10 Lighting Mod Roundup | Cyberpunk 2077

I'm my nightmare what's up folks it's cross SG and if you have modding ADHD this is going to be a godsend video for you or maybe a crippling curse depending on how you look at it I suppose and that's because today I'm going to be doing a lighting mod and Lut Roundup video for those who don't know one of my first ever cyberpunk videos on this channel way back last year was actually a lighting mod Roundup but only featuring five mods I've since put out a fair few individual lighting mod and Lut showcases and we've seen a few mods come and go over the past year so I thought it was an appropriate time to revisit a Roundup video I'm going to talk about the setup and stuff next so time stamps as always if you want to skip right to the action I'll be featuring 10 lighting mods in this Roundup we have Nova lot Prim Lut and Edge lot by the cyanite X gets Legacy and gets Fuji by babab Bui nclm by control saac cyber lighting by asenti over chrome 18 and over chrome 20 by Neu yay and finally rail color 3 by n fractal now these are not all the lighting mods available for cyberpunk of course I'm sure there will be a couple of mods you hoped I would include that I didn't so if so I apologize it's tough to keep track of and test every single lighting mod that pops up on Nexus so yes there are a couple missing from this list that I have previously featured on my channel namely E3 VR by skater and E3 2018 lighting mod by Lexar and that's because at the time of recording they have been taken down presumably for some updates or sector work don't worry though once they are back up I'll look into covering their respective updates along with some other new and updated mods that are currently in the works yes as far as I'm aware there are quite a few of those so exciting times anyhow all of the mods featured in this video are a combination of a lot and its Associated EnV if available the only mod that is a standalone L is rail color 3 and I will feature that with the stock vanilla EnV for the uninitiated a lot Alters the color grading of the game and an EnV mod Alters the lighting of the game anyway this Roundup video aims to provide just just a brief preview of what these mods look like it is not a deep dive showcase nor a tier list so I'll be keeping my commentary and opinions to a minimum after this part and I won't be ranking the mods or anything that's just a little too subjective and with that let's briefly go over the setup all footage is captured on a 7800 x3d with a 4090 with only my vanilla plus light collection of mods and the respective lighting mods featured of course the footage is in standard dynamic range at 4K with path tracing enabled frame rates are kept to 60 dlss is set to balance with frame generation enabled and why frame generation you ask two reasons first it allows me to use less aggressive upscaling for better image quality and this is strictly for showcase purposes I do still kept my FPS to 60 and normal gamep play but I game without frame generation cuz I can't handle the added input lag and second using frame generation with a capped frame rate of 60 gives me a huge chunk of GPU Headroom to hopefully reduce any potential game stutters and finally it was pretty tough to plan a Showcase of 11 mods in a meaningful manner cuz I can't just do side by sides for everything I mean what is the appropriate comparison here why pair this mod with that one and why not you get what I mean so I've settled on having a short section with scenes for each lighting mod individually followed by a montage of them at the end and again time the [Music] all right folks that's it for this Roundup I hope this was enough of a preview to help you narrow down your lighting mod selection some of them alter the colors and lighting quite significantly and others just nudge it one way or the other but most lighting mods in general will attempt to address the yellow green tint that comes with the vanilla gate I don't exactly have a personal favorite at this moment but I do tend to lean more toward the cyanide access mods depending on what I'm doing anyway let me don't don't now wow let me know down in the comments which mod you
