Also, the engine is a gas turbine engine. All jet engines are gas turbine engines, but not all gas turbine engines are jet engines.

My grandparents got to drive one of those for 3 months. My grandfather used to like to mess w/ the gas station attendants and ask them to check the oil when they'd pull in for gas :)

Gas turbine =/= jet. The car wasn't powered by thrust out its rear, it was powered via a compressor stage cranking a transmission and applying traction to the road.
