hello friends welcome back to my channel my name is narkis today i want to show you how to transpose and manage your data suppose it's in vertical you want to make it in a horizontal or maybe the table is in horizontal you want to change it to vertical so how we can do that and how we do that transpose i want to show you two ways and they are very important and useful so please watch the video till the end the first step or the first way is this how we can do control a control c and then click here you want to paste the table here right click and paste the special open the paste especially and then get this transpose option click there okay you will get this table okay it's one way to transpose your table but here if you want to bring any changes in the first table you that the other table will not get this changes automatically suppose i have 77 here if i make it 88 and enter these changes changes will not come to this table so this is a little problem sometimes because we need to bring changes in both table yeah it will take too much time to make it this in two like different table so bring changes in different table and i want to show you other ways how you can do it in the other way first delete this this one is related for the second you should select empty empty cells like this empty table right now it's selected okay write the formula trans transpose in array you just select your table the table is selected select it and can close the bracket and don't enter immediately because it will not prop come properly so for that just shift ctrl and enter now you get the table in other position we can say yeah exactly like that if you want to make and bring any changes here you will see exactly those changes in second table also suppose i have 77 here make it 66 and then enter now you can see this okay if you want to bring any changes in this table it will come in this table automatically so now if you want to make it a little better you can give it different look make give it water and give it some adhere border or bolt make it a little bigger now it's completely beautiful it's it's okay so guys these two ways are very important to transpose your data i hope this video is helpful if you like the video please give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel
