Second, we will also discuss the deadlines to apply for these scholarships and exactly when you should apply for these scholarships. In Third, I will show you the application process and explain a little about how you can find out these scholarships positions and lastly another important point will be regarding the funding of these scholarships that if you get the scholarships then how much grant or how much money will you get per month. In this video I will be giving you three such tips which can improve your chances of getting a scholarship to a great extent, so make sure that you watch this video till the end so that you have those three tips which can make your application better than others and your application will be successful or Stand Out When You Apply For Scholarships. Without Wasting Any Time Let's Start The video So, The First Scholarship We Are Talking About Is Daad Scholarship. So First Of All We Will Discuss The Eligibility Criteria Of Daad Which Students will be eligible to apply for DAAD Scholarships. DAAD is basically offered for two things, one for Masters programs and the other for PhD programs. Unfortunately, in Germany, Bachelor programs are not included in DAAD. Now the basic criteria of DAAD are: To apply for a master's degree , you must have a bachelor's degree of at least four years, which means in total your application round about, if you have 16 years of qualification then you are eligible to apply for master's program in daad. Similarly, if you If you are applying for PhD, then it is mandatory for you to have minimum 18 years of education. Apart from this, another important requirement to gain the scholarships is your work experience. You should also have minimum 2 years of work experience. There should be full time work experience. Often people are confused about whether our work experience which we have taken during the degree will be counted, then unfortunately that work experience does not count for you. Your work experience starts counting after the degree when you start your job for full time. Now our step two is relevant to our application process, what are the steps you have to do in the application process, so the first step is to find out your programs. Whatever you do, which programs offer scholarships, now not all programs in Germany offer scholarships, so first you have to find out which programs offer scholarships, now in general, DAAD offer scholorship for different programs. I will put the complete list of scholarship offers in my description. Here you can see all the programs or see all the fields where you are being offered scholarships. Now you will be able to see on the screen and Here you can see that you are being offered scholarships in different areas, for example, you are getting different subjects in Economics, in Engineering relevant subjects, in Agriculture subjects, similarly in Natural and Environmental Sciences and in different medical subjects. Where you can get scholarships through Daad now in Step 2, you should also know what are the required documents which you will need to apply for this Daad scholarship. In General documents that you need to apply include your degree transcript, letter of motivation, letter of recommendations. If you are applying in English, then you will also be required to have language proficiency certificates in which yours is mostly valid like Ielts or Tofel etc. Similarly, your You should have all these documents like passport and work experience. It is possible that some universities or some courses may also demand some more specific documents from you. Here you can watch the complete video where I have mentioned each document Similarly, I have also made a podcast with the Daad students who had won the Daad scholarship, so you can watch that podcast here, you will get an in-depth idea of how they got the Daad scholarship. Well, once your document process is completed, then the second step that will come will be to apply. So, basically I will tell you now how to apply for those programs where you can get the scholarship. It does not mean that you will have to go to any other website, the link I have given in the description, I have given you a complete PDF file and when you open that PDF file, you will get a screen like this. If you have to apply in any subject then you will click there and its separate requirements and all the things will open in separate tabs. Here you can see that different requirements have been mentioned here such as language requirements and their deadlines. Whatever specific documents are relevant to this subject, you will get all the documents required to prepare your application after opening this link. Remember that not every university will have similar requirements. Some universities may ask you for 6 ielts, some may be asking for 6.5. You have to check carefully what are the requirements that you need in this course and only after fulfilling those requirements, you will send the application. Here, when you applied in the university. The university will also inform DAD that once they grant you admission, they will directly contact you with reference to your scholarship and then DAAD will contact you directly to fulfill the terms of their scholarships and apply for these programs. If we talk about money, then different universities have different application process. In some universities, you have to submit an application fee which is around 30-35 Euros and in some universities, they are taking applications directly. This means that you do not pay any fee there then overall if you apply to 5 to 10 universities then your entire process should be done in under round about 200 Euros. After that if we discuss in terms of deadlines then deadlines for universities. There is no single deadline, different universities have given their own different deadlines period, with reference to this, I have made this video in detail here, where I have also mentioned the timeline regarding when you have to submit the applications even in winter. And at the same time, if you are applying in summer intake, then for that I have made this video that when you have to