3 Allis Chalmers Muscle Tractors! Allis-Chalmers 220 Front Wheel Assist - Classic Tractor Fever Tv

[Music] brought to you by almond auctions the worldwide leader in antique tractor auctions while there's plenty of entertainment here at orange spectacular and we found McNamara's band Paul and Denis McNamara from Hastings Minnesota you've brought a band of tractors tell them tell us about him but a 210 220 and a 190 but we restored about 10 to 15 years ago and when we brought him up to the show today where did these tractors come from they actually came from all over the place the 220 actually came from out of Iowa the 210 was a local tractor and the 190 actually came from southern Minnesota so yeah they're kind of from all over the area you two guys are brothers do use you own the tractors together all three of them or is one one belong to one of you and tell us how that works we're all in on them together all the tractors we have we restored and collected we're owning them together it's not a good way to bring a family together to collect track I think so yeah and then we farm together two or they're in Hastings so yeah it's kind of our hobby that what is it about allis-chalmers and orange that makes you guys want to collect these well we were born raised on that's all we ever find with on our farm and just always love the factors and just started getting them look like mmm been doing it ever since Dennis tell us a little bit more about this 220 it's a front wheel assist what year was it built and what were some of the future okay it was actually built in 1970 it is a front wheel assist there was a hundred of them built its 135 horsepower tractor I was actually Ellis Charlie's biggest tractor back in 1970 actually they couldn't sell all 100 of these tractors so there was about 80 of our 20 of them turned back in the two-wheel drive at the time so what Salter now I guess I don't know but there's not a whole lot of a motor you know I heard of maybe 30 of them left that are still around so yeah it's pretty rare tractor yeah what did they build them for you think in Minnesota or what parts of the country where it where would they farm with them I would say so you know uh the tractor like that yeah it's got the three-point and everything on the back it really wasn't made for out we in wheat country or anything you know so it was I think they were sold pretty much everywhere yeah just not too many made so yeah and paula of the three the the 190 to 210 the 220 which one's your favorite definitely the 220 front wheel assist it's the rarest and it's just a nice tractor to drive easy driving very easy to drive real simple tractor very well made they'll run forever if they're taken care of did you like the styling that Alice came out with with the the the front end the way they are we specifically like the 100 and 200 series tractors those are always our favorite those are ones we use mostly on the farm and we're just a happiest with those and that's why we started collecting those and I know here at orange spectacular these three tractors have to be getting some comment yeah we do get a lot of compliments it's nice to hear you know it's not the cheapest thing to haul around you know it and it makes it worth bringing them you know on and we don't take them out to a lot of shows you know so this is what the first time in about four years that we've had these tractors old so we don't get too many shows you having a good time at Orange spectacular the best time best place to come to see Ellis Ellis tractors there he always puts on a great show over here and you really enjoy bringing them up here how about you Dennis yeah I feel the same it's a nice show a little wet yesterday but other than that it's been nice so yeah good times Paul and Dennis McNamara they've got three allis-chalmers tractors including the very rare 220 front-wheel assist [Music]
