2021 JAYCO SEIMIC 3512

hi everyone this is lance at jack's campers in piedmont south dakota i'm showing you the 2021 jayco seismic 3512 12-foot garage it is 41 feet 9 inches long and weighs 14 970 pounds i'm going to go ahead and show you around on the outside here and then i'll show you the roof and go show you the inside and the inside of where i'll go over options and this and that stuff with you so so come up here right away they finally they put a new actually is new they put a windshield in this model this is really pretty pretty slick looking windshield there um and then you have these new kind of blue lights down here make it look really nice when it's dark out or even right now it's just in the shade so all right so up here more right rubberized pin box this is a jayco thing that they do and this is very awesome for chucking uh this pin box moves back and forth three and a half inches an inch and a half side to side really does prevent chucking and everything like that that's part of jayco's five-star handling package which will touch touch on more of that stuff when we come to it all right you see down here it's got six point uh auto hydraulic leveling system and that is a nice nice feature to have and they use a special kind of um hydraulic leveling or a drilling fluid that won't gel up or freeze in the in the winter times that's pretty awesome battery disconnect switch up space for up to six batteries down here then you got your 5500 onan uh watt 5500 onan generator and that is a pretty awesome one it is a gas it's not propane like you've seen some of the pinnacles in the north point so but awesome this year um hydraulic leveling system right there all sorts cables and wires and this and that i don't know what half the stuff is but whatever all right we'll move around here this does have a dual 30 popper paint tanks so you have one here and you have one on the other side um look in here here's your storage below it's not a ton but uh to get this short of a camper you kind of gotta sacrifice stuff so look over here there's your inner vacuum system motion lights those are really nice to have down here tire pressure gauge but i uh camper for over fifty thousand dollars to get one of those from jayco you got your i can touch the water jug back there in a little bit um i'm sure what that rods for i want to say awning or something in the back but that's that's power awning so down here you're gonna have uh you see that little plastic circle in the middle that's gonna be your your warm air blowing down in here and this thing's plugged in it's also got this layer of radiant barrier insulation for your upper deck keep warmer cooler whatever you might want all right so is your power awning with led light strip underneath it now this one does have two awnings the other ones on the other side all right we'll ride step above steps those are pretty much standard and all these bigger newer campers not even the newer or bigger ones the travel trailers all that sort of stuff so uh jbl speakers out here on the outside i'll show you more of the on that system on the inside so while we're sitting here i did talk about jayco's five star package which is the more rad rubberized pin docks goodyear beast tires which will go into more uh dexter dexter axles uh bronze wet bolts and fasteners and i can't believe i always forget one i can i don't know what my deal is but this got jacob's climate shield and let me double check here i don't believe jayco does offer um what is called an extreme weather package this one just has their jacob's climate shield which is basically um your underbelly is tucked into the frame and they do it they run tests on these for eight hours with water in the tanks from zero degrees up to 100 degrees uh no four season scamper i believe out there but jacob's climate shield is a very very very good good uh good system to have there two clearance lights over in this side there's one there ooh i almost forgot so right here this is something they just started coming out with side view cameras you can have one here you're gonna have one on the other side you're gonna have it on the rear so you should be able to see when you're backing up and all that sort of good stuff there so that's good to know super big grab handle uh let's see here jake i forgot to mention jacob's vacuum bonded lamination um if you want to ask basically it's a uh i don't know just ask me if you've got any questions about it it's the strongest out there it's lightweight it really really is a lot better pinch rolled or uh the way some other camper companies do their sidewalls so all right so come down here so i mentioned jacob's goodyear beast tires here they are 16 inches load range e speed rating 87 miles an hour um they are 80 psi so a lot of camper companies have put g rated tires on there on their uh campers and they be from guatemala or china wherever those are 110 psi so you can't just go to any gas station and fill it up willy nilly you have to go to a special truck stop or something like that these 80 psi ones you can fill up at any any gas station that's around there okay so there's more your hydraulic leveling system as like i said there's six of them um let's go here dexter axles your more ride crete 3000 suspension system that's part of the five-star handling package and this deals with you're bouncing up and down um bouncing up and down in the back when you're driving down the road um so good good system there all right here's your second power awning your frameless windows those are pretty they look really good a lot of a lot of camper companies aren't really going to you know putting the old frames on there anymore this kind of looks tacky um these look like a this little cleaner look so here's the back you got your here's your back up camera it's part of your rear observation system along with two side cameras you have your lights back here for your cargo ramp and then your back awning that shoots out horizontally um over your back