apply in summer, then when will you basically start your application. Anyway, I will tell you that For winter, normally the period for applying applications is from January to July and if you are doing it in summer, then the period for applying applications is from August to January. Now if you have done all these things then You may also have this question that how much funding are we getting after working so hard or after applying for all the courses etc. So if you do all the things I have told you then you will see that all these things It is worth it because the funding you are getting is very good, especially for Masters and PhD, if you come for Masters, you get Rs 934 per month, which if you talk over the year, it is equivalent to Rs 11204. Plus flight tickets are also offered to you specifically for some courses, so round about you can expect to spend up to Rs 12000 if you gain a scholarship, round about Rs 36 lakh rupees if you are a Pakistani. Which is a very big amount. Similarly, if you are appearing in PAT, then in PhD you are offered a grant of Rs. 1200 per month and the biggest benefit of this scholarship is that You will not have to show any statement of blocked account or even you will not need statement of Sponser when you go to get further visa, you will only have to take the DAAD confirmation that they have offered you the scholarship and discuss the next scholarship. Before doing it again, let me remind you that in the last, I have told you those three tips which will help you in gaining both these scholarships. Don't ever go now. After discussing the details of the second scholarship, we will move on to those tips also. And now let us talk about our second scholarship which is erasmus Scholarships. So before we discuss about Erasmus in detail, you might be thinking that Muneeb Bhai, what have you done all of a sudden? All the times have changed, emotions have changed and there is a blank space all around. Let me tell you, I am making this video the next day. It is snowing a lot. Now let us discuss our Erasmus scholarship in details, one by one. What is the process that you will have to do, so what is Erasmus Scholarship basically? It is a Joint Master Program which makes you eligible to take degree from more than one university. In this, you will find many top universities of Europe on their portal on erasmus Portal and when Also, if you start a degree, then this degree is not from the same university. You have to complete your degree by going to a different country. For example, let me give you an example that some students who get ERASMUS, it is possible that they may have some Part of the program in France; Part of the program in Germany; at least you have to get your degree in two countries; the advantage of this is that you get a degree from not just one but two universities, and two are top universities in Europe. For example, if you have come to France for the first year of your degree and studied in a university in France, and later in the next year, you have come to a university in Germany and completed your program, then you will get your degree in both the French university and the German university. Both degrees will be issued. You can also complete your degree in more than two countries, for instance France, Germany and later you can also go to Belgium for the remaining six months of your batch. For instance, you have completed one year in France. If you stayed in Germany for six months and then you came to Belgium for six months, then the minimum requirement you have is two countries to visit that place, but if you want to visit more countries, like three. If you want to go to four more countries, then this possibility is also available for you. Now the advantage of this is that you are not only getting exposure to different countries of Europe but at the same time you are also getting a university degree from two universities. We will discuss the rest of the benefits later in our video. For now, our next step is based on the eligibility criteria, what makes you eligible, can you apply for erasmus Scholarship? I thought lets remember our childhood also. In childhood, we used to go to children's park and have fun like this. Well, now childhood is no more and those things are no more, but what we are discussing for you, the important thing is that what is the eligibility criteria of erasmus, so the way I told you that the eligibility criteria of erasmus programs as compared to this program is a bit lean, so the number of applications in it, more students send it and the competition in it is also a little more as compared to daad that is why it is important that You should still wait for the last three tips which I will tell you in the video at the end. So in eligibility, if you are applying for Masters then you should have Bachelor's degree, like 16 years of education or some people come here for double masters also, like they have already completed their 18 years of education but they come here to do second masters. Often people also have this question whether we can come for second masters or otherwise you can do second masters. You can definitely come for Masters, you just have to justify how what you are going to do for Second Masters is different from what you have done from the first Masters. It is true that there is no minimum limit set in it, which is the limit of GPA. Even if your score is below 3, you can still apply, but as I said, the competition is very high, so you can apply, but whether you get the scholarship or not is up to the committee that comes next. erasmus decides that and obviously the GPA factor in that evolves to a great extent, the rest is also the profile but regardless of the GPA, if you have a better or higher GPA then your chances keep increasing If you are applying for PhD, then you should have minimum 18 years of education. You should have done Bachelor's degree as well. Apart from that, you should also have done Master's degree. Talking about work experience, there is no age limit, work experience is not required for you, that is why The erasmus scholarship is very popular among the fresh