oh oh did you get [Music] scared morning folks Corn's getting tall and there's a potential rain coming so tomorrow we might start fertilizing uh top dressing corn Acres but that's tomorrow's deal but we got it hooked up now uh right now we got shoot 300 something Bales to haul we haven't used this in a while this is our MDS double bail spear got it all hooked up I'm going to be running this unit with a flatbed trailer hooked onto it Uncle Jeff and Dad will each have their own bail trailer and a tractor with a speeder on it hauling Bales as well so we're going to have three units going today I think $1 probably go two hole here [Music] you're in yeah good yep so we did get a little bit of a spritzer last night the ground is wet and we assume the Bales are too so before we get moving them we want the ground to dry up a little bit and uh you know the faces of those Bales to dry up because we're going to eventually smoosh them together so we don't want any we don't want to trap any moisture in there oh well this machine's ready to go I check the Spinners and the apron they're they got flow it's greased from after last time about nothing left to do besides start hauling hay he's going to be hauling mostly Al FFA and I'm going to be going over here and Hauling grass [Music] home with that gate shut the cows can't bother us falling otherwise the cows could have ran in with the hay or out on the road all right now the tire is doing good time to check is once it's fully loaded right that's how you do that these Bales are hanging off a little bit all right [Music] so we got 12 Bales on the trailer and we'll be carrying two up front 14 a load and there's 111 out there it'll take about 7 eight loads that's a bit better I was having a hard time seeing especially out of the back one all right here we go round two [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so we're shoving these baales back in this hole first and then we got a whole long strip that we can throw Bales in I got to assume we'll have a full yard at the end of the year I'm sure you've noticed that spear on the right it's can move side to side it helps a little bit so you know you want some space between your Bales when they're on the ground so wind can blow through them so I put the spears as close together as possible grab them off the trailer back up a little bit and then move that one all the way to the side and now I got not as much of a gap as I'd like but enough for sure to get some wind some air movement in between the bail rows and then the ground's uneven so the Bales roll into each other anyway seems like there's still a few Bales left to get picked up [Applause] [Music] Uncle Jeff's in this field now his tractor was overheating all that Alfalfa is going to Jeff's place and so it's kind of a it's a bit of a Hall and that's why I'm using this tractor here cuz this tractor likes to overheat and so we didn't want it to have long long drives on the road but his tractor started overheating so now he's helping me and we just got a short haul it's as a cow fli is about a half mile but on the road it's about mile and a half [Music] so it's noon I've holded 42 Bales and we didn't get an early start I see dad's stopped here he's eating lunch I'm going to get some myself and then we'll uh keep hauling Bales one after another after another big boy [Applause] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we are there's one and a half loads left that went pretty quick once just started pulling bales from here so then after that we'll switch field 25 baales in that spot right there that we bailed yesterday that small patch that we tried the international Bor in so we'll have to get those out of there before I start picking up Al FAL [Music] so with this bail trailer fully loaded 14 Bales we're sitting at right about 20,000 lb we got three 7,000 lb axles on that trailer and then you take into consideration the amount of weight that's on the tractor and on this 3point I think we're well within the range of the operating load you've never seen that trailer before neither have I well Jeff just picked it up yesterday dad bought another one because we knew we were going to be making a lot of hay otherwise only two of us could have been hauling Bales so that is what 104 Bales looks like we're going to sneak through snake around and pick up those 25 bales and there is 140ish Bales got to hop on the four-wheeler and get some gates put back to where they were then we'll meet Dad over in the alphalpha potty [Music] break there 52 Bales left here if dad takes two and I take two we'll be done [Music] [Applause] [Music] starting the hour drive it'll be nice we'll have everything prepared dad will be pulling the conveyor down there it's my first planted corn it's got some size to it don't look too bad there's some that we got a couple skips pretty sizable should be able to fit down the rows too hold a lot of hay almost 300 Bales today we appreciate you watching love to see you next time have a good [Music] one this's my pet cat oh that's a raccoon lordy lordy oh Lord you got the mange ew he needs some milk
