hey guys welcome back to Vanguard motores man I got a hot one for today a 1968 Charger RT 440 under the hood she's painted on the bottom side so it's been on the rotisserie they did a beautiful job on the restoration on this car you can see the Chrome the grill the Hideway headlights I mean everything about this car is just about as sweet as can be my favorite color red my personal muscle car is this color my daily driver is this color I mean I I love the red on this car she's looking absolutely beautiful man the vinyl top really sets it off all the body lines are looking sweet all the stainless is all polished up looking good all the Chrome looks brand new I mean the car is absolutely gorgeous and of course as you look down the side straight as an arrow those doors are fitting awesome those body lines are looking sweet I apolog izee you probably have to buy some mirrors because you're going to want to show the bottom side of this off you know one of the things we're going to do here in just a minute is we're going to get it up on the lift so you can see the bottom side too of course she's got a little bigger tire on the back than she does on the front and then check this out those of you who know me know this is my favorite color Interior right here in the muscle car black she's ready to go center console with the automatic shifter in there the uh upholstery on the seats look sweet we got seat belts in the back we got a nice looking package tray got a good looking headliner with the dome light working she is a beauty man 1968 Charger super rare you do not come across these cars very often it's a real RT 440 power man she's beautiful take this baby to any car show I guarantee you you will draw a crowd car show heck you take this baby to the gas station you're going to draw a crowd now whenever you're looking at a car one of the most important things to do is look in the trunk got to make sure you got a good trunk floor in there and M you got a lot of room in there you can haul a lot of stuff in there look at that trunk floor looks like it's brand new always look under the mat and you know normally I say uh you can put lawn chairs or whatever but I got a little present here you can put this baby in the trunk that way you can post this baby at every car show show off your car that was made just for this car 482 horsepower dyo tested 727 trans everything's been done on this baby look at the bottom side of the deck lid how clean that is she is gorgeous one of the things I look at see how they had the latch off when they did the restoration they had the lat off down here I mean no stone unturned on this baby and check out the stance man I tell you that's the view most people are going to see the ass end of the car look at the the exhaust and she is making some horsepower baby that is about A4 inch on the throttle right there man she is quick for sure love loving this thing going down the road nice and straight I hit the brakes too with no hands on the wheel and she's stopping nice and straight get around the corner here we'll take a look at this Dash they haven't messed around with the dash at all it looks like it's stock and it looks like it's original too so that tells me that this car was just very very well kept throughout the years doesn't look like there was any restoration on the dasht whatsoever she's looking beautiful horns working wipers are wiping the speedometer is speeding uh it's got the clock over here next to the speedometer too it's going Tick Tock but I don't know if it's keeping the correct time or not looks like it's got the stock radio in it accelerator is definitely working good baby sounding awesome and uh the turn signals out in the hood are working too which which is really cool right there in the little Scoops you got that little light that lights up I'll turn the right one on up here see that baby flashing a't that sweet so we're going to head back to our shop right as I told you you can see the brand new tank the brand new exhaust looks like the spring packs and all the bushings have been replaced the floorboards are beautiful man that trunk floor is looking sweet I see new shocks I see new brake lines we have a right around a 389 gear in there I just rolled it over and counted it um I'll take a look here uh it is the 489 case um everything under here is painted up nice looking sweet um as we move forward here you can see that it's got MagnaFlow Mufflers we've got some flanges right here so it's real easy to take this exhaust pipe apart if you need to pull it down for any reason and they've done such a nice job with these frame ties you wouldn't know these weren't on there from the factory man they're all welded to the floors here looking good uh we got a new uh brake line going front to back we got new fuel line and Vapor line here got 727 trans that's a three-speed automatic that would have been similar to what would have come in the car originally um all the steering gear looks like it's in good shape we do have drum brakes up front also those Flex lines look like they're new going to the brakes the uh sway bar bushings all look new bottom side of the aluminum radiators looking good you can see they took the paint right to the bottom edge here of course everything just painted up looking shiny as can be even the wheel wells up in there the wheel wells look like just as nice of a paint job as the top side of the hood nice and clean then we've got these great looking Magnum 500s here and this has uh 25651 15s up front as you look down the side of this thing look at that red paint look how pretty it is now normally I'd get a finger like right underneath the edge here and feel around to make sure the back side of those fenders are in good shape but as you can see that is clean as a whistle looking good bottom side of the rocker also highly painted pinch weld looks good this little seam you see right there that's in every one of the Mopars that's where the quarter is connected to the uh rocker panel here of course where the horsepower meets the road we got a little more rubber 27560 15s and again that wheel well is just as clean as the rest of the car let's lower this baby down and look under the hood okay under the the hood here we have a beautiful looking 440 with an edel Brock intake on it that's aluminum looks like MSD uh coil and distributor there looks like it's got aluminum heads on it we do have a what looks like a brand new master cylinder with brand new uh lines there it is manual brakes you can see the wiring all looks like it's brand new the firewalls all nicely painted um everything back here looks like it's brand new heater hoses are hooked up we got a serpentine belt setup here we do have power steering we've got that aluminum radiator I talked about earlier looks like a brand new battery in here the whole front area here is all painted up looking good the core supports all painted up body color looking good I mean everything about this car is just looking absolutely gorgeous love the um air cleaner the most power performance air cleaner and the valve covers all looking sweet as can be it does have a Holly carburetor on it looks like there's an electric choke there H it looks like it's a single pumper also guys bottom side of the Hood's got just as nice of a paint job on it as a top side once you pop the hood here's the Rel the secondary release right there just to the right of Center I mean everything on this thing is just looking sweet as can be and I can't
