I went to downtown so are they actually selling meat now? alright, I'll get cooking hi everyone, this is Chunjie Leige bought some ribs and said he wants some meat let's make some roasted ribs today I quite like roasted ribs let's prepare the ribs first Leige, would you please hand me the meat cleaver and stool? want some help with that? are you doing this yourself? chop the ribs into large chunks pour some water in, I'll wash the ribs give the ribs a pre-boil after it's clean add some ginger and green onion add some cooking wine to get rid of the fishiness we'll cool the ribs in cold water after the pre-boil wash away all that foam of blood and scum heat up some oil add some sugar fry the sugar until it begins bubbling and turns red put in the ribs add ginger, garlic, and green onions add some pepper, star anise, dried chili, cinnamon, and bay leaves. then add a few drops of sesame oil add some salt give it a good fry to get rid of some of the moisture in the ribs add water after you finish frying the ribs then just close the lid and have the rib roast let's check out the ribs it's quite soft and tender, so it should be done now we've been roasting the ribs for about an hour now it's about ready just sprinkle some chopped green onions and reduce the broth a bit, then it's ready for serving sprinkle some parsley alright, our roasted ribs are ready Leige, Tao, lunch is ready Coming it's finally ready this is awesome I'll sit this way I'll go get the rice here, I'll go get it that's a lot of meat the seaweed is really good you should say something about the meat too where did Leige go?
