in the race for this year's title they call this the War Between the States and the states are the ones that are bordering each other they are very competitive Georgia and Florida our analysts today is Jack snow and Jack let's talk about these teams first everybody agrees that Williams beats the far the quarterback is outstanding there's no question that Lindsey he's a very good quarterback very well who's coming up a superb performance individual performance last week against Auburn 29 of 41 for three hundred and thirty some-odd yards and two touchdowns they have got to have an outstanding day from Wayne to win today well he's got some outstanding receiver there's no question that Dickson Wang there are good group of receivers they have great athletic ability that they will have to be able to read the Georgia defenses get in the seams of the zones beat their men when they go and come up with the big catches I guess the big story of the scam the whole week has been Georgia Terre Haute Terre Haute is a question mark today we still don't know whether he's gonna play or not he's a great competitor he's an all-american we'll just have to wait and see about Terry well quarterback coaching career at the University of Texas with a big win over Arkansas royal led the Longhorns to 10 cotton balls and two national champions and last Saturday he was honored at a memorial stadium for his election into the Hall of Fame you know that's very warming thing and to be taken into the National Hall of Fame as as something that I never dreamed would happen to me and now that it's a reality it makes you feel pretty warm meanwhile in Columbus Ohio another coach feeling pretty warm was what he hated Buckeyes commander-in-chief for 28 years he produced 13 Big Ten titles 8 Rose Bowl verse two national championships he retired with 238 career coaching victories good for 4th place on the all-time list but the Hall of Fame means something very special to the old warrior well I'm enormous ly honored but at the same time it makes you realize how much you owe to so many other people your players your coaches and your administrative helpers and to the great University that's represented at halftime Hayes kept his day by doubting the I and the Buckeye bands famous script Ohio it is a very special honor normally reserved for deserving band members [Applause] [Music] and they will join an era who is already a member of the Hall of Fame coach you've got that for the splendid job at Northwestern I know how about some of the players that are gonna join these coaches now in the Hall of Fame well among the players are some outstanding and famous names Dick Butkus Leroy Jardin Floyd little OJ Simpson and some of those guys I played again also a couple Notre Dame's Notre Dame errs are
