[Music] hey hey hey how you doing man oh good afternoon how are you I'm to change Syed nice to me nice to meet you [Music] my name is tawheed actually so that's a similarity awesome so here at the palace and Coral Gables we provide all of our residents with three meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner seven days a week 365 days a year certainly ruined yeah so I guess tell me about a few dishes what you guys actually so tonight the first course that we have prepared especially for you it's a crispy buttermilk fried oyster served on the shelf I like regular raw oysters right but I have to have like crackers and certainly I have to have it dressed up a little bit I don't like the look of it absolutely so I like to make it into like a little sandwich certainly good that looks beautiful thank you thank you this is a old bay remoulade almost like a mayonnaise and it's made with Old Bay seasoning some fresh citrus and just the hint of paprika end and we got some silverware there for you [Music] that works as well yeah it's probably even tastier we like that thanks for thank you I'm gonna need about in a couple more a couple more of those so for the entree for the entree I'm gonna tell you to make them losses you did do we have any more seasoned flour let's get those oysters out of the fridge and I need a little bit of heavy cream as well for the entree we are serving here a Florida lobster tail with shaved truffles right on top nice charred grilled asparagus and truffle whipped potatoes [Music] they must tell you a I think lobsters my favorite to finish it off we have an herb sauce that we're just gonna drizzle you know let me do that one time next time certainly have a knife there for you if you'd like I can yeah I want you to imagine if I was one of the residents that one of my asparagus cooked mmm-hmm you know how to do this you certainly know what I do is yeah how you put that truffle on see what you get finished off with some butter you cook this yes sir what are you going some more that's really good you got something else um yeah we have a dessert and dessert so here we have a 18 karat gold 3 mousse chocolate cake we served it with a raspberry coulis which has raspberry sauce and some dragon fruit and this is what dragon fruit looks like I never knew that be careful it's a little prickly now how do you know when you have a fresh dragon [Music] do you mind cutting it open in that one certainly this is from the cactus family and look at that beautiful flesh on the inside goodness you see that almost look like marble who knew it is huh I mean who knew who knew that did you know this know who knew this / who knew this circling you mean when the flesh looks like come on man that looks in I'm fruit look what in the world is this you like it what is that so let's just thank got so much chocolate on em and this is Brad fair that's good awesome 13,000 don't seem so bad not doing it I'm serious who's gonna watch this episode and finessed anyway in here when you get to get lobster oysters a dragonfly put the Garter dragon fruit then dessert what is that delicious we have the palace the most expensive retirement this one would be a baby
