baby's gender so let's start with symptoms they say that if you have an uncontrollable morning sickness and horrible nausea to where you don't eat or you need to take meds called hyperemesis gravidarum you will be having a girl if heart rate is above 40 girl and if you have bad mood swings they say it's a girl now let's go with foods or cravings they say that if you crave fruit and cannot
