history so you would think there must have been some pretty decent Emperor's so in this video we're going to talk about some of the greatest Emperor's to ever rule China we're going to count down this list from number four Emperor Gaozu of Han according to historians the two most farsighted and influential political figures in the history of mankind are Caesar who founded the Roman Empire and Leo Bo who founded the Han Empire not many people in Chinese history went from a simple farmer to become emperor in fact there were only two at the end of the qin dynasty noble who most people knew as emperor gaul was born to a peasant family it was said that one day when the Obamas father went to attend to his wife the sky darkened with lightning and thunder and the dragon appear to beside his wife later on his wife became pregnant and gave birth to Leo bong when people looked at Leo bond they actually believed his facial features resembled that of a dragon he had the whiskers the beard and the high nose as a child he loved to goof off and hated to study but people always felt that there was something really special about him as lil bow grew up he was appointed patrol officer of his town children rather than only their first sons this led to the large areas being divided into many smaller units in order to select the social elite into civil service Emperor Wu established a recruitment system that allowed officials at all levels to recommend outstanding individuals for apprenticeships more scholarships to serve the government's such an approach provided opportunities for capable scholars with less privileged statuses to enter the administrative system even people from very poor or lower backgrounds like slaves and prisoners of war were able to become important officials and
