I still desperately want Mr. Regular to review a 2015+ Mitsubishi Mirage.
It's basically the Tata Nano, but it didn't undershoot:
I mean, is it a gutless little shitbox that barely does 80 and shakes like an old dog at a stoplight because of the 3-banger engine? Yes. But will it haul 3 people and their carry on luggage as far as they need to go averaging ~42 MPG in all types of weather on good and bad roads? Also yes.
Edit: Actually, I'm still sore over the Mazda3i review. I'm changing my mind. I don't want him to review a 2015+ Mitsubishi Mirage because he'll just spend the entire review bitching that it's not a 1995 Honda Civic Hatch EH2 and it won't have 25 years of nostalgia to smooth out the sheer gutless cheapness.

This thing is less stable than the Indian top order in the 2019 Cricket World Cup semi-final...
Nice seeing an Indian car on RCR. The bit about used cars mentioned at the end was a big factor in the Nano's failure. A used Maruti Suzuki isn't much more expensive, and is a way better vehicle.
I crunched the numbers. Adjusting for inflation, a base-model Yugo in 1986 cost three times what a base-model Nano cost in 2008.
THREE. TIMES.
