2022 ADG Campervans promaster build walkthrough

hey guys this is our 2022 adg Camper vans custom build we just rolled it out of the shop on a 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500 chassis we put a three inch lift with custom BF Goodrich ko2 all-terrain tires some black rhino custom wheels gives it a very nice stance that makes it stand apart we also put a Fiamma 45s awning onto the roof rack we built the side steps roof rack ladder tire carrier in-house stall aluminum powder coated the roof rack is nice and low profile and I think it looks pretty stinking good in the video this van might look black but it's not it's kind of a charcoal gray this is the ladder that we custom made our rear tire carrier we have five tires and we also have a license plate light relocation kit that we made I'll just climb up this ladder and show you the roof rack real quick on the roof we've got the Dometic RTX 2000 air conditioning unit with 400 watts of solar and a vent fan that has rain sensing and it can go it can blow the air in or out either way we have our fresh water fill here on the outside you just take the key and pop the cap open fill it up with 20 gallons of fresh water you have your Shore power plug here on the outside open up the van and I'll show you inside we did something quite different from everybody else so we do have the Dual swivel seats the wet bath shower with Dometic toilet for all the cabinets we went with a two-tone dark royal blue and a glossy white everything's gloss definitely makes it stand out let me show you our control panel got a little shelf it's so dark you can't even see but there's a little shelf up here for your remotes with a light and we have all our electronic controls and right here we have the wet bath shower 27 by 36 and nice electric 12 volt toilet with the five gallons of fresh water independent of independent of the fresh water tank and a nice champagne gold faucet we also have a an outlet right here on the corner and the reason it's right there is in this top drawer pull this out and you have your your dual burner cooktop that you can take out of the drawer and you can put it up on this counter or on that counter over there and then you can stow it away you have Ample Storage you've got one two three four drawers and this is a deep one on the bottom a little extra and it's all custom Baltic Birch very sturdy nice little kitchen area with a 15 by 15 sink nice retractable faucet again in the champagne gold we've got some storage over here this is a pantry that's what you want to use it for pulls out and you've got not one two but three shelves very deep to put all your goodies soft close Hardware you have a lower storage that we made big enough to put on full-size suitcase or you could put a clothes rack and hang some coats in there or whatever you want we have a nice big I think it's a 6.3 cubic foot refrigerator my LG 12 volt so you can run it forever with all the electrical power we have nice little counter space here and right up there we've got a nice oven it's both an oven and an air fryer in one with a custom heat shield up there so you can do your baking while you're cooking got space for spices there it's also LG then up top we have two rows on both sides of nice glossy white Cabinetry with the strip lights and the LG Puck lights the strip lights you can change it from a warm light to a cool light all of the cabinets are lined with uh kind of a felt carpet I don't know if you can see in there but it's nice and cozy I don't know if cabinets are supposed to be cozy but they're cozy in there so we have lots of storage all the way down on both sides tons of storage and of course the same thing on this side it's all lined with a felt carpet to keep all your goodies cozy we also up on top there we have our there's our AC unit inside and you can run the AC unit with a remote or by the unit right there and we've got a bunch of I think there's 11 Puck lights in all of it to keep this nice and bright in here we've got an accent light behind the glass mirror uh I don't know if I've mentioned but we have instant hot water and we also have in-floor Radiant Heating and forced air heating so the floor can be heated and also at the same time you can have hot air blowing out of the vents right here you'll see on the dinette we also have storage on both the right and the left this is a deep storage I don't know if you can see down there but it's about two feet deep enough space for all your bedding and goodies over here is a little bit shallower because that sits above the batteries of course we have the dinette where you could actually fit six people in that dinette probably four people comfortably you have the custom epoxy table on Baltic Birch really turned out beautiful nice and glossy on the Lagoon swivel so you can spin this table any way you want and do anything with you do anything that you want with it and I'll go ahead and have Caleb pull that up for me and we'll show you what's under the bed pretty simple to take the table off it only takes a few minutes so to switch it from a dinette to your bed only takes moments I'll just slide that off and you can put it in the storage in the garage space and once he does that to make the bed all we do we can look under here and we have these little finger grabs this just slides right over and sits right there and this is nice thick 5 8 inch Baltic Birch so it'll take all the weight then what you do is you just pull the cushions down set them like that pull the cushions down on this side and this kind of takes two hands but Caleb's gonna help me put these together and pop it down and look at that you have a full bed and why I say full is because it's 53 by I think 71 inches so it is the size of a full bed very comfortable let me take you around to the back and we will show you the electrical and the Plumbing Systems beautiful nice new van fresh off the lot notice all of our all of our thresholds are it's got some footprints on there but nice aluminum powder coated trim now we'll go back here look at that 80g Camper vans back here Caleb's gonna move the cushions for us so check out this storage back here You've Got Deep storage you could fit quite a bit of stuff you have under storage Lighting on both sides that you can turn on and off with a nice little switch right here you can also dim your lights with this little switch right here the reason we put it right here is when you're sleeping at night you can control your lights and then you have a remote for your strip lighting so now that Caleb has removed the cushions you can see the the seat tops on the bed top so we'll just slide this back over so easy and we're going to open this up it hinges up and there you've got all your plumbing I'm going to hop up here so we have the hydronic heating system that has the glycol storage tank it has two glycol pumps down there that you really can't see it's got heat controllers Heat exchangers and all your Plumbing goodies plus it has a fresh water pump and you can kind of see that deep storage down in there with all your uh some extra goodies storage opens up and you'll notice here in this little garage space you can open up this access door and you can access all your plumbing down below as well as regulate your hot water and believe me it does get hot so over on this side open that up and we have our electrical system so here we have our 3000 watt keysay inverter we have our sorry we have our DC um charger and uh let's see what is it okay called Caleb so we have a 3000 watt case inverter as well as a key say uh solar charger as well as a alternator charger to two in one that's our victron distributor as well as solar shut off and a main battery shut off nice I knew that I brought Caleb along for a reason now underneath these removable panels This is a storage but underneath there we have our two uh a 300 watt batteries so um 300 amp hour batteries and there's two of them so we have a total of 600 amp hour batteries the 3000 watt inverter and the 400 watts of solar on the roof that makes for a very nice power system for example we ran the AC unit for 12 hours we had a full battery at a hundred percent and we had no solar panels at the time and when after 12 hours we shut it off and we still had 50 battery with no nothing plugged in or charging so I would say that that
