5 Things You Didn't Know You Could Build in Minecraft! (NO MODS!)

hey what's up guys ewy strip here with five secret things you didn't know you could build in your very own minecraft world including a blender to spice dice and smosh together your favorite minecraft vegetables a sophisticated medieval lamppost but in the style of a nether bastion a rickety old chain drawbridge just like the ones you see in the movies an apple ipad and my personal favorite today getting into that christmas spirit is a snow globe which you can actually see the falling snow inside at an adorable little christmas tree and just like christmas where it's for everyone and no one misses out i want this video to be the same so no one is going to miss out on these builds because every single one of them has no mods and no commands meaning you'll be able to build these in survival for any version of minecraft whether you guys are on an ipad iphone android playstation xbox pc or nintendo switch it ain't matter you'll be able to get these so get hyped get excited if you are you ready to make a delicious smoothie or milkshake well let's make the splinter and get the show on the road for this you're going to need one end rod one random block to use a scaffolding we're gonna use white concrete two armor stands and then two items which you want to blend together we're gonna be making an apple and melon smoothie so we're using those two items you're going to need one smithing table one black stained glass two pistons one redstone activation device we're gonna use a block of redstone but a level will work just fine and then one grey carpet and some iron bars so first off decide where you are going to place this blender i'm gonna put it right up against the wall here and you want to essentially dig down one block into the ground like so then place an end rod coming out of the side wall then grab your armor stand here guys and you want to come to the left side and drop an armor stand down onto the end rod making sure he's facing the left direction then go ahead and crouch and you want to go ahead and click on your armor stand to switch his position you want to click on him one two three four five times till he goes into this like hands outwards position so the fifth position there and give him one of your items that you want to be blended so we're gonna give this guy the apple then grab your random scaffolding block and place this just above the armor stand like so this time we're gonna place another armor stand but facing the other direction the right direction go ahead and also put him in the fifth position by crouching and clicking on your arm stand one two three four and five and give him your other item to be blended which in this case is our melon then you want to go ahead and destroy this scaffolding block and he'll fall down like so now if you guys can already see here the middle bit of the armor stand those two little head bits look like the blades in a blender and then obviously have your items in there but well it just kind of looks like armour stands at the moment we need to get the rest of the blender going so grab your smithy table here guys and you're gonna place this above your two armor stands and then above your smithing table place down your black stained glass then we're going to use my favorite double piston system i'm going to place one two pistons facing downwards like so above your blender and you're gonna activate that first piston pushing that down and then activate your second piston like so now you can go ahead and destroy all of that we're going to grab our gray carpet and our iron bars here you just want to chuck the gray carpet on top of your black stained glass and then your iron bars off to the right and voila we are done that is your blender you can see the armor stands actually look like the blades inside a blender or a nutribullet and then you have your actual items that are being blended which in this case is our apple and our melon we've got the little handle off to the side the lid it just looks absolutely awesome i love it alright let's go ahead and move on to our second build today if you like sophistication or if you like medieval designs or if you like nether bastions or if you just love dark colors then this lamp post is for you it looks epic like seriously epic your friends will be so impressed so for this you guys need one smithing table an anvil one spris fence three hoppers a chiseled polished black stone three dark oak wood slabs two dark oak trap doors two grindstones two chains two polished black stone walls two more dark oak trapdoors two sole campfires and finally eight spruce signs so first off pick off where you're going to place your lamp post so we're going to place it right here and you're going to place down your smithing table it's going to be the center of our lamp post then you want to go ahead and crouch and place an anvil directly above your smithing table then crouch again and place a spruce fence on top of your anvil like this then grab your hopper here guys place this on top of your spruce fence and directly above this we're going to place chiseled black stone now if you just go ahead and click it it's going to open up the hopper so you're going to need to crouch while placing your block so we're going to crouch and place the block on top of the hopper there then go ahead grab your hoppers again we'll place one on the left facing into that polished black stone and then one on the right also facing inwards grab your dark oak wood slabs we're going to place one in the center here one to the left and one to the right and then on the edges here we're gonna place one darko trapdoor on the right and do the same thing on the left side here guys pleasant one just there then grab your grindstones here guys and again you want to crouch we're gonna place this just under this darko trapdoor here guys facing forward like so then come to your right hand side and again crouch and place that grindstone facing underneath go ahead crouch again and we're gonna place one chain under each of these grindstones next grab your polished black stone wall i'm gonna place one of these under each of the chains here on the left and then over on the right side then grab your dark oak trap doors here guys and you want to crouch again and place one two coming out like so and destroy this one and then crouch again and place a soul campfire on top of that we're gonna do the exact same thing on the right hand side here guys grabbing your dark coat trap doors one two destroy this one crouch again and place that soul campfire on top next we're going to grab your spruce science here guys and we're just going to polish this off a little bit by surrounding these soul campfires in spruce science so we're going to place one two and then three and four doing the exact same thing on the right hand side here guys so one two three and four and there we go we are done does that not look awesome like it just looks so menacing and epic and trust me this will seriously make a design statement if you have this outside of your house especially if you're building anything that looks kind of evil this would definitely match 100 