all right we're doing uh duda i've been wanting to do twiggy makeup sit for years and i don't know why i haven't done it like i really just don't even know um so this is the image that i'm gonna be using for inspo which i got on pinterest because like that's where i get all of my inspo pics now so the best part about this is how natural her skin is so we're going to keep things very simple with some adjustments for just me and my face in general my skin is very moisturized right now and i'm going to use like very light amounts of makeup so i'm trying to decide if i want to even use a primer i don't really feel like i need one i am going to go in with the um i duty niacinamide brightening cream from first aid beauty to begin with just to brighten up my under eyes because she doesn't have any dark circles and i really don't know how we're going to tackle that um okay so to begin you know what i'm actually going to do i've been um kind of testing out this product from cosas cozas this is the tinted face oil and this is in number two so i'm going to be applying this um i'm just going to drip it on my face just a little bit like that and then using this brush from sigma this is the domed buffer brush i'm just going to blend that out i kind of just want to create like a like a cohesive color you know tone down any redness or you know inconsistencies in my skin tone so that we have like so just somewhere to start just like a a base that makes sense but i'm using the tiniest amount i mean it really wasn't that much and this stuff is so incredibly natural all right for concealer i'm going to be using the kevin aquan essential skin enhancer and sx03 which is my fave and i'm using small amount of this i'm using this on the elena bedro brush it's a flat concealer brush i'm going to use this to conceal areas of my face so obviously underneath my eyes my dark circles and you know what i was going to take this out a little bit more but i'm actually not going to i'm going to like highlight the sides of my nose like i usually do and kind of just like focus it in the areas where i get redness so like the very center of my face but i kind of want to leave imperfections because she has all these like freckles so sort of just using it to conceal and brighten a little bit all right and i'm going to blend that out with my rare beauty concealer blending brush whatever this thing is called and then kind of like as i get to the outer part of my face i'm just going to kind of like buff it because i want to see that skin you know like i want to get rid of my dark circles but i don't really want to get rid of my freckles on my cheekbones i'm just gonna kind of like do buffing motions but like a combination of buffing and padding so we're keeping this very natural all right now she has a cute little nose i'm gonna do some contouring you don't have to for this but um i want to so i'm using my light medium kkw beauty contour stick and i'm just gonna be i'm kind of gonna do like i'm gonna do my jawline i'm gonna do a little bit of my cheekbones but not too much she's a very distinct cupid's bow so i'm going to contour it here all right and then for my cheekbones i'm just going to do right here basically just following like what's flattering for me um okay her brows are pretty light so i'm going to be using i'm going to be using this um brow pencil this is the uptown arch define and fill uh brow pencil by model rocks this is not what i want is this one i guess it is in blondie model rocks blondie i'm just going to kind of like fill in my whole brow using this it's very light and her brows are very thin so i'm kind of just going to like fill them in very naturally they do kind of like go out at the tail though so i'm going to extend them and then i'm going to use a super light concealer so i'm actually going to be revisiting the rare beauty concealer in 110n and i'm going to clean up and i'm going to like really accentuate the arch there because her tail gets so skinny uh to prep for eyeshadow i'm gonna be going in with the urban decay eye primer taking that under my eyes as well a little bit um okay i'm gonna apply just like a teeny bit more concealer because i feel like i need a little bit more coverage just a tiny bit right there and for powder i'm using the pat mcgrath light one powder i'm basically just going to be focusing this in the areas where i get like some shine as well as under my eyes all right i don't know if bronzer was big in the 60s but um to add a little bit of warmth warmth to my face i'm going to be using this might seem weird i'm going to be using the matte broad spectrum spf blah blah whatever uh powder foundation in golden beige 13 from bareminerals and i'm using this brush by the makeup institute it's basically just like a big sort of fan brush to apply that and i'm just going to use this to like add a little bit of warmth to like i don't know my temples bring it up to my hairline just a little bit of very natural warmth and then i'm going to do the same thing on my cheeks kind of just like a little bit in my cheekbone to begin with and then just kind of blending it out like that and then before i go on to the eyes i'm going to be going in with this blush from house labs in the shade bouquet it's very 60s pink in my opinion also matches my background like pretty well and i don't know if you guys can tell but her blush is actually like kind of in her contour and like very high up on the cheek so that's what i'm gonna be doing so i'm going to kind of start it here and then blend it up onto the cheekbone and i'm going to keep it like right here in this area so the photo the image that i'm using she has um kind of like purpley shades going on so i'm going to be using the 351 ice fanta ice wait icy fantasy palette from morphe this guy so we've got like just a ton of really beautiful like pastels okay so the first thing that i'm gonna do is mix this purpley shade with this white shade this matte white oh no wait just kidding that's not matte this matte white so i'm gonna mix those together to make sort of a very light pastel purpley shade and then i'm basically just going to set my whole lid with that because she has this kind of like icy purpley color just everywhere and to mix those i'm just tapping them back and forth all right now