- These are the top 10 things you should be buying at
Dollar Tree this May, 2024. And with so many new products, this could be my best
Dollar Tree video yet. We begin with an ingenious concept, water bottle friendly silicone ice trays. That's right, $1.25 for a tray that can produce seven
vertical style ice cubes that can fit easily inside
the mouth of a water bottle. There are even larger sizes available to accommodate a tumbler,
like these new studded ones, now available at Dollar Tree for $1.25. They look as nice as what you'd see at an expensive coffee shop. And as a point of comparison, Kohl's sells a nearly identical
version for five bucks. If you use an electric toothbrush, these mini travel
battery-powered toothbrushes are a compact solution
for when you're on the go. They're available in
multiple different patterns, and are a great concept with summer travel right around the corner. In the number two spot, it's
a hot new Dollar Tree find, and it's this two-pack
of taco stands for $1.25. Considering these cost
substantially more from Amazon, this is a solid grab. While we're on the topic of food, a 20-pack of air fryer liners
for $1.25 is a superb price, given how expensive these can be. Sticking with that kitchen
theme for a moment, you can now buy full-size measuring cups in a set of three for
$1.25, while in the past, you could only buy one cup for that price. These are dishwasher safe and BPA-free. For kitchen drawer organization, these eight-inch by six-inch
organizational trays are a brand new larger size from the Storage Essential brand. They're versatile, as my wife uses these to
organize her skincare products in our bathroom. And if your home organization
involves decluttering, these garage sale signs
with a metal stake included could prove very timely. You just write in your
address, and you're good to go. Point three starts with
a bright new bargain. Two-in-one flashlights, available in this highly visible orange, or a plain black color. Great for a glove box or emergency, with the extreme weather many households are experiencing right now. High winds often accompany a seasonal need for outdoor-ready storage
straps and bungee cords. This two-pack of storage
straps could secure all sorts of essentials
with two size options, while this five-pack of
bungee cords at $1.25 is a highly competitive price. They are marketed as new and
improved with different colors. And I can definitely spot
the dramatic new improvements for this re-released tape
measure at Dollar Tree. The tape itself is wider, more durable, and it's sized the same as what you'd find from a hardware store. This space tape has also been upgraded. You used to get only
two feet for the price, and you now score over three
feet for that same $1.25. I had my eyes on this
four-piece cable cover set, which is essentially a
two-pack of cable concealers with adhesive included, ready
to tackle any corded eyesores. And speaking of, these
safety scrapers with blades can remove all sorts of
unsightly paint spills or other defects with little effort. I was excited to see these
paint edge trimmers for $1.25 as I need all the help I can
get with symmetrical painting. By the way, if you are
enjoying this video, feel free to give it a thumbs up as that really helps my channel. Point four starts strong with
these travel-sized bottles to better streamline all
the liquid-based products you travel with. The outer shell accommodates
four individualized TSA-friendly containers for
your face wash or a moisturizer. Also great for travel, this disposable razor
with suction cup holder gives you that comfort of home on the go, especially for all those
times hotel showers never seemed to have a proper
ledge to accommodate a razor. As a follow-up to the
first travel toothbrush I showed earlier, this battery-powered toothbrush is more of a regular
use standard-size find, and this version has the battery included. If your medicine cabinet needs
a more economical restock, there are so many off-brand
dupes at Dollar Tree right now, from Allegra to aspirin alternatives, even big name-brand cold
medication dupes and sleep aids. I'm not advocating for
any particular product, so I'd recommend doing some
research before purchasing. I also spotted this $1.25
spot acne treatment, which looks to be a
nearly identical replica of a Neutrogena original
in terms of packaging and similar ingredients that would cost more than $8 from Walmart. And this razorless shave powder is for those who are interested in another attractively-priced alternative to the one from the Magic brand. Point five includes a word of caution, as these ice cube trays with
lids, which are not new, only get restocked at Dollar
Tree once or twice per year with limited store quantities. These are some of the best
