So, yeah link is in description. Let's start the video. So the first mistake which I made is I ignored MTPs and RTPs. I solved only PYQs I didn't do MTPs and RTPs. Because I didn't had enough time. If you don't know about MTPs. This is issued by ICAI which have very important questions. You should definitely solve this. I didn't do it. They are very important. as Once you complete the syllabus, then try MTPs and RTPs then you get to know your preparation level. So, same with me. But I didn't had enough time to solve. But you all must solve MTPs , RTPs and PYQs Like my sister is also in CA final. Like when I said I skipped Mtps and Rtps she said why you skipped that you must have scored more. Maybe I have scored more Because many questions came exactly from Rtps So, they are very important you must solve all of them The second mistake which I made is that I had not given enough test Test are very important I have given very few. You must give test until and unless u feel confident but I had given only few tests approx two or three minimum I have not given test in one go I only solved test. I highly recommend you sit and give a test of 3 hours This will remove the exam fear then you will not feel hesitation and fear in the exam hall If you have not joined any coaching you can enroll in any test series but I have not enrolled in any test series and gave very few tests this was my biggest mistake please don't do this mistake whenever you complete with your syllabus and revision decide a chunk of time for the tests Okay? And the third mistake is giving importance to additional questions in maths There are a lot of additional questions in maths after every chapter Initially I used to solve each and every question. They were very difficult. I was not aware of that. I wasted a lot of time there then I show some videos "Is this question is important or not?" So they said NO! They are not at all important. They are very high level questions If you want to try you can do it but these are not that important So initially during June and July I wasted a lot of time but then I skipped as they were very hard See, total marks is 100 and you get 3 hours So you get 1.8 minute per question. Examiners set questions according to this time limit and those additional questions are very time consuming So there all irrelevant but yes if you still want to do it you can but for exam these are not important. Fourth mistake is... that I had not developed the habit of table chair setting I rarely used table and chair for studying because of this I had back pain and low productivity Now in CA intermediate I have started studying using table and chair and this increased my productivity So this little things increases your productivity and I recently purchased a new chair This one! In b.com study vlog you must have seen I used to use blanket over chair for comfort but that was not good for posture I purchased this one So,this is really helpful to use table and chair I highly recommend it and also if you want to purchase this I'll share link is in the description you can check out. In last video I told you that I prepared for my CA Foundation by myself and using some YouTube channels but I personally feel that I must have taken law classes because I had no one to guide in this Firsly, law was a new subject. It was like an obstacle for me. I should have taken classes either from SPC for grooming Education Academy In law I scored 44 but this includes English also so I have low score in law I also ignored making notes as.. I thought it is a vast subject it would be a waste of time to make notes As initially we don't know no that it would be helpful to make notes But in intermediate I am making notes so definitely take classes if you genuinely need Right? 6th mistake is I had not prepared proper notes. I didn't need proper notes but notes of few topics like account, maths I will give the link in description but I didn't make proper notes like for revision it's good to have notes so that is what I think I made a mistake Like in maths I marked important questions as star so that I can revise them during exams I used to solve before exam If I had solved those important questions properly in Notebook I must have had a quick revision before exam instead of solving it saves a lot of time so definitely should have prepared notes And the Seven mistake I did was I was I was very very inconsistent like during April March I was very inconsistent due to lockdown I was very lazy I was like ok no problem I will do it later. I got a little serious during July and August I should have prepared consistently from starting neither I had proper routine nor schedule. So I think this was my mistake during August and September I properly started making to do list and time table which increased my productivity And I enjoyed studying. It was first lockdown and I was studying alone no one was controlling me I was managing my own time I was procrastinating things So this should not happen with you I am not saying that you should study whole day You should do everything Study , Games , spend time with family and friends. But with prioritization. you should decide your priorities first study then game then fun you should prepare a proper schedule There is a famous quote that says Success is not always about greatness It's about consistency consistent hard work leads to success. The 8th mistake was.. no contact with my friends This was one of my mistakes I was feeling like I am studying alone in my house you must have a discussion with your friends like in 11th or 12th standard we used to go to tutions together what happens is it creates a environment of study with competitive spirit So this is very important discuss the topics you studied with your friends also discuss their topic which they studied ask questions together This helps in revising your topics It is very helpful Then mind things in a competitive way a and encourage you to study so this is very very helpful. 9th mistake was... not reading self growth books it's not a mistake but it's a suggestion, It's a recommendation. You all must have one or two self growth books like I have 4 books I am showing you here I recently completed Rich Dad and Poor Dad and Oh my god, it changed my mind It change the perspective to see life. It is very nice book very awesome I will highly recommend you to read this book I am recently reading how to win friends and influence people This is also very good book I have read around 20 to 25 pages. I am reading it slowly. Let's see when I will complete this book whenever I feel bore and I don't like studying I read these books you must have books addiction instead of phone addiction this will definitely help you in your life. 10th and the last mistake was.. I was not using black pen at all when I was preparing for CA Foundation I was not using black pen I used to use blue pen only So, this one thing was little difficult. when I started writing with black pen in examination hall I felt really uncomfortable because I used to practice with blue pen only at home that sudden shift from Blue to black pen was a little weird for me. so what happens is it takes a little time in your exam so I will recommend you should start practicing with black pen 2 weeks before exams so that you get used to with black pen and you get comfortable. And you should use that pen only in exam. So, that's it for today's video. For more videos please subscribe my channel and also you can also follow me on Instagram. Where I recently did a live and did small q&a and Give my life's update. So..Let's meet in next video. Bbye!