graduates who have just completed their degree because unfortunately they cannot apply on the basis of work experience but unlike daad, in erasmus you also have this option available to you. Even if you do not have experience, you can still apply and the biggest advantage that I think is the main advantage of erasmus Scholarship is that the number of programs in it is very high, just like I had talked about earlier that the number of programs when you If you search in Dad, it is very limited but here you can get almost every field relevant courses, whether you are from IT background, business background or social sciences, there are many courses which you get inside erasmus portal. Now There are different steps in the application process also, the first step is obviously to find out the universities or courses which are available on the portal, you will get the link of this portal in the description below and I will also show you on the screen. Let me tell you that when you open the portal, you will get a screen like this, here you can see that you are seeing different programs, similarly, you have to find out a program of your relevant field, for example, you are studying Computer Science. If you are a student of Rams and you want to find out any programs related to Computer Science, then here you will enter Computer Science and also as soon as you enter, you will get all the available courses which are available under erasmus Scholarships. Similarly, If you open any program, then as I said, you will see different universities here. There is not one university which is offering you all these programs, there are different universities, some are in Italy, some are in France. Some are in Germany and then you will have to spend some time in all these universities, so this will be your first step whether you have to shortlist the university or shortlist the courses which are available on erasmus portal. In the second step, you will get the required documents. You will also need to know which are the documents which you have to send to apply for erasmus Scholarship, so there is no much complication, simply the documents which are required in the scholarship are mostly the same documents, I will repeat again which ones you will Collect and keep them with you. Whenever you are applying for scholarships, the first thing to do is to get your passport made because your identity document is often required in ERASMUS where you apply for scholarship. You will also need your CV, transcript, letter of motivation or Statement of Purpose as it is often called, you will also need letters of recommendations from professors and in the context of English proficiency, I have talked a lot about whether Ielts or TOEFL will help you. If you pass, then obviously your chances increase a lot, but when you look on this portal, you will find some courses which will tell you that if you have English Proficiency Certificate, then you can apply for this scholarship on that too, but I always recommend that if you want to increase your chances then you should give Ielts or give TOEFL so that the number of courses where you are applying for scholarships also increases. Let us talk about our step three which is how we have to apply, then again you will go to the same link which I had given you above from where you open the portal of erasmus. Once you have opened that link. And if you have found the course specific where to apply, then you will click there, as soon as you click, a screen interface like this will open, here you can see that you have been given every type of details that What documents do you need for specific programs and also the online portal where you have to apply? It is given below here, you can also see that by clicking on it, here all your documents which we talked about in the previous step, subject specific or university specific, you have to see the things which can be there at many places. If additional documents are also required, then you have to see these documents once and submit the online application with complete satisfaction. Keep in mind that often the erasmus scholarship programs require you to send your application by post also. You should make sure that once you have applied online, you should also check whether by post has to be sent at that place or not and if you have to send it, then you will have to send by post there immediately How much is the application free? To apply in these, there is no application fee for most of the courses, but in most of the courses, the same fee comes to 20 to 25 rupees, so the third thing which takes our importance again is that it comes with the application deadlines. Again we open the same link and here we see on our interface that they have created a separate portion of deadlines where specific deadlines are given from that course. Again, I do not want to give any specific deadlines here because whenever you go to a course, if you go to a specific course, then their deadlines are quite different, they are quite different from each other, so there is no general deadline criteria, here you also have a zone like subject which you are interested in, you have to look there and see. What is the deadline and when do you have to apply here? After doing all these things, the question will come in your mind that how much funding are we getting, then erasmus ' Stipe Paint is more than even Daad, as I told It used to be that if you go to Masters you get Rs 934 per month but here you are getting Rs 1400 euro per month which I think is a very good amount. This includes your living expenses, your health insurance and your travel expenses. Everything is covered in this, even you can save and if you are going with family then I think 1400euro is a very decent amount on which you both can survive well even as a couple. I apart from this, you will not have to pay any university fee. Whenever you go to any university in Europe or in any country. From the point of view of Germany, we have often heard that there is no tuition fee of a public university, but if you look in France, look in Italy, look in Belgium, then often the universities, whether