ice trays I've ever used, in blue or white, so if
you've been eyeing them, I would highly recommend making your move. These one-gallon Crystal
Geyser bottles are back. I haven't seen these in
stock for a long time. A good emergency essential that would otherwise cost
you a $1.38 at Walmart. Although you can buy a Walmart-branded one-gallon water bottle for $1.22. In typical Dollar Tree fashion, their summertime offerings
include this new solar spotlight, and a special shout out to my wife Daria, who has temporarily lifted the solar spotlight purchasing ban she imposed upon me last year. This solar stake light has
a flickering flame effect and this solar hook lantern
is something I have not seen at Dollar Tree before. And while they are not the
brightest in the world, they do create some nice
ambience around a garden. And while we are on the
topic of your backyard, this 50-pack of insect repellent
wipes could work nicely in a compact travel ready form. However, if you prefer a spray bottle, Dollar Tree now has that too. And for those who want
elements of the outdoors to not come inside, these Made in the USA two packs
of spiders and insect traps handle everything from crickets
to other creepy crawlies. But I will note these are not recommended if you have pets or small children. For point six, we head briefly to the
Dollar Tree plus section, where the stackable storage
solution with two racks quickly assembles into
the perfect organizer for under a bathroom sink,
or under a kitchen counter to store cleaning supplies. At the same price, these
motion sensor lights are some of the largest I've
ever seen at Dollar Tree, complete with remote
control, a magnetic base, and my favorite feature,
rechargeable batteries. Sticking with our illumination
theme for a moment, these ring light party
speakers at five bucks are a color-changing
Bluetooth beach-ready speaker with built-in FM radio. Speaking of the beach, brand
new ladies' swim coverups at $5 look fashionable, not
that I'm a fashion expert, but the one size fits most approach could also work for a pool party. And while we're on the
topic of summer wear, I like these new large straw hats, now available at five bucks. However, if you don't
need something as premium, you'll find new sunhats in
multiple colors in stock at regular Dollar Tree pricing. Similarly, these premium beach
towel clips at three bucks come with all sorts of
funky summer-esque designs to help secure those
pesky towels to a chair. But for the truly frugal
individual, such as myself, I would instead recommend
buying this two-pack of spring clamps for $1.25. They don't have the same fun designs, but they accomplish the exact same thing. If you consider car air
fresheners to be unsightly, this under the seat alternative
at $3 is more discreet, compared to your typical
clip-on air freshener, and they're advertised
to last up to 45 days. If you need a throw
pillow for a better couch, these 22-inch round plush pillows at $5 are competitively priced, and supposedly easy to spot clean. For point seven, we return to the $1.25
pricing still in effect at my local store. And these new disposable
aprons might be a contender for any DIY enthusiast. But if that's overkill, these disposable over sleeves
could protect your wrists or arms while you cook, paint,
or tackle a decor project. Mind you, if you prefer for someone else to craft your decor, there's a generous selection
of graduation decor, perfectly timed with all the
celebrations taking place through this month. Everything from hanging
signs to letter banners, inflatable balloon
letters, graduation cups, celebratory grad photo frames. And if you're looking for
the ultimate party favor, this $3 confetti cannon comprises all sorts of celebratory colorful pops. My five and two-year-old are not exactly graduating just yet, but sometimes you don't need an excuse. Before I reveal my favorite
fashion item of the month, in the number eight spot, this 48-pack of wall protectors can handle the backs of chairs, cabinets, or be used on the backs of doors, that could otherwise hit a wall. For cleaning purposes, this
10-pack of bleach tablets could be used to create
a cleaning solution, or for your typical laundry purpose. And while we're on that topic, this shed shield fabric conditioner repels pet hair from your clothing, and apparently fights
odors during the cleaning. I'm sure it smells very nice. Which brings me to this fragrance warmer, featuring a faux wood design
that's actually ceramic. For a summer picnic or camping, these utensil caddies are brand
new with two color options. And don't forget if you need a large one, these utensil caddies are
typically always available and a reliable companion for barbecuing. These felt desk trays
are a nice alternative to your plastic or metal