and i think this would scare away a lot of mobs or anybody of your friends who are trying to steal your diamonds but that's build number two let's move on to build number three i gotta be honest with you guys since chains were added into minecraft this new bridge design might be the only bridge design i ever built again because i just love it that much it reminds me of like an adventure movie or something but i'll show you guys what it looks like for this you guys need 14 spruce wood slabs 26 chains four stone stairs and finally four grindstones all right so first off we're gonna do is you wanna pick somewhere to build your bridge now the ideal length for your bridge is one two three four five six seven eight 9 10 11 blocks long now you can actually make this as big or small as you like it but i think 11 is the perfect size and looks the best once you've decided that guys you want to come up to one side here and we're going to place one or two spruce slabs like so then grab your two chains and place one or two chains there then grab your spruce wood slabs and you want to make sure you place it on the bottom half of these chains we're going to place one two like so making this look like it's kind of going down in the ground as if gravity is actually affecting these blocks then you want to grab your spruce wood slabs against you guys and you're gonna build one under and one out and you can destroy this one underneath i'm gonna place one at two coming down like so then grab your chains against here guys we're gonna place one two more chains and finally we're gonna place two more spruce wood slabs but make sure on the bottom half of these chains one two like so and so you guys can see it's actually going down into the center here and now we want to build this going back up so it reaches on here we're just going to replicate this and flip it onto the right hand side here guys you're gonna place one two more chains you're gonna place one or two slabs like this build one out one up destroy that one one two like so then grab two more chains here and finally your two spruce wood slabs on the other side now you could honestly leave the bridge like this and it would honestly look awesome like just look at how cool this is guys it's this rickety chain bridge and it actually looks realistic because of the way it's kind of scoops into that center as if gravity is pulling the bridge down i just think that looks awesome and straight out of adventure movie but we're gonna add just a little bit more to you know give that extra bit of flare so grab your stone stairs you guys and on the left side of your bridge here we're gonna place one stone stair facing this direction and one on the right and do the exact same thing on the other side place one on the left here and one on the right then grab your grindstone to you guys and you want to place one going out uh kind of facing outward like so of your stair and do the same thing on the right side like that and do the same thing on the other side here you guys placing oop don't fall through your rickety arm bridge guys that would not be the smartest decision you can make oh my goodness that gave me a heart attack we're gonna place one grandstand there coming off your stair and then one on the right side like so now we're just gonna connect these grindstones using chains so go ahead jump down here you need to crouch and place your chain like so and then build these coming all the way to the other side like so now this can be a little bit finicky because the chain blocks are so hard to click but if you're careful bang there we go we're gonna do the same thing on the left side here one two and three four five six seven this is so slow going eight and nine there we go as you guys can see check it out now we've got these awesome kind of like chain ropes as well as the chain bridge i just think mwah this is a design perfection it looks realistic it looks real and just gives so much character to your builds i think it's one of the best bridge designs you can make but don't go anywhere guys because up next is that apple ipad and then at the very end we've got my favorite build that's snow globe with actual falling snow and a christmas tree so don't go anywhere we've got more awesome builds coming up let's go on to the next one now i'm sure all of your friends have seen ipads before but how many of your friends have seen an ipad inside minecraft probably not many and that's why i think this build will definitely impress your friends and you should definitely build it so for this you're going to need one arm stand one iron helmet three grey concrete one piston one block of redstone or a lever and then you're going to need two cobblestone walls an item frame and finally one more iron helmet so you don't even need that much stuff to build this and yet it looks so awesome so first off guys pick where you want your ipad and you want to dig down one block into the ground like so then go ahead and place your armor stand so it falls into that block and you want to crouch and click on your armor stand once to put them in that second position then grab your iron helmet here and you want to place this just on top of your armor stand grab your grey concrete blocks i'm gonna place one on the left one on the right and one directly above the armor stand grab your pistons you guys and you want to place this facing it downwards like so onto your middle grey concrete block and we're going to go ahead and activate this using a block of redstone all right there we go now already you guys can see this is going to make the black screen of our ipad but we're not done quite yet grid x grab your cobblestone walls here guys we're going to place one on the left and one on the right this is just to kind of complete the table look that we're going for you guys and to finish off our ipad we're going to grab our item frame you guys and you want to be very careful and want to place this on the block bit don't place this on the armor stand you want to place this on the block on the outer rim here place that item frame and then finally you want to grab that iron helmet and you're going to be very careful here guys you want to make sure your cursor is on the item frame not on the armor stand not on the block it needs to be on the item frame and you want to go ahead and place that iron helmet then go ahead and keep your cursor on that iron frame and you want to click it one two times so it rotates like so and check this out guys it actually looks like a white ipad you've obviously got the white border of your ipad you have the black screen and then that iron helmet looks just like the apple logo it's super simple super easy to make and yet that legitimately looks like a tablet like an ipad right there now if you didn't want it to be an ipad you could take the iron helmet outside of this item frame here guys so you could take it out and now it just looks like a tablet obviously you have the black screen and then the outline but if you wanted to be an ipad you put that iron helmet in and now you've got the apple logo all right so that's awesome guys but my favorite build is up next so don't go anywhere because it is freaking