hour with no difference in angular size disproves the concept that there exists a firmament in which all of the heavenly bodies are attached to number 20 the Sun there are 67 Bible verses that reference the Sun moving you can easily look this up here's a title on one website that lists them all but zero zilch nothing no Bible verses at all that ever make reference to the earthmoving so at the very least the Bible supports a geostationary Earth I agree that the Bible supports a geocentric model 100% which is exactly why the science community does not use the Bible as a credible reference source number 19 Bible codes if you familiar with Bible codes then you'll know there's a matrix of Flat Earth if you look hard enough you will eventually find something even the person who mirrored this video said that she didn't believe in the Bible codes and it wasn't her video number 18 height and depth job 11 verse 8 it is as high as heaven what can you do deeper than hell what can you know so there's a height to heaven and a depth to hell you can't have a height to heaven on a heliocentric ever-expanding universe model you can only have a height to heaven on a flat earth that has a dome over the top of it yes but only if the concepts of a biblical heaven in hell are found to be true the ancients didn't understand the concepts and science behind the layers of earth beneath the crust and could have easily misinterpreted any geothermic activity such as geysers Hot Springs and volcanoes on the surface of the earth as a direct result of Hell being beneath their feet the distance to this heat source is referred to as the depth to hell the ancients also believed heaven was on the other side of the firmament and the height of the firmament was unmeasurable the concept the ancients had of the heavens being stretched out refers to the day and night sky appearing to go out for infinity but needing a relative limitation to resolve their geocentric model number 17 length and width job 11 verse 9 the measure thereof is longer than the earth and broader than the sea it doesn't say longer than the sphere and broader than the curved ocean you can't have a length and breadth on a ball unless you change the wording of the Bible to accommodate it you can only have a length and breadth on a flat level plane and you are an idiot even on a sphere you can measure a length take for instance the circumference of a sphere which is calculated by taking the diameter of the sphere and multiplying it by PI and is measured in units of length number 16 wisdom Colossians 2 verse 8 says beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit after the tradition of men after the rudiments of the world first Timothy 6 verse 20 false science 1st Corinthians 3 verse 19 for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God a ball-shaped world is wisdom to those that live in the world and get their information from TV or the education system wisdom of a global earth is literally foolishness with God true wisdom is not taught in the education system and neither will you find it on the 6 o'clock news true wisdom is only found by carefully weighing up the options and that's what we've been doing on this channel for the last few months weighing up the evidence really try to understand what the Bible is saying here in these 3 verses because it's telling us that the earth is flat it's not round I would argue that true wisdom comes from the ability to identify models that have no predictive capabilities such as religion from models that have powerful predictive capabilities such as those in science the reason that religion rejects science is because science is the antidote to the disease of religion the more that science can predict natural observations without the need for a creator the more the idea of a creator diminishes religion denouncing science is more of a survival tactic than anything to sum it up science is superior to religion because science leaves open the possibility of a creator to exist with empirical proof however religion relies on the existence of a creator therefore closes off any possibility that we could exist without one number 15 day and night job 26 verse 10 he has compass the waters with bounds until the day and night come to an end that's interesting here's a Flat Earth map the outer bounds are made of ice the waters are literally compost with an ice boundary the Sun goes around the earth like this both day and night can only come to an end where day and night meet the dome beyond the dome time ceases to exist who ever happens to live in that realm outside the dimension of time beyond the dome which is the heaven is also immortal he's always been there he can see the beginning and the end prophecies in the Bible inspired by the Holy Spirit show us the future is already foretold and when the Bible talks of the everlasting that's the place we all go to at some point problem is most of us who reject the truth will face everlasting shame like it or not we're all going to meet our maker someday so day and night can't possibly come to an end on a ball earth model that's because the earth isn't a ball the earth is flat this is yet another baseless assertion that doesn't completely make sense day and night are basically polar opposites of each other so regardless of whether it is a flat or globe earth when it is not day it is by definition night this assertion references mostly when in which there are several scientific hypotheses including the big rip the big crunch and the big freeze but truly no one knows number fourteen foundations job 38 verse four