patio which didn't pull it down right now uh but it is uh you can hold up to 1800 pounds of people on there or whatever uh really nice it's got a nice little gate on there so you're not gonna fall off after you've had too many beers or whatever so all right here's the back side there's your ladder to the roof which we'll go up to later um down here you have this is where your sanikon turbo waste management system would go that is an option it's a really slick feature if you have any questions on that let me know we can always add that 36 gallon fuel station um emergency start off switch your ground rod all that sort of stuff you see here there's two fuel stations one strictly for the fuel station one's for the generator pretty self-explanatory all right so so we're coming back around here not a whole lot it means just the back side of the camper nothing too fancy all right we got your back your furnace here your 10 gallon gas electric water heater pretty nice nice feature to have here here's going to be your water systems and all your your auto leveling system make you either phone you can do it here do it from a number of different spots in here your black gray tank all that sort of black dig flush how to fill up your city water all that sort of stuff in your cable tv and satellite input so yeah if you want to put a satellite in here it is pre-wired for it and it makes it really really super easy to to get it done right so that's kind of it for the outside i'm trying to forget something like i normally do oh jacob's james smart technology um in the rear of the camper where we just were there's a bunch of uh little red led lights and big lights tail lights all that stuff and also along with these lights clearance lights you're gonna have inside your camper when you turn left or right side your camper is gonna light up and uh you really someone's gotta be like drunk or something around and then run into the back of you because uh you're really lit up back there so jayco does do a lot of stuff with safety it's where you see the goodyear tires uh those have a six-year paraded warranty on them or on top of warranty five-year warranty on decals 12 year warranty on the rubber rough membrane two year warranty on ever the whole the whole camper and then three year structural warranty and that's gonna be covering your roof your frame all that sort of stuff i really don't think you'll ever have an issue with your um your structural warranty because jayco's tend to make their campers a little better do cost a little more but you pay for quality so all right that's the outside go show you on the roof and finish up inside all right here we are at the rough as promised on your roof you're gonna be standing on jayco's um magnum truss roof system so you're gonna have plywood rough wood trusses underneath those they have a 12-year rub roof membrane warranty which i talked to you about down below they have they do a test on these to put 4 500 pounds of blocks on these things and they don't collapse like other camper companies that use osb board on the roofs and all that sort of stuff so on here so this is gonna be your event for your bathroom your your siphon 360 vents that thing right there and here you go here's getting a max air vent cover for max air vent and then another event for your kitchen area all right here's your ac i said more vents for exhaust and all that skylight another vent here this one i think you're gonna be right above the bathroom on this one so there's why you got all the vents there and all that sort of stuff this one does have the solar package prep so using a solar panel on the rust here and you should be able to from what i understand about charge uh charge just think about half your battery per day so you have six batteries in there it's gonna need to be charging a bunch of them this and that but i don't know i'm still new to the solar stuff if you got questions let me know we can figure it out all right weingart 360 air conditioner air conditioner like our 360 directional antenna this there's no more knob or normal crank where you have to just crank on it to move your tv and up and down this finds the channels for you on its own nothing needed really really awesome feature to have and then on top of that i'll show you inside it's got like a kind of a router type thing you can use for wi-fi so yeah that's kind of kind of it for the roof i could go more into depth if you want but i made it for you so let's go ahead and go inside and we'll see you there all right here we are on the inside of the 3512 jayco seismic this one for options has the solar package which i talked about on the roof the third air conditioner in the um garage the backup camera with side cameras party deck with folding rails and electric awning and the three seasons removable garage walls and it does have a king bed so we're gonna go ahead start in the garage and we'll kind of move our way back this way and all that sort of fun stuff so extra ride an extra wide entry door here for your garage into the kitchen all right right away the couches or the the beds slash couches are down in the sofa position your actual bunk up there is right there and that's up against the third air conditioner now this air conditioner is run on its own it's not ducted in like the other two are and this one is not a whisper quiet unit like the other two are also so pretty pretty awesome to have three air conditioners and i'll be able to run all three at the same time that's really really nice feature so go back here here's your three seasons um removable garage doors those are really nice you want to shut them and have the screen screen option and they just make it really look nice now they do take off about four inches of your garage space so if you're really gonna cram stuff in here it's gonna be tight may want to think about removing these there can't really tell but there's part of your rail system for your deck really really nice really simple really easy to put