greedy and corrupt the case ended with the la firm and the residents receiving a payout of 333 million dollars brokovich was cut a check of 2 million bucks and all was good in the movie anyway in reality many plaintiffs involved with the hinckley case say the movie is a misrepresentation far from being the victory the movie depicts the hinckley lawsuit was a case study in how the rise of
