2004 61' Ocean Alexander 'All Abordeux' For Sale

hi it's tpra Sean here from yacht BC Yacht Sales and today I'm in beautiful North Vancouver British Columbia and I've got a new listing all abox this is a 2004 Ocean Alexander 61 Pilot House and she is amazing come with me as we do a tour I'll show you [Music] around so let's take a walk up towards the bow very very generous side decks there oversiz stainless steel railings you can see as we get closer to the bow here we've got an 80 lb stainless steel anchor very robust hydraulic windless you can see all the way up to the top of the fly bridge and it's got the hard top up there and Amazing Canvas so very good shape everything about the boat has been very well taken care of there's the ocean Alexander it's really nice it's got some lighting behind the ocean Alexander logo up top so you can turn on at night uh just give you an allaround look here look at that really generous size swim platform there so let's go on board in the cockpit area as you can see it's nice teak decking all the way up the ladder as well there's an area for a fridge access down to this engine compartment there you go you got a nice generous oversized swim platform with three stainless Staples pop up cleats wash down sort of hot and cold shower area as we come back in there's side Gates on both sides there's your Wing Station for steering if you're coming in on your starboard let's step and board the salon through the large stainless slider we're going to on our port side there we've got this nice electric fireplace Look Backwards through that door lots of Windows we're inside it's a dark day but there's still lots of light inside as you can see the headliner it's got some really nice finishing the woodwork is beautiful in here there's air conditioning there's diesel heat it's very warm it's very comfortable here's your beautiful wine fridge that you can fill up it's got granite counter TOPS oh look it that TV can pop up so you can hide it or you can have it pop out it's a nice size TV to there's a quick look up into the galley and the view through from the pilot house from the salon it's just a couple steps up into this wonderful space room for everybody youve got the captain at the helm you can have some visitors visiting you can have somebody in the alley as you can see color coordination throughout the boat is there all the countertops quick look up into the fly bridge very easy to get up you've got your visible screens there nice slider on both sides out to that generous walkway I spoke about I give you a good look the floors are in wonderful shape that Galley floor has heating underneath of it keep your toes warm on those cool days stainless steel double side there's that that uh control unit for the floors just give you a look around it's got everything you need Subzero fridge uh with two freezer drawers underneath uh so for the uh the cooks out there uh nice nice setup kitchen there is also a dishwasher on the back of that counter uh going to have a look out the starboard side all the controls down there's your uh battery monitor off to the side there but uh and then we'll have a look it's got electronic controls it's got hydraulic bow thruster the radar the two vhfs a fruno depth sounder the motors uh displays there um you won't see it but they're 1250 hours on them there's your stabilizer so you turn that thing on and uh it will make a world of the difference if you never driven a boat in rough conditions with stabilizers without stabilizers so as we walk down the stairs into the state room I'll point out the carpet is in wonderful shape and it's very soft it feels great here we go though we're now in the master we're going to have a look around super beamy lots of room you've got a little sitdown station there where you can open it up there's a mirror inside you can do office work you can do makeup you can do all sorts of things very nice uh Lighting in here once again the woodwork is in beautiful shape big TV up on the wall if you choose to uh uh just lay down and watch some movies uh The Galley or sorry the head heated floors a mirrored ceiling it makes it look really large in here nice sit down marble uh seating area in there so it's uh sort of a very relaxing area lots of storage just uh hanging lockers on either side the shelving and uh lots of drawers we're going to walk up oh inside here you got a stack washer and dryer This truly is a home away from home we're going to come further up we're going to go into the VIP State Room have a look around this is larger than most uh State rooms on most boats and this is the uh the sort of secondary State Room uh overhead you've got uh the the hatch and it's got mosquito netting and blackout on the other side uh you've got the port holes on either side uh there is a TV in here as well all the state rooms have TVs and in this room you have your own climate control in the master as well here is the smallest of the state rooms but it's still very generous uh very bright very welcoming every room on this boat it uh really feels uh nice and warm when you're inside so the mirrors make it feel really large so that's the state rooms and then we've got the VIP sort of guest uh uh head here vacu flush toilets once again heated floors and nice marble sitting area in that shower stall as well so let's walk through the pilot house and back up onto the fly bridge now so as you get up here this has the hard talk like I mentioned it's wonderful Airy bright uh a great space I give you a look at the controls there's your electronic controls your bow thruster your two chart plotter um with radar have a look off to the side there's twin Helm seating so your companion can be there right with you helping you navigate your journey uh excellent seating area right behind you which you can then turn around when you are where you're at at anchor and uh really enjoy your time with your friends and family up here we're going to look inside you've got a fridge ice maker here and then on the other side is just storage and then you've got the sink up top great space and behind here there's that brow that's built up just to give that extra extension of for the hard top to keep the elements off you here's the rigid inflatable ready to go with the crane off to the side put it in and go for a rip 40 horsepower ech Evan rud there uh the boats uh I believe 2017 set up with some fishing gear VHF um really nice little setup there and then you have a look up and it's got the radar the uh current owner uses starlink which seems to be the way most people are going uh the te decking up here is in wonderful shape just like it is in the rest of the boat now we're going to walk back past pass the two chairs I'm going to give you just a look out front so on a boat like this going into the engine room is actually a pleasure I'm 510 and I can stand up in here as you can see everything looks pin neat there's the shaft seals the tide shaft seals they've got the extra seal on them which is very nice down on the side there you can see the five units for the uh air conditioning just giving you a look around here and it's just clean wellmaintained um there's some controls for if for the electronic controls these are the Detroit MTU 60 series beautiful engines uh everything down here just it makes me jealous it's really nice boat which my engine room looked like this um shows pride of ownership there are two generators down here uh give you a look at these I'm not going to open them up for this video but uh I have had them open they're they look perfect hydraulic controls there's the tank for the hydraulic oil there's some of the controls your windless your Thruster um and your um stabilizer um I'm going to give you a look it's quite easy to get in the back of these your mechanic or if you're handy yourself you're going to be loved if you have this boat super easy uh sight tubes on both sides everything's super well labeled and easy to uh get at um there's the uh one of the stabilizers over there there's a fire suppression system once again there's those cruisair uh air conditioning five of them lots of light down here lots of space to get around and work all right can have a look over [Music] there there's a 30 gallon hot water tank there's a super high pressure pump for the uh freshwater system in behind there as well uh this boat is 50 amp there's now we're in the lazarette and there's the Glen Denning uh it's recently had a lot of work on the electronics it's got lithium batteries it's got these two uh 3000 watt invert and they're charging inverters uh there's some of the hydronic underfloor heating systems that keep everything warm there's your water maker and here's this cabola