up not really sure why i didn't do it this time just laziness i guess i don't know but you know i can't win them all so okay so back here it's got two extra inches of black foam insulation underneath the floor and even today's today's chilly but if you would come in here on a day that's really cold i'm talking like 10 degrees outside it's going to be a lot warmer back here than it is going to be in the rest of the camper right it's it's really pretty awesome when you're when you're able to do that so and that kind of goes along with jacob's climate shield also the tie downs 2500 pounds per tie down and they are bolted to the frame they're not just in the floor doing this and that they're bolted to the frame so you're not gonna have to worry about anything tipping over nothing like that ladder that's for your patio you got your three holes for your table which is up above there i don't know if you want to see it or not but i'm not going to show you today because i'm lazy wash your dryer hookup so if you want to have a washer dryer here simple easy and just duct it out through this wall more than likely or they could put it somewhere else i don't know i'm not a technician i'm just a salesman so this does have a spot for your rear doorway camera you're driving down the road you want to make sure everything that you're hauling is tied down you got a camera back here should be able to tie into your monitor along with your backup camera and your side cameras so jake will really hit another part with that stuff i really really think that's a great idea like uh safety wise it's just it's pretty awesome so jayco's also we're gonna have i talked about the construction quality i've talked about all that sort of stuff the cabinetry in the woodwork and the jaycos is hands down uh better than the rest the the amish folks there they really are homage they really do build these campers and the woodwork if you would go into comparable unit to like a i don't know raptor or torque or something like this it's really really not even comparable jaycos are going to be hands down um better quality so all right there's your basically your thermostat for your wall so that that more later all right here you go got your bathroom back here and that's me that's you got a mirror here sink storage underneath there towel rack plenty room for meds or whatever you need in here um here you go got your bent open button right there ram okay and then you shut it and then you got the fan on here too so like i showed you on the roof you got your vent for your bathroom kitchen and i think the other bathroom too so real porcelain flush toilet i'm trying to pick them up again all these windows in here are gonna open i think i think all of them do so that's another good thing that jayco does that a lot of other camp companies don't do so all right here's your switches now this is just for basically the area you're in this is going to turn on the lights it's going to turn on the ramp lights keep your lights all exterior lights all that sort of stuff want to turn it off there we go turn off the lights turn them on go there so this and this are tied in together and i'll show you that more it's a j command system powered by the april really cool really nice system to have all right we'll go ahead kind of make your way out to the kitchen so you have a loft up here ladder for a lot is gonna be underneath the bed up top there tons of storage here 50 inch 4k tv you have your jbl sound system uh you can run your dvd dvds no not nope sorry not dvds nothing like that i almost got in trouble there but you're gonna have a really great sound system your radios you can play them inside outside whatever you want to do there's probably a lot more that i don't know about this this system is pretty new still so it's just uh gonna take me a little bit of figuring out what what the deal is with these and what are the advantages of them so cool cool you got speakers throughout the camper like i said fireplace underneath looks you can either have it on for for uh look or you can have it on because it's hot out or it's cold and you want um you want heat now this is actually electric so you're not going to be wasting propane none of that stuff it's going to be awesome you really a lot of times you won't have to turn on your furnace if you can run this if it's fall fall or spring out when it does get chilly 40 000 btu furnace i don't think i mentioned that and you have the uh ducts in the floor like your house not in uh with the exception of the garage you don't have them in the the fixtures the couch anything like that they're just going to be like your regular home um floor vents and that really really makes a difference and a lot of other kind of doing it cute putting in stuff but that's just not you just don't get the same amount of heat and all that good sort of good stuff out of there all right oh five inch five inch five eighth inch tongue and plywood groove on your floors or tongue and groove plywood i can't remember something like that but you know a lot of third camp companies using that osb same with the roof and that's just not the quality those floors feel like you're squishy you feel like you're gonna fall through them really the jaycos are the way to go that's just me though i i sell these things for a living so what do i know all right cabinetry like i said woodwork done belly amish hidden hinge doors pocket screws all that sort of good stuff looks really awesome this is actually the modern farmhouse interior which is well that white stuff there so pretty cool i still don't know what this button does i've been trying to figure it out i don't know what it is maybe it's this who knows but anyways okay we'll go ahead this is very very similar to the jayco 403t talon the talon is a step below the seismic this is pretty much the same floor plan same size all that sort of good stuff just gonna have the little the little things that make a seismical you know a little bit uh better than