fans of their support and he will also refer to brody by saying i am grateful for you all love below the heavens and one incredible friend above fans quickly began to champ brody's name and he had to hold back the tears as he attempted to finish his promo number eight the undertaker appears at pallbearer's hall of fame induction for following paul berra's passing in 2013 wwe decided to pay tribute to the legendary manager by putting him in the hall of fame as part of the wrestlemania 30 weekend kane would induct vera in one of the best hall of fame speeches ever as kane delivered it with class humor and love three things bera would have loved following the induction the undertaker would make a rare hall of fame appearance you perform his signature pose on the ramp holding up the urn into the imagery bearer it was truly a moment that fans will never forget number seven wwe pays tribute to canada crusher but conor the crusher was a young wwe fan who went viral in 2012 after you met his pitripleh whilst the entire locker room cheered him on just a few weeks after wrestlemania connor sadly passed away wwe put a video tribute together which saw stephanie mcmahon brian and connor's father discuss his life and impact it was extremely hard to watch but it was touching to see the amount of people that conor had a positive effect on during his life in 2015 conor would posthumously receive the worry award at the hall of fame induction ceremony and it would be inducted quite rightly by his favorite wwe superstar daniel bryan number six i wish monsoon was here but there have been some tremendous yet emotional hall of fame induction speeches over the years but perhaps the most emotional was bobby the brain heenan's speech when he was inducted in 2004. bobby was one of the most influential wrestling personalities of all time and it was only fitting that he was inducted into the hall of fame in bobby's speech he spoke with humor and wit but there was one specific thing that heenan said that still hurts to this very day during the closing moments of the speech would state every one thing is missing i wish my son was here [Applause] the late great guerilla monsoon was one of bobby's best friends the two are considered by many to be the best commentary duo of all time number five i'm sorry i love you one of the top matches on the wrestlemania 24 match card was the match between shaw michaels and ric flair the match would act as flair's retirement mansion following the match he would never wrestle in a wwe ring ever again the match was acclaimed by fans and it saw flair deliver his best performance in years and it showed fans just why hpk may just be the best in-ring performer in wwe history the final moments of the match saw hbk get ready to perform a final switch in music before hesitating and saying the infamous words of [Applause] before performing his iconic finisher to officially retire the former 16-time world champion number four wwe paid tribute to the ultimate warrior but just a matter of days after the ultimate warrior made his return to wwe having been inducted into the hall of fame as well as appearing on raw he sadly passed away warrior had made peace with wwe as the two sides had a lot of established bad blood but thankfully this had all been rectified during wario's return his passing hit wwe and fans hard as warrior was one of the most eccentric and colorful wrestlers that ever lived wwe paid tribute to the warrior by performing a ten bell salute at the start of raw as well as playing a video that encapsulated everything wario was as a performer and a human being number three the undertaker says goodbye the 2020 survivor series pay-per-view would be built around the official retirement of the undertaker and will feature cameos from a number of wwe superstars past and present unfortunately due to the global pandemic the retirement speech from the undertaker would take place in front of no fans but wwe could do little to avoid this from happening taker's retirement segment began with legends such as triple h mick foley shaw michaels and kane all coming down to the ring wwe chairman vince mcmahon would then make a brief speech where he had to hold back tears especially when he said that the undertaker's legend will live forever the undertaker made his final entrance and delivered an in-character promo but it was clear that the undertaker was struggling to keep it together he would declare and now my time has come my time has come to let the undertaker rest in peace the undertaker would culminate his speech by kneeling in front of a hologram of the late great paul bearer which was enough to make fans break down in tears watching at home the pay-per-view then ended with the undertaker walking back up the entrance ramp before proceeding to throw his fists up for one final time number two the eddie guerrero tribute show the november 14th 2005 edition of raw wouldn't be a traditional episode of raw this was because beloved wwe superstar eddie guerrero had passed away the day prior eddie was one of wwe's top stars and was well respected and liked by every person in the locker room the november 14 2005 edition of raw would act as a tribute show for eddie and this was truly one of the hardest things to re-watch as a wrestling fan it featured a number of tributes to eddie and it featured a number of wwe talent breaking down with emotion at the loss of their friend and colleague the main event of the tribute show featured randy orton taking on john cena and following the match cena would lay down his eddie t-shirt in the ring and will proceed to place the title over the t-shirt in a fitting tribute to an iconic superstar and number one aew's brody lee tribute show when brodie lee passed away in december 2020 aw decided to put on a tribute show celebrating the life of the former tnt champion the show received widespread praise for aew's approach to the tribute show as the show began with all members of the roster on the stage before a temple salute commenced all matches featured members of the dark order stable and this was a staple which brodie was the leader of the show was filled with amazing tributes which showed fans just how special of a human being brody was it was hard for fans to get through certain segments of the show without crying former wwe star eric rowan also made a special appearance on the show rowan and brody were part of the wyatt family in wwe it was great to see rome pay tribute to his former tag partner following the main event brody's widow amanda huber and this son came down to the ring and they left brody's boots and bandana in the middle of the ring brodie and amanda's son were then awarded the tnt title by tony khan
