[Music] hi good morning it's March 30 2024 and we're getting ready to do a reveal or unboxing or whatever you want to call it actually every year I put my uh car away for a couple months in the winter time even though we're in Virginia we still get enough cold butter that they salt the roads so I don't want my um car to be driven when there's that salt bust on a roads or anything so I just put it away usually from first part of December up to March which is now end of March 1 of April just whenever I get a chance to get it out so store it away every every year like I said I prepare it of course I I put gas treatment in it I fill the gas I put air in the tires over a the tires park it on carpet squares um just get everything ready to go I have some desant that I put inside this bag this bag is a car jacket it's from Pine R Enterprise and I bought this like 20 30 years ago actually back in the mid 90s and I used it on another car of mine and works well actually and I have a car cover over the car which is under this which we'll see here in a minute um I take the carburetor off the car as well I clean all that out so there's no gas sitting in it throughout the winter and trying to think what else I do just basically take all the stuff out it doesn't need to be anate bounce sheets in there so I can keep any mice out the might get in the bag although the bag zips up pretty tight so I don't think that's usually a problem so I'm going to go ahead and open this up I'm going to put you on time lapse so you can watch the whole deal okay bye by piing out the one who lead you everybody's acting like them [Music] free spending all your time with your head down like it's youry I too I know nothing at all we can stand on Higher Ground watching so no Rats of course no rats look how clean that is right Chang carburetor is off this is all sealed up so that's sealed up so there and I had drip pans under it as well of all the desk that was inside under inside the bag inside the interior inside the trunk I had those pans of desk can't get your sauce take out but the carburetor I store up here and this box has been all tore apart cleaned in gaskets if it needs it so it's ready to go so I'm going to bolt it on so no rust inside no cuz the Des can absorbs all that moisture that's left in the bag but when I park it I make sure it's a dry day so I lay the bag out mhm put the carpet squares on it go fill the tank drive the car home after you know making sure it's good warm prior to getting gas good 20 minutes or so bring it bring it in park it on the carpet squares shut it off and then let everything cool take stuff off by the time usually everything taken off get the tires aired up it's uh cooled off enough and I put the desk in the drip pans and everything underneath but it does a really good job of keeping it uh keeping it clean you see the inside is dry and then I take the antenna off and just lay it back here as well so the antenna's I'll put it all back together just like your stuff the air cleaner stuff's in the trunk wow ring no dust nothing it seals it up tight very nice very nice Don is that how you take care of your woman too what woman yeah if she was here I could got to show you but she's not okay what's this on the table look at the jacket made in USA oh yeah the yeah that's we going we got to fold that up but yeah this is the desant actually this came with the car jacket originally and I bought more of it and then what you do is I'll store it for the for the summer and I get it out and you put it in these tin foil pans and you put it in the oven they give you directions on how to rejuvenate it how to renew it and you renew it and then once uh takes a couple hours I think to do it take them out I seal them with tin foil over the top of these and then let them cool while I'm getting the car ready and then at the last minute after I put the car cover on these go in like I said one in the interior one in the trunk three underneath the car and as well as the bounce sheets and it does a good job keeps everything dry yeah look at the car jacket yeah we have to fold that I have yeah this is it with our Dodge Demon episode two all right you got to fold the jacket now all to the need [Music] another [Music] there you [Music] go jacket is made in in Michigan what city B I bet this is way back like the90s or8 yeah I bought wow still alive yeah early my job is done no it's not we got to go fold the cover now oh to the house all right all right go ahead