the talon and i don't mean better because talent sucks i mean better because better quality all that sort of good stuff so for example for example 18 cubic foot gas and electric refrigerator that's an rv fridge it's it's made to be bounced down the road residential fridges i'm kind of i don't know what to think some of those if you're sitting somewhere good deal if you're gonna be traveling a lot probably better to go with rv fridge big this is a big upgrade from the town four burner stop top stove humongous oven this is um north plains pinnacles and seismic they started putting these in here and i mean they used to just have you know your little you know oven and stove top that they would put in campers nothing wrong with those those are cool but these are just you know man it makes a makes a big difference looks a lot better too over here you're gonna have a pantry and look i found another paint pen that's great so there should be a light somewhere in here i'm not seeing it wait a second i wonder if that's not it nope i don't know so i'm guessing there's a motion light here somewhere or something i'm just not seeing it so all right so just notice this oh here's your speakers your sub level woofers and this and that everything and oh i've seen this time tv there you go you're gonna have oh i can get back there there's a woofer but you can't really see it let me pull this out there you go we got your big subwoofer back here so great sound system i know in the past seismics had really good sound systems uh jbl awesome quality product uh very very quality uh you really can't go wrong with these i don't think so that might be what that button's for but i don't know that's like i said i just saw these things i'm not a technician i can hardly tie my shoes in the morning so but i'm good at selling campers for some reason all right here you go i kind of have hope let's go back to the island kitchen you have your your bamboo cutting board your drying rack got your humongous awesome soft clothes drawers down here and brushed nickel plated i can't remember what those called utilitar sync i guess i'm trying to blank down here jayco's jsmart technology i don't think i touched on it on the outside but uh it's got a five gallon jug under there that is for your drinking water so you don't have to bring bottles of water you basically hook it up down there go to this grocery store get your five gallon jug filled up hook it up down there push this water heater or not water heater push this fresh water button turns on boom fresh drinking water no more hauling 36 bottles of water and having the clutter of empty bottles and this and that round just uh super smart super super awesome drinking water system so it's touched on the oven over here so here's more of the modern farmhouse a lot of campers will have like all modern farmhouse that go around the slide outside and everything this one just basically right here some of the cabinetry below it's really lightens it up makes camper feel a lot bigger bigger than it normally is so all right whatever the furnace all right here we go sofa now i have these basically your cup holders table trays here i have the back or the back rest of the couch in the middle um torn down cup holders there usb plugs 110 outlet all that sort of stuff right here there you go you got your other one lights underneath this does have a vibrating um option and a heat option under the sofa so pretty pretty nice feature to have there so black day night shades one of the upgrades from the talon or from the seismic over the town just get a little a little fancier stuff i really could go into it more but that's not what i made the video so all right we'll cruise this way oh oven or oven there microwave it is convection it is your normal i mean it's it's convection microwave oh in here see these things here rectangle look at things whisper quiet air conditioner whenever you see those two rectangles that means the air conditioner is width for quiet and you're really not going to hear it that much another thermistor part of your j command system which is this so if we go here we'll just get out and go all the way to the beginning so this is j command power but being pro you need to download this little app that thing and do it on your iphone your android and once you get that downloaded you'll basically have this screen on your phone you can control the lights the slide out the hydraulic leveling system the um awnings generator the solar breath like all that all this stuff you can you can definitely um run from here really really cool cool option to have some people get a little intimidated by it it is it's kind of a little much at first but really once you download the app you can you can get all of it and then it's pretty pretty pretty awesome so and so there you go generator start stop all that sort of stuff i'm not sure that's the new thing the propane not quite sure on that let's see what the question mark says well it's not going to work for me but anyways so go back to home down here you have redundant buttons on your old campers and the control panels you're going to have you know all these buttons for your lights and your lights underneath here and your lights underneath the uh the island kitchen all that sort of stuff so basically you're gonna have you'll be able to control all your lights here so off they're all off these you're gonna have to turn on manually it's a few uh blue lights the glow lights underneath the certain fixtures stuff like that but it's really simple really easy lights all on go here more in depth living room you want to dim the lights dim the lights pretty cool you can do all this with your phone not just the screen so that's really pretty cool feature to have and then if you look down here like i was talking to you before i got distracted by myself you have these renunciate buttons what they call them so you're gonna your old control panel if this is imitating you intimidating you you say i just want