the sports world is very demanding and competitive so athletes are often required to comply with specific codes of behavior that can be somewhat archaic especially considering that a person's sexual orientation does not define their sports talent these lgbtq swimmers have great stories to offer some very exciting and joyous others not so much but they show that neither orientation nor gender