ones that we often see. And similar to the ones that were composed from plastic before, these rectangular flex trays are larger, brand new in gray and blue, and I could see these working
well in a crafting room, or for the organization
of an office drawer. Our next point kicks off
with a whole new range of summer items, like these
color-changing tumblers, with multiple design options. These change color based on temperature, so there is that added
entertainment value for kids, which brings me to this three-pack of summer-themed hair clips. With popsicles, lemons,
and my personal favorite, avocado, watermelon, and pineapple. Fun for any age. Summer flip flops are
hardly a new phenomenon at Dollar Tree, but these
new toddler flip flops with a strap on the back are
ideal for those younger feet that seem to grow at a mile a minute. These new themed socks
sporting golf, dogs, tacos and food brand emblems are my favorite fashion item of the month, including these ones with Bagel Bites, a great snack that looked awesome. To fully embrace that summer vibe, inflatable decor finds
include these flamingos, a toucan, and a nice palm
tree for it to perch on. It could be fun for a party, which leads me to these
large serving trays in a substantial size if you are hosting, or you need a more
backyard-friendly plastic. For those who prefer to
make their own popsicles as we do, these Popsicle molds can
produce up to six delicious frozen treats as a refreshing,
yet practical find. And finally, to capture that perfect photo with your summer beverage in hand, you can now find those
quintessential umbrella picks as part of this 16-pack for just $1.25. I should mention none of
this content is sponsored. For my next point, a reminder that May is
the month of Mother's Day. And my birthday. I was actually born on Mother's Day, so I really need to make
it up to my mom, Rhonda. Let's start with these $1 handmade cards to accompany that perfect gift. Gift bags to wrap any
generous present of your own. And if you are contemplating
more of a DIY approach, you could build your own spa day for mom with a new line of face masks that have just descended upon Dollar Tree, that does include these
anti-stress clay masks. They also have these new massagers, like this vibrating facial one, and a brand new body massager that would cost a lot more anywhere else. If the mom or mother-in-law in your life enjoys beauty products, some
very premium-looking makeup, beauty blender storage
holders are now available. And you can top it all off
with an inflatable mom balloon. If your mom has a green thumb, you could buy this
railing planter for $1.25, and then fill it with your
mother's favorite flowers. These are beautiful and back in stock with multiple color options and sizes. And for those who do have the space, these barrel-themed planters
look quite nice in person, alongside these ceramic-themed ones, which definitely live up to their name, as it took me a moment to realize that these were not ceramic,
and in fact made of plastic. This 12-pack of mini planters might be best suited for herbs or veggies, while a slightly larger
six-pack is also available. Another solar light I
did not feature before, but seems better suited for this point are these solar stair
ones in brown or black, which would blend in
better to line a deck, staircase or fence. And for outdoor grilling, this brand new grill tray in a two-pack has heat resistance up to 518 degrees for steak, veggies, or fish. Our bonus section begins with something I've never seen before. Yoga mat fresheners. I am classifying this as a bonus, as I don't understand why you
would not just use Febreze or another cleaning solution you enjoy. But anyhow, here it is. Also brand new to my local Dollar Tree, a two-pack of disposable Bundt cake trays, as a good way to bring
your baking creations fresh from the oven, to
wherever it is you're going, without ever having to worry over the pan. If you like to bottle
your own pasta sauce, oil, or vinegar, these swing top glass bottles also remind me of how I've seen
water presented on the table at some trendier restaurants. There are two new vintage
toys available this month at Dollar Tree. This Etch-A-Sketch,
which I did grow up with, very nostalgic. And Made in the USA slinkies that are smaller than
your typical offering, but nicely shaped for smaller hand sizes. And if you need a fun DIY project for your kids or grandchildren, these DIY bird feeders
are a worthy option. And finally, I'm quite certain, if you had my two-year-old
choose between a million dollars or this $3 automated bubble machine, his choice would be clear. I would just have to ensure
I purchase the batteries, which are sold separately. And there you have it.
Thanks for watching. I love you. Bye bye.