i'm going to go in and do her like exaggerated lid line basically and for that i'm i'm going to use an eyeshadow because i think it'll be a lot easier so i'm going to pick up this like cool toned bluish purpley gray i don't really know how to describe that color and i'm going to use that on this flat like sort of angled brush this is from the bh cosmetics i can't remember it's the one with the sprinkles on it this is the number nine brush she kind of actually has a similar eye shape to me but her eye socket might go back a little bit further but so what i'm going to do is take this like and basically just like follow that line but i'm going to go just above where my eye actually creases so looking down into a mirror i'm going to sketch it here and then the whole trick to twiggy is bringing it down and basically following your eye so you're kind of like rather than like sweeping it out which is what i would typically do bringing it down so i'm going to use this shadow to slowly build up that color and sketch that out and then on the inner part i'm going to take it again straight down to my inner corner and the reason i like eyeshadow for this is it's a lot easier to slowly build it up so it allows for just more mistakes this isn't an easy thing to get completely even um all right so now i'm going to take that matte white just with my fingertip and i'm going to use it to highlight underneath my brow bone i'm just going to build up the white on this lid to make it a little bit lighter and then using a flat brush i'm going to pick up that white and i'm going to basically like trace underneath the line we drew just to you know make it pop a little bit more all right now i'm actually going to pick up this shade from the mothership 5 palette by pat mcgrath just because it's the darkest thing that i have near me you could use black it doesn't matter and then i'm gonna be using this little detail brush also from that bh collection i'm gonna use this to really really like define this line you could use like a black liner or something but again i just find this to be a lot easier with eyeshadows so now we have that shape it's a lot easier to create that detail now for my lower lash line because i have you know this crepey under eye bag situation i'm going to mix those colors that we originally went in with the purple and the white to just like add a little something down here because i just like need some definition and i'm just going to buff this all under my lower lash line just to kind of create that um illusion of something going back in space and then for my lower lash line i'm going to go in with this pale pink uh eyeliner from house labs this is in the shade identify open wide i don't know there's so many i think it's open wide it's just a pill pink and i'm gonna focus this on the outer part of my eye i'm gonna take it kind of everywhere but i'm gonna really focus on the outer corner of my eye and then kind of like stop it in here um okay for my lower lash line i'm going to pick up that kind of like gray shade on this little definer brush and then i'm going to focus this right under my lower lash line kind of going like all the way and then i'm going to bring it out just a little bit i'm creating a little bit of a shadow and then using the house labs eyeliner uh i'm going to line my whole eye and then bring that flick downward so i'm actually going to start on the inner corner of my eye line my whole eye and then instead of bringing it out i'm gonna extend it like this which is so not easy to do when you are not used to doing that at all and then on the inner corner and bring that down just a little bit and then you know what in the image that i first showed you it kind of looks like she has like a little bit of an inner corner highlight so like even if she probably doesn't i'm gonna put one and i'm gonna use um this color which is which is uh it's a white like reflect but it's got like a little bit of pink reflect in it i'm gonna place it like right in here it just looks like she's got like a little bit of reflect in there all right i'm gonna curl my lashes and put on a few coats of mascara um okay so for false lashes i'm gonna use boudoir light which are very like round they could like flare out more on the center and we are going to be going in with the lower lashes as well so while i wait for my lash glue to get tacky i'm trying to figure out what i want to do with the lips she basically just has like lipstick on and our lip shape isn't that different so i think what i'm going to do is i'm going to use ysl number 10 this lipstick because it looks very um similar to it looks like she might just have like a really small amount of like kind of a cream sheen lipstick on and i'm gonna apply this with this little morphe brush i don't know there's like a new gold collection that came out so i'm just gonna pick it up with this brush and then it's kind of just like a light pink alright i do want to define my lips just like a little bit because they just feel a little like lost right now so i'm going to use the nyx nude beige lip pencil and i'm literally just going to line my lips i'm going to pop on this lash so we're actually going to be putting um lower lashes on as well so i'm going gonna be using these ones from uh nikki makeups not nikkietutorials nikki underscore makeups collaboration with swede lashes and these are the under lash i've used them before so they're kind of in disarray but anyway i'm just going to use these to like really amp up my lower lashes all right and then the last step is freckles so she's got a bunch of little tiny freckles sort of like all over her face because she has very like natural skin going on so i'm basically just going to be using this micro brow pen from rimmel this is in i don't know what color it is it's the slightly lighter one and i'm just basically going to be like dotting this around and then kind of just blending it out all right and then the last thing that i'm going to do because i wasn't sure if i wanted to or not i'm going to set my brows with some soap all right guys that's it for this twiggy inspired makeup tutorial let me know what you think in the comments down below um i really like the way that it turned out i feel like really cute thoughts i'm gonna go take photos now bye