where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth declare if you have understanding as we've just seen the foundations of the earth are pillars Isaiah 48 verse 13 my hand also has laid the foundation of the earth and my right hand has spanned the heavens when I call unto them they stand up together if the heavens stand up that's his command then it's telling us here that the heavens are a dome it's a solid dome the earth is flat we covered this earlier and proof 23 there is no evidence that any pillars are holding up the earth and the word pillars is used both figuratively and literally to describe objects throughout the Bible number thirteen footstool Isaiah 66 verse one the heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool Matthew 5 verse 35 he's swearing norbye earth for it is his footstool act 7 verse 49 heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool this is what a footstool looks like it's got four pillars here's another one how exactly are you mistaking this for this what footstool spends a thousand miles an hour this is an equally ridiculous claim as the Bible codes not all footstools have four legs not off foot stools are flat if the earth is God's footstool then why can't we see his feet in the sky not to mention that according to the Bible God makes enemies his footstool as well does this mean that we are eternal enemies of God the most likely explanation for these passages is nothing more than it's used as a figurative representation number 12 desktop globe Exodus 20 verse 4 thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above or that is in the earth beneath Isaiah 42 verse a neither my praise to graven images it's also the second of the ten commandments so that rules out having a spinning globe on your desktop because what's a spinning globe it's a graven image that depicts the earth why was the commandment not to have those things because it indoctrinates without even speaking the earth isn't a globe it's flower and you are an idiot literally that is the best way to refute this claim it requires too many assumptions on the many different interpretations of different Bible verses some of which would have been taken literally and some figuratively and most modern-day theologians agree that the earth is a spinning globe orbiting the Sun at ridiculous speeds according to them the Flat Earth would be considered a graven image of his creation number 11 the Stars Matthew 24 verse 29 the stars shall fall from heaven mark 13 verse 25 and the stars of heaven shall fall revelation 6 verse 13 and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth we've all been brainwashed into thinking the stars are massive and trillions of miles away the Bible is telling as the stars are not massive they're small clothes and they're going to fall to the earth so the universe that we see up there is dome shaped and small enough to contain all the stars that circle around the flat stationary earth as far as the stars falling to earth if the people who wrote the Bible are speaking of actual events they witnessed then this can be written off as simply the observation of meteor showers shooting stars or some other natural phenomenon if they are speaking figuratively then they were probably trying to contemplate what would happen when the universe from their perspective would end which could be when the Stars Sun and Moon fall out of the sky number 10 the universe this is the ancient Hebrew view of the universe we've got the earth on pillars she all down there dome over the flat geostationary earth and all the stars and the Sun and the moon inside the dome going around the earth that's why in Genesis 1 verse 14 it says let there be lights in the firmament of heaven not orbiting a Milky Way galaxy no inside the dome the firmament do I need to be the one that mentions that there are more than 4 pillars holding up the earth in this image aside from that glaring inconsistency this model is just completely wrong we have already discussed the angular size of the Sun not changing with distance problem and the stars moving at a constant rate of 15 degrees per hour problem should we now address that this map supports the notion that the geographical limitations of the ancient times such as mountains and oceans represented the ends of the earth from their perspective maybe this is why the concept of the firmament has never had any true consistency in its description I've seen it described as glass a permeable membrane and a static and electromagnetic field none of which has ever been directly observed or measured number 9 Sun circuit Psalm 96 verse 10 the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved King James Version equally that verse could support a ball-shaped earth but it eliminates the possibility of the earth going around the Sun bear that in mind for a moment Psalm 19 verse 6 talking about the Sun his going forth is from the end of heaven and his circuit until the ends of it and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof if the Sun has a circuit then the Sun is not the center of the solar system as we've been told critics will say ah yes but the Sun is on a circuit it circles the center of our Milky Way galaxy well if the earth is established that it cannot be moved but the Sun Goes Around the Milky Way then the Sun would fly off away from the earth and we'd never see the Sun again so when the Bible talks of the Sun having a circuit it's talking about the Sun getting around the flat earth if the Sun was on a circuit above the earth then we would never have a sunset no matter how much refraction