1 Minute Poached Egg an Absolute Game Changer

hi everyone I'm back to using this camera again I love it uh not good for walking though right today this will blow your mind this is an absolute Game Changer I did a video on this subject a few weeks ago and that's just something that I've done for years and years and years in the catering trade but now I'm going to show you the trick of the trade [Music] so we've all got different ways of doing poached eggs some people bring it to the boil take it off the boil let it simmer put the eggs in some people put white wine vinegar in um I like to do that some people like to take it off the heat completely and then put the eggs in and let the the heat of the water poach the eggs there's so many different ways but this is an absolute Game Changer it saves you time it saves all the faffing around with saucepans and stuff like that let me show you my new version of poached eggs on toast well I don't have a toaster it's just I think it's the only Gadget kitchen gadget I don't have to be honest but um I don't mind I've got sandwich toasters and I've got a grill so I'm gonna use this right so all you need is if you've got a measuring cup um use one if you haven't get a cup um that will take one cup is about 236 milliliters so let's just say if you can get a cut that holds 250 and then you want half a cup so if you half 236 milliliters um if you haven't got one just measure that in a jug and then pour it so what you're doing is you'll put in half the water in a in a one cup so that's half full and then you crack the egg in a little bit of salt Chucky in the microwave [Music] but it's very important to to have a bigger cup otherwise it'd be overflowing and it could make a mess so half a cup into a one cup [Music] foreign foreign in 60 Seconds that's my personal opinion between 50 and 60 try it out and then once you get that timing it's the same every time so cheers no sugar no milk I'm trying so I hope you got value from that because I certainly did when I found out about it uh I just wanted to share it with you guys so there you go I know so it's only a poached egg but let me tell you it's healthy and I tastes great thanks for watching guys give us a thumbs up if you like it if you don't then you don't there you go can't win them all but uh hopefully see you on the next one [Music] thank you [Music]
