2019 Peterbilt Ultraloft has arrived! JW-970-518-5520

okay how we doing everybody today we have a 2019 Peterbilt 579 ultra loft sleeper these are relatively new this truck has the epic package I'll go through that here in just a little bit but we'll start under the hood this one is black and showed in the narratives that it was a legendary black but a hard time seeing the flake because it's a little dusty I think it's just a flat Malak so check the narratives to make sure I got my color combination correct on this one it does look sharp as I said in my other videos I like the flat colors a little bit better but each to his own so this one is a 505 horse X 15 Cummins which is a little bit rare in this application you're typically gonna see a PACCAR engine in the sole this one here is gonna be pretty desirable in my opinion there's a lot of guys like Cummins it is the efficiency series so you will be getting better fuel mileage some of the things you're gonna see here on this truck with the ultra loft everything is built into the cab so you're not gonna see a difference between the cab and the sleeper but on this one here you can see that the visor and you can see how the air flows up underneath the visor it actually creates suction and they've done a lot of studies on how the air flows up and over the sleeper so with that said we'll kind of go through some of the epic package items here that you're gonna see everything is sealed as much as possible or there's gonna be air foils around the truck at every opportunity so I'll close the hood and I'll show you some other things this one is running the metal hood and as you saw a little bit earlier it has disc front brakes I'll check the back so you can see the the fender wells skirted and then we have skirting all the way down underneath the truck almost looks like a race car everything is built around here and I'm aerodynamics this one is a running premium sound system but you got a full pass-through this one is a hundred ten gallon tank on this side it is running twenty two five rubber this truck is good years gee 572 highway tread and it is full disc brakes all the way all axles have this brakes in it it's running three twenty-five rear gear ratio I think it's a two hundred and thirty five inch wheelbase truck and this thing turns on a dime I think this thing turns sharper and my pickup does almost then you can see on the back how they did the airfoil is up the side of the sleeper and then they also closed in that space there is actually where the upper bunk is and we'll get into that here in a little bit it's a pretty truck so I have two of these trucks here in the Colorado area the other ones on its way and it's white and so finding a 579 epic with the ultra loft in a Cummins configuration it is a little bit rare it's gonna be a pretty desirable truck and then this one's up to 135 gallon tank on this side here okay let's go take a quick peek on the inside this thing looks cool this one is running the stone gray platinum interior with rosewood in sets sometimes on the video comes across this a little bit tan but it is actually a great two-tone great this truck is keyless entry it does have the quick dump seats on it but your I love it being a taller guy getting in and out of the cab is phenomenal one of the other great features on these trucks air assist clutch you can hear the air pop and winning there it is great it does take a little bit to get used to the fact that you don't have to push that clutch in so far you get into your clutch brake a little bit sooner so you got to be careful that when you're learning how to drive these trucks but it sure makes shifting nice so this one has full nap package on it wait for that to boot up chrome bezel gauges Premium driver seat we'll get into the ultra loft here but I'm 6:1 I can stand up right here in the so what the ultra laughter just getting a lot more space right above the driver and passenger area and you have additional storage which wasn't available prior so just to show you how the upper bunk looks it has a fold down feature so this ladder is capable of I've heard one person say 320 pounds and the other one said 400 pounds so I'd err on the side of caution at 320 but the upper bunk is 82 inch width from side to side and I believe it's 40 inches wide with your windows that open up top you also have additional vents for your HVAC to keep things cool over here you got your door locks additional power ports and this is actual grab handle that's a structural grab handle for getting in and out of the bunk I'm told the lower bunk is one of the largest bunks in the industry 85 inches long and I believe it's 42 wide but I'll put that in the narrative so getting you have all your HVAC HVAC controls here it has plenty of space for full-size microwave now if you opt without the window here you have space for a full 32 inch flat-screen television over here so in their closet area the bar is up here but it gives you a full 42 inch width from top to bottom and then one nice thing that Peterbilt has done as they've integrated the refrigerator into match I'm sure I'm missing a lot of really awesome features about these ultra lofts and they're a little bit new so I'm trying to keep myself on them as we go but you have your work center here this is just protective paper so it's clear actually Plexiglas and then you can set your laptop keyboard or whatever down there and again you have plenty of power ports to work from more storage just tons of room in this truck nice little feature here for the passenger the workstation and lots of extra reading lights you can see up here as well check the narratives guys and you know I'll throw some extra features on here about this truck it's a beautiful truck again turns on a dime and we're pretty
