so we are here at three signate court just came on on the market I'm standing in the front door which is actually a very pretty front door um and the uh gentleman the owner is blowing off the leaves and things outside but we can see the outside when when we come in to see it ourselves um so as I'm standing here in the front foyer this is what we're looking at here we have a bathroom full bath the shower has not been um updated but but it is an an newer newer vanity the shower looks to be fine uh Stone floors and it does go into this bedroom so you have a bedroom here you can hear him blowing out there down the hallway going towards so we're going past the the front entry this goes into the one car garage and then this is the the laundry and I'm sorry I'm doing this a little bit backwards but we'll get the general gist so bedroom that we were just in nice size full bath foyer and then off of the foyer is the front bedroom there are pocket doors going into this front bedroom you have the stone floors here and then we go down this little Hall owner's bedroom that goes out into sort of a Carolina room which does have Heating in air stuff everywhere closet linen closet that you can put doors on shower is not bad I mean if you get rid of all the clutter in here I actually think that it's not a bad house 9t ceilings popcorn has been scraped off the front doors to our to our left we saw that bedroom we saw that bedroom the owner's bedroom and then the kitchen is a nice size it would be difficult to get this uh converted over to gas I think just because of the location of it but nice little breakfast area so it it's definitely going to need some work but I think once it's cleaned up it actually is is pretty nice is Coran countertops you do have a formal formal dining here and yet it's casual you have this double-sided fireplace I think the nicest room in here is really this is nice there are some cracks up up here but I think they're just cosmetic um but really very lovely room here and a nice size and then access out to that kit one Carolina room from here that's off off the owner's bedroom this is a wood burning fireplace and then out here on this side we have a nice screen porch this is lovely again everything needs a little bit of straightening up and cleaning up but give a pretty view out here good size lot nice and private it's I kind of like it I I just I I think once it's cleaned up it could be a and just decluttered it could be a a nice home the floors look to be in decent shape love that screen porch Carolina room's nice for another den and this is this is a lovely room the it the kitchen is not connected to this room so that would just be the one thing that that might be it's not a real open plan you know you are kind of the sequestered in here a little bit but um but it's a big kitchen so see what you think and uh and and let me know if you'd like to like to see more thanks