occurs the Sun would change an angular size and momentum throughout the day getting biggest and fastest at solar noon and slowest and smallest at solar midnight as discussed previously the Sun does not change an angular size nor does it ever move through the sky at any other rate than 15 degrees per hour I think now would be a good time to identify one other problem with the Sun circuit on a flat earth every day of the year the Sun would rise and set in a position that is completely unpredictable using a flat earth model with a Sun circuit not to mention that on the equator during the equinoxes the Sun will make a straight line traversal overhead which is completely impossible on a flat earth with a Sun traveling in a circular manner number eight circle of the earth so those who loosely read the Bible point to Isaiah 40 verse 22 which says it is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth and they use that verse to support around Earth but there is a difference between a sphere and the circle isaiah knew the difference between a ball in a circle because he describes a ball in isaiah 22 verse 18 so why did isaiah not use the same word for ball when describing the earth in chapter 40 that's because the earth is not a ball it's a flat disc shape with a dome on top and pillars underneath some people have written this off as viewing the spherical earth from above makes it look like a circle however the ancients didn't have spaceflight and the idea that the earth was a circle was actually derived from their observations of the round shadow on the moon during a lunar eclipse however a shadow cast by a sphere would look exactly the same as a shadow created by a disc at a perfect 90 degree angle number seven grasshoppers Psalm 33 verse 14 from the place of his habitation he looks upon the inhabitant of the earth you can't do that on a 13.8 billion light year across the universe it's a dome Isaiah 40 verse 22 it is he that sits above the circle of the earth and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers if you're outside the expanding heliocentric universe then we wouldn't resemble grasshoppers the entire galaxy would resemble a speck it's a dome over a flat earth you are an idiot I'm sure you have been in the relatively low altitude of an airplane humans on the ground don't look like grasshoppers they don't even look like ants or anything else because you can't see them for us to look like grasshoppers God could only be just a few hundred feet in the sky above earth number six deception Matthew 24 verse 24 if it were possible they shall deceive the very elect 2nd Thessalonians 2 verse 3 let no man deceive you by any means Ephesians 5 verse 6 let no man deceive you with vain words all three of these Bible verses can easily be translated as don't let any assertions that disprove the Bible deceive you this is a subconscious pre-emptive attack on any information that goes against the Bible and is absolutely necessary for religion to survive the advancements of science basically religion needs a way of defending itself against future discoveries that may contend with the beliefs of the religion therefore it writes this defense mechanism into its indoctrination texts and these verses are evidence of this number 5/10 if we go back to Isaiah 40 verse 22 and expand on it it says if you remember it says it is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain and spreads them out as a tent to dwell in here's a picture of my tent I went camping in it a month ago how exactly are you confusing a tent a dome-like structure for an expanding universe 13.8 billion light years across they don't match up again this verse gives credence to the fact that it's a flat earth with a dome-like structure above we have no evidence of any tent-like structure anywhere in the universe however we do have substantial evidence that supports an expanding universe that is 13.8 billion years old number four ends of the earth job 37 verse 3 and his lightning unto the ends of the earth Daniel 4 verse 11 and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth proverbs 30 verse 4 who hath established all the ends of the earth what is his name what is his son's name if he can tell Wow Wow proverbs is Old Testament and what a prophecy that is not only is it predicting Jesus the Son of God but also the ends of a flat level earth there's no end on a ball-shaped earth it goes around continuously you can only come to an end on a flat level plane the ends of the earth is a metaphor for as long as you can go or see for instance when they say site to the ends of the earth they are literally saying as far as you can see the idea that the earth ended was simply a basic understanding of the limiting factors of local geography as far as they knew North and South America as well as Australia didn't even exist the problem with accepting what ancient texts say to be factual is that you also have to discount all the future scientific discoveries that disprove that notion for instance Einstein's theory of general relativity replaced Newton's laws of gravitational attraction as a better explanation of the gravitational force I'm sure that in the distant future there will be an even more complete understanding of gravitational attraction that makes both Einsteins and Newton's theories appear ancient number three lies Jeremiah 16 verse 19 the Gentiles shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth and shall say surely our fathers have inherited lies vanity and things where and there is no prophet this is a future prophecy following a monstrous destruction