[Music] most amazing spot walking oh he's the food tips on how to explore the South Island of New Zealand on a shoestring budget first tip rent a camper van were you hired as a brits Ventura fitted out with all the creature comforts for just 450 New Zealand Dollars for 10 days [Music] one of our first stops was take a pose [Music] [Music] while you're exploring mount cook mac show you much in some whiticus chocolate it's made locally and it's delicious here are some of the photos is that John took under the stars [Music] as we head south towards Monaco we stop through Linda's path these is the view [Music] [Applause] [Music] surrounded by stars and snow-capped mountains as we overlook Lake Wanaka and that one akha tree [Music] for all your thrill-seeking sports head to queenstown one of our favorite things today and say it was skyline tag gondola ride up to the top of bob's pink the views up there are stunning then roll down the luge track prices started around $34 [Music] and when you've had enough and the Sun begins to set take a stroll down to the stratosphere restaurant and bar for a quick bite to a tourist sneaky beverage just a 20-minute drive away from Queenstown is Carnot's cake it's a popular ski field and resort leaf paths is around a hundred dollars a day but if you're on a budget simply stop by cheap thrills it's free to come up here we take a quick detour to glenorchy along the way we stopped at Mount actually parked up around the corner and walked down here five minutes and then through some shrubby bushland and then the view well the waters here are crystal-clear during winter the frost hands the logs and rocks [Music] we then headed west [Music] fear [Music] stopping by the famous can't died a hotel that was an awesome experience probably the same yeah I would say [Music] [Applause] ten dollars a swamp under those Reed's size [Music] next stop franz josef glacier and what a spectacular spot to explore yeah we made it it was a fantastic work it's just this about two hours it's only supposed to take about 40 minutes but there was just too much to capture on the camera to do it any faster than what we did [Music] [Applause] from down here you can't physically touch the Glacia but you can take a tour or a quick chopper flight to the top [Music] [Music] you could pay me Deluth every time they've said it's a bit cold then fund my next trip here it's cold so cold I'm cold the scenery here is spectacular is to climb to more than 900 meters through Arthur's past National Park is the highest and most beautiful spot across the southern out [Music] [Applause] [Music]