awesome there's actual snow and everything is so cool don't go anywhere i'll see you soon okay let's be real who doesn't love snow globes like they're adorable you shake them all up you got the fallen snow there's usually like something cute inside of it i just love them and now i'm gonna get them in my minecraft world to decorate my house with a baby little christmas tree and that falling snow but because it is so awesome it's also a little bit harder to build than some of the other builds in today's video so you guys might need to rewind and re-watch this just a few times if you are planning on building this in your own minecraft world because it isn't the easiest thing so for this guys you're going to need nine dark oak wood preferably six sided if you can then you're going to need a four block of red stones one spruce trap door eight armor stands eight leather caps two pistons a weighted pressure plate the heavy one or just the iron pressure plate you're going to need one white stained glass a loom four light blue banners four white dye the banana pattern called field mason it's the one that looks like a brick wall you're going to need eight light blue dye four green dye and finally four brown dyes so quite a few things here guys let's get started so first off you want to build out a little bit of an outline now wherever you're planning on putting your snow globe so let's say my snow globe's going here on the corners here you're gonna place one two three four dark oak wood like so and then you're gonna break out that bottom bit uh the middle bit there that's where we're going to put our snow globe then what you want to do is continue this diagonal pattern you'll place one here one on the right one on the bottom and one on the left making out this kind of like diamond pattern with your dark oak wood this will make sense in a minute guys next grab your block of redstone to you guys and basically in all of these corners you're going to place redstone blocks we're going to place one two three four five six seven and eight like so all right so you should have a pattern that looks like that once you've got this guys you're gonna break out that center block and place down a spruce trap door in the ground like so then grab your armor stance here guys and what you wanna do is you want to place one two like so and go ahead and crouch and put them both into that second position so one two then you want to jump onto the opposite side and do the exact same thing placing one two armor stands crouch and put them both into the second position so you have something that looks like this make sure those armor stands are all facing inwards then you want to place leather caps on all of these here guys and we're going to push these into these blocks here so grab your pistons and you'll place one on the left here so it pushes into the center and one on the right again so it pushes those two armor stands into this block here and we're gonna destroy both of those pistons then do the exact same thing on the back side here guys we're gonna place one piston there pushing that in and one piston on the right again pushing those into the center now we're gonna do the exact same thing but on the left and right side so grab your armor stands against you guys i'm going to place one two armor stands like so facing inwards again and you want to go ahead and crouch and put them both into the second position so one two and do the exact same thing on the other side here guys placing one or two armor stands crouch and put them into second position one two then we're gonna go ahead and place leather hats on all of these armor stands just like the other ones we did before and now we're going to push them in to these two free blocks we've got already so go ahead jump onto the sides you guys want to place one piston on this redstone block pushing him in the center and one on the left pushing him in as well do the exact same thing on the other side here guys placing that piston down on that redstone block and then one on the right as well and now you should have something that looks a little bit like this kind of got this square shape going on with the leather hats on the armor stands then you're going to go ahead and we're going to destroy all of these redstone blocks like so and once you've done that we're going to grab our pistons here guys and you want to place these on each of the four sides on the furthest block so right here guys you're gonna place a piston that's facing inwards like so with this block place one on the right one on the left so it looks just like this and finally we're gonna place one on the top as well so essentially we're gonna push those four outer blocks into the center grab your blocks of redstone here guys you're gonna activate this one first that'll push your armor stands into the center that's okay that's what we want to happen so don't stress guys we can destroy those do the same thing on the left side destroy those top destroy those and finally the right side here activating that piston and destroying those so you get this little thing going on the center now this is super important because this is our snow globe base that's what we spent all of that time building and now that we've got the base it's really easy to build the rest of our snow globe so what you want to do is build up here and you'll place a white stained glass just above our base here and we're going to place a single piston facing downwards and activate that piston so it pushes the white stained glass down into your base and now you guys can see this is the actual skeleton of our snow globe now we just need to put stuff inside of it and decorate it a little bit so to do that we're going to first off place a iron oppression plate on top of our stained glass here and you want to chuck down a loom off to the side in this loom guys we're gonna place in our light blue banners our white day and then our field mason pattern so you get something that looks like this then go ahead and make four of those banners put that back in put in your light blue dye and we're going to choose the stripes like so make four of those banners put them back into the loom and then we're gonna choose the gradient where the blue goes across the top i believe this is called the light blue gradient that's what you want and you wanna make four of those put those back into the loom and now we're going to put four green dye and we're gonna choose the diamond shape make four of those put them straight back into the loom then grab your brown dye and you want to choose the one that puts a little line in the middle of your banner it's called the brown fest make four of those and now that we've got that what you want to do is come up to your snow globe you guys are going to place one two three and four on all sides of your snow globe and check this out does this not look legit now you've got the snow globe designed to you guys you've got the little brown that blends in with the snow globe base which is like the dirt of your snow globe we've got a baby little christmas tree which is adorable and of course you can see that white snow falling down from the nice lovely blue sky doesn't
