Bake: 210°C (410°F) for 20 minutes in a fan oven. 1 onion. 1 red pepper + 1 green pepper. Olive oil. Fry the meat thoroughly on both sides. Once the meat is done, remove it from the pan and set aside. Olive oil. Fry the vegetables briefly but at high heat. Spring onions.
