hey guys it's Roxy back with paperless humans welcome to episode 26 of this free Note 4 course PDF annotation is a popular way of taking digital notes where you simply highlight your PDF or add handwritten notes to it nodeful can import PDFs into the app so you can annotate on them you can import a native PDF or a scan the app also lets you add word and PowerPoint documents but it converts them to PDF first before you can start annotating on them when reading your PDF you can long press the text to highlight and the app will highlight it with a yellow highlighter to change the highlighter color select it using the lasso tool go to style and pick the color you want by far the easiest way to annotate a PDF is using the handwriting tools in the app you can use the highlighter tool to highlight and the pen tool to handwrite notes around your PDF should you need more space to take notes you can add empty pages between the pages of your PDF Note 4 recognizes outlines in your documents not every PDF has an outline though you can edit the outline to add rename or delete items on it another way to quickly navigate a document is through hyperlinks to go to a hyperlinked page simply long press it with a gentle touch and that is all you need to know about PDF reading in Note 4 give this video a thumbs up if you liked it thank you fantastic human for watching see you in learn next episode