to turn my lights on and off i want a one water pump do this and that pretty simple pretty easy so button number one all lights off all lights off except for the couple ones this is all exterior lights on i'll extend your lights off this is all off i believe and then this is your water pump button pretty cool i don't know if you can hear it i don't know if i mean supposed to be turning this on like i said i'm just dumb salesman all right so you go over here slide out two slide out three slide out one not in any particular order extend retract that's how you get your slide outs to go out you do all this with your phone like i said same with your awnings running one only two pair that's how you pair your system realistically off it's kind of how you power down the system if if you have any questions please let me know it's i said it can be intimidating for some people at first but really once once you get the hang of it once you get the app it's really really easy so then like i said solar prepped i really need to uh study more of the solar panel and make sure i know how it works and how this stuff is so i know it sounds like an idiot when i'm talking to you but that's normal fuel station button there you go that's how you run your that's how you pump fuel out of your tank or whatever all right jeez i'm talking a lot all right i need to here a little storage spot for your shoes and your vacuum system security lights so you're not killing yourself at nighttime i said all these windows in here open including this hallway window now a big pillar of jayco seismics past couple years have been their walk-in shower due to this one's um just the garage being the length it is and the you know when they're trying to jam all this cool stuff in here they weren't able to put the the walk-in shower that are in a lot of the seismics but there's still a very big shower skylight above you real porcelain for the flush toilet duct in here so you're not freezing if it's the winter time you get a shower backlit morning mirror medicine cabinet like i said you may have seen me again i apologize plenty of storage back there sink i mean there's your vents like i pointed out to you on the roof and your skylight awesome awesome stuff really this is better than most electric fifth wheels bathroom i think so what what do i know more storage here towels this and that whatever you want this is your third slide out you're gonna have a slide out for the couch slide out for the kitchen stuff and you're gonna have your bedroom slide out here so like i said awesome board work done by jayco you can hang stuff up back here it's got a rod for it's got a motion sensor light got storage down here storage there so this one tv and right here on the wall pretty pretty awesome 4k tv i believe now i don't believe they're smart tvs i ran into a little bit of trouble uh when i told the customer it was a smart tv and it wasn't so now i know so all right underneath the bed you have here's basically where all your goodies stuff is where jayco like down here your backup cameras stuff your vacuum system your spray port for the outside didn't go over that just like another outdoor shower kind of on the opposite opposite of where the actual outdoor shower is so all remote controls all that sort of stuff is down under here plenty of storage really good space so yeah so remember me talking about your weingart 360 um air antenna so this is basically a wi-fi router so if you would um i don't know if i can do this right basically you open you get this box off and inside you can put a chip from 18t verizon ready t-mobile i think those are only three you can you can run um white and get get wi-fi from one of those three providers put the chip in there do a couple other things and boom you are getting wi-fi from your camper so really awesome if you're out in the boonies or if the camper the campground is staying at is very expensive for their wi-fi or not getting a lot pretty pretty awesome jayco did a really good job with this i think it's kind of standard across the the um camper manufacturer i don't know a lot of them have it so anyways more of your switch system 12 volt charging power lights under here again plenty of storage you got socks underwear whatever you're going to put up here is pretty awesome polite this is something new jayco's windshield this is an awesome awesome look and if you look here it's tinted it's thick i mean we get nasty hail storms out here i've never seen any of the windshields on these jayco's break really really quite quite a cute cool thing to be able to look out your bedroom window and they do have your day night shades down here so you don't want that window up during the night or you want it don't want to blare it in the morning put that shade down you're good to go whisper quiet air conditioner like i i said that was in here and then the living space king bed if this was a queen bed you would have another nightstand on that side since it's king dead you don't pretty much standard so okay i've really talked a lot today i've kind of been all over the place i apologize i just got back from vacation i made a video for a while jayco seismics you really can't beat them i really believe that they are probably the best quality camper toy hauler out there i see best camper out there to be honest with you but like i said can't it's hard to beat these things it really is so all right well here at jax campers we do not add any fees to our prices whatever the price of the camper we agree on that is it we give you a battery we fill it up with propane we clean it we make sure it's super clean when you get it we give you a free walk through technicians do a great job explain a lot more of the stuff that i am no good at or that i don't know i'm kind of good at knowing dumb stuff but you know it is what it is so all right i'm just going through here turning off the lights and head back inside try to make this video as fancy as it is and add some sound effects and all
