right now we're in Seville it's like a film set it's probably the best way we've had beautiful [Music] hey I'm Jesse behind the camera is will my lovely will and together we are top jaw this is part of our Mediterranean tour that we're doing in collaboration with piano cruises you can go on one of the many Shore experiences organized by piano cruises or you can go and explore independently we've been to Valencia Barcelona and now Seville and one of their food Heroes is Jose Bizarro Jose is a Spaniard but he's lived in London for 25 years has a couple of very successful restaurants but he's joined us here specifically to show us the real Tapas we are going to enjoy for sure and you will enjoy [Music] our four last teresas is one of my favorite places in Seville it's 153 years old almost wow and the most important thing is the people always service here is so friendly and so knowledgeable so this is it this is all the ham on right this is the whole Harmony here the ham is absolutely perfect to eat all the oils coming through all the Aromas coming from the icons it's really nutty [Music] so this is a so-called dish I was just telling me that his mom used to make it exactly the same plenty of her tomato garlic Peppers each flake has like a lot of structure a lot of bite to it but it's but the flavor's really nice and the chew's nice loved it right it's good let's go to the next one [Music] oh wow this is like it's like a film set it's half past two number two they're quick and they're glorious right Casa molares yes this is almost 175 years old by the way we're joined by the owner fourth generation 1850. it boils down so this lady is this is chickpeas with a spinach I think it's one of the most popular Tapas it's very Moorish it's got no business tasting that good this is the wine of Summer they call it red wine the soda it's like a red wine Spritz oxtail very popular very traditional very classic dish here in Seville oxtail from Bulls it's when they're fighting this is the thing me than the one we have they said so tender and again all the flavor from the acorns coming through good potatoes medium rare wow thank you so much that is a really fill like I was eating like a local in there totally you can see it's no tourism there it's just proper locals eating proper food just mate should we get one of those Jose you have scored 10 out of 10 on the other ones that you showed us they've been so good and this is our third and final this is Romero and here is something very special than I don't want to say anything because I want you you to discover with me okay he's the one I'm the only one and what we have here is a salad they made with a tenderloin they make good espresso the same meat that we tried before [Music] oh wow like skill for almost four years it's much chewier when you chew it it turns into like like buttery boiled potato [Music] gives it a real nice tang and we have to putting down that is a sandwich but it's the best sandwich ever I have in my life what yeah I'm on beef chicken chorizo or black pudding that's really good stuff the black pudding is [Music] this is more than 30 years old [Music] this is fat from Heaven a joke sugar that is so naughty it's so intense food hopefully you enjoy yes really did [Music] just let Boss learn and we have another day at Sea today which means exploring this big old ship [Music] Mighty peaceful isn't an incredible with Heights really creepy clippy oh wow I am high ER oh my God right big bridge we go hang on I'm just getting ahead of myself there praying prank restaurant on ship where the food is creating collaboration with Jose Pizarro okay right lots of dishes avocado these are chicken wings and a sweet pineapple salsa tandoori chicken thigh crossing a bite they're a very berry British retro and a global fusion that's really good how about this look at that oh yes this is Epicurean so this is on the 17th Floor the highest and the finest of all the restaurants on board oh hello okay we have our Mains and holy hell everything is very beautifully presented foreign trifle rendition and cheese plain oh hello hello so next up will [Music] um I think our late afternoon early evening drink this is a beautiful Wine Bar run by a woman called Anna she was a mechanical engineer for like 30 years that was her career but she always had burning passion for wine and she wants to do her own projects foreign it's got like a slightly salty end to it oh that smells good I highly recommend coming here pitching up with that as your backdrop sat outside or inside because inside's very lovely it's a bit colder than that here mmm thank you very much Anna it's a pleasure for me all the people come to La malaba uba [Music] away to dinner stop on a what I'm going to call a Boulevard you know I've seen one of those before we just picked up at a bar called animal gamma just to have a couple of birds and hey three Euros each that was pretty good too turns out iPhones don't like the pool as much as we do for a late dinner because it is 20 to 10. that's just when things are starting to kick up anyway we're at maribunda oh it's cool in here [Music] I know this is the sky with a Scarab shell this is a special it's like an old many thing for the top drawer oh yeah oh yes for you guys whoa this is the red King from crooked with a chili crab sauce holy it's a sweet brioche bread with slow cooked pork chips I know that's gonna really send shivers down my spine [Music] that's lit am I dead that is so good oh the Cure the comments however it's like Bangkok style spice is Sweet Sticky sauce over it and some lime with a spicy mayo sesame foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] this is a french toast and in the French toast we have it bathed in a bed of Dolce oh my God so good I really just don't want to leave [Music] foreign