of people who believed lies but it could just as easily apply now today here we are today showing evidence of the ends of the earth telling people the earth is flat and the generation who lived from the 1930s until now got lied to the generation above wars inherited lies and those who stand for nothing will believe anything there's no end to the earth on a ball that's because it's not a ball it's flat and yet more evidence of the pre-emptive attack by religion on anyone who has evidence that the Bible is wrong whether the persons presenting the evidence are right or wrong the Bible has presuppositional II deemed them as Liars based solely on the fact that they do not conform blindly with the assertions made by the Bible number two the four wins the Bible is consistent all the way through from old to new testament that there's four wins for example Jeremiah 49 verse 36 four wins Daniel 7 verse two four wins Matthew 24 verse 31 four wins revelation 7 verse one four wins if you've got understanding you'll know there's a jet stream that connects North America with Europe commercial aircraft tried to fly in the jet stream to conserve fuel do some diligent research and you'll find there's four jet streams two in the north and two in the southern hemisphere so how did the guys who penned the Bible know about these four jet streams when they were only discovered in the 1920s when planes could finally fly high enough to discover them so we have a dome-shaped earth that requires cross ventilation but if you want to ventilate the entire earth then you'll need inlets of air and outlets that's why in Revelation 7 verse 1 it says I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth holding back the four winds of the earth so that no wind would blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree and the picture you see on screen is a graphical representation of the four angels on the four corners of the earth each of them would feed in a jet stream of air into the dome a bit like a leaf blower to cross ventilate the entire earth jet streams wouldn't work on a bowl-shaped earth because they'd fizzle out to nothing very quickly the only way I can visualize a jet stream working is to feed that jet stream somehow into the system by an inlet it's impossible to replicate a constant fast flowing column of air on a ball earth without something feeding that air into the system scientists will try and make out the case the hot and cold air colliding will cause a jet stream but I think that's unlikely at the beginning of this video he said that he was saving the best to ever do for last the jet streams on earth are completely understood and explained with the natural laws of physics most specifically the laws of thermo and fluid dynamics not only do we understand the jet streams on earth but we have absolutely observed jet streams on several other planetary bodies and extensively on Jupiter the notion of four angels on the four corners of a flat earth being responsible for very circular patterns that we observe in reality is more fantastical than factual so that brings us to the number one reason and that is mathematics in Psalm 147 verse 5 it's referring to the Almighty it says his understanding is infinite and if we get to Genesis 1 verse 1 in the beginning God created the heaven singular and the earth what you're about to see is approximately 20 seconds of complicated stuff just follow along as best you can here for 20 seconds because this will knock your socks off in Hebrew the first sentence of the Bible looks like this if you take the number of Hebrew letters and times that by the product of the letters and then divide that by the number of words times the product of the words you get 3.1416 that that's the value of pi' to four decimal places and this is your best proof you are an idiot I tried as hard as I could to figure out a way to work out this equation if that's what you want to call it the number of letters and the number of words is easy to figure out but what exactly is the product of the letters and the product of the words a product is the end result of multiplying one quantity by another I don't get how one can possibly get a quantity from multiplying letters let alone the idiotic comment that you can get a value from multiplying words together please if you can find a reference source for me on how they came to this conclusion post it in the comments and I will you it pi is the relationship of a circles circumference to its diameter so you measure the circumference of any circle all the way around and divide that by the diameter straight across and you get 3.14 the value of pi an infinite string of numbers okay that's the complicated stuff over what the Bible is describing here is clearly a circle and not a sphere and only a flat geostationary circular earth fits that description and if that failed to knock your socks off then you've not been paying attention there is so much stupidity involved in what was just said you can absolutely use a sphere to calculate the value of pi in fact it is exactly the same equation as finding the value of pi for a circle pi equals the circumference of a sphere divided by the diameter conflate that with an equation that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever but somehow equates to a number similar to pi and the result is the earth is flat and you are a idiot now I'd like to take the time out to thank you guys for sitting through this vomit fest with me I truly hope you were able to get more of it into the trashcan than I was because even though Tiger Dan is no longer a flat