public or private, often charge university fees. If you have to spend a semester in France, then you have to pay the fees in that university in France. That you will not have to pay any tuition fees, that all the visa expenses that come when you are applying for the visa are covered by the erasmus Scholarship. If right now you are thinking that everything is done and What is the ticket scenario, then this is another good news for you that the money for the flight ticket is also covered in erasmus scholarship, it covers most of the programs, so I think, if one does not have money but is fond of reading, if he is good in studies, then he There is no excuse left to say that I did not have money, hence I did not get the opportunity. Of course, money creates opportunities, but if you are promising, capable, are fond of studies, then this is the path I have taken. Discussed Scholarships or more similar scholarships, I will discuss in the upcoming videos, so you have many options, okay, so for studies, which I always say, many people ask me that how can we get from Pakistan if we We have to come out and we don't have that much money, so what should we do so that we can come here? Obviously, the scholarships will play a big role in that. If you get the scholarships, then most of your difficulties become easier and This is the reason that now I am planning to make a separate series of scholarships in which I will discuss all those scholarships which will help you out to come and live in the European country and study here, then make sure again and subscribe the channel. Do it because this video will not end here, I will not stop by talking about one scholarship, I will keep bringing many scholarships inshallah and maybe after watching the video of that scholarship, you will apply there and you will get that scholarship. There are similar types of students who If you get scholarships, then to motivate you, there is also this video where he tells his experience of how he got the scholarship and all the other requirements which I told, will also be discussed in more detail here in this video. Okay again. Just as I had promised from the beginning that I would give you three tips regarding slur ships that would increase your chances of getting a scholarship, now the time has come to fulfill that promise, the first important tip of which I will give you. I would like that you should not wait for the application deadlines. Whenever you see that there is still a month or two months left for the application deadline of any program, it is okay for you not to wait whether it is two months or a month. When it comes closer, I will file my application. You have to always send your application early. The earlier you send your application, the more chances you will get that your scholarship will be accepted. Okay, now my second tip would be that whenever you are applying then it is imperative that you try to add your projects which you have done in Bachelors and even after Bachelors, you have done some relevant projects which are related to the subject in which you are applying for scholarships and also If you have done any publications or any research publications even during your bachelor's degree and you add that too, then it also gives a lot of weightage to your profile. Apart from this, I have seen that mentioning the valuable work is important. If you yourself have gone somewhere or done some work as a volunteer, then this thing is considered very well here in countries like Europe and it is also given a lot of weightage. So if you have done some work as a volunteer, then It is mandatory to mention that volunteer work separately in your CV or letter of motivation that this was the volunteer project of which you were a part and also if you did any extracurricular activities during the university or when you were pursuing your bachelor's degree. Whether you are playing cricket, playing football, have you got any prizes, have you participated in any competition, then it is beneficial for you to mention your extracurricular activities and also if you were in any society, just as different universities are different. There are societies like this, our Nurse Science Society was our Nurse Science Society, similarly there are other Media Culture Societies, there are many different societies, so try that if you have participated in any of them, have participated in any debate, have done any work of the societies, then those things are It is also mandatory to mention in your profile, all these things may have been small separately but these small things together can do big things and my last tip will be relevant to your work experience that if you have any Work experience is relevant to the field in which you are applying. So go into detail about the work experience and write it in your letter of motivation and try to talk about things that are relevant to the field in which you are applying. Instance was a student of ours, he had got scholarship through Rams scholarship, he was an agriculture student, he had also done volunteer work, had gone and planted plants and had a certificate for that project and at the same time, he was also very active in the societies. He used to work, his GPA was also 3.85, so all these things combined, his profile was developed quite well, on the basis of which he got scholarship, so obviously I am giving you all the tips which we have personally implemented and its results. Similarly, when you are applying, you should also know how to present your profile very properly, otherwise you may have done all the work but you are not able to present it. If you are confused about that, How can we help you out, we are here, we can help you out, you can also contact me, I have given all the details in the comment and also in the description and then you can also contact me. If you want to apply in a country like Germany and you do not know its deadline, then I have made that video here and I will put its link below. You can also watch this video so that you can know about any deadline. If you do not miss any program then I hope that you would have liked this video.
