[Music] whoa look at what it is well this is a tank and I have an idea today let's learn about and buoyancy and density okay first what we're gonna do look it's fill up this tank full of water and then once this tank is full of water then you and I are gonna go outside and find some objects and we're gonna put it in the water and play a game and that game is gonna be called sink or float so we're gonna guess which items are gonna either sink or float this is gonna be so much fun [Music] okay just a little bit more water okay that right there is a perfect amount of water now let's go get some objects so then we can guess if they're either gonna sink or float okay now that we're outside let's go find some things to see if they either sink or float oh this day is going so perfect so far it's a tote so we can put stuff in it of course look our first object a flower these are dandelions and they're bright yellow I used to collect dandelions and give them to my mother and say here you go mom I love you hey mom I love you Wow some colorful balls this one is the color red this one is the color purple this one is the color green this one is the color yellow this one is the color blue and this one is the color okay Wow look at all the things in here I wonder if they'll sink or float balance beam well wait a second are you seeing what I'm seeing come here look this is a CD a compact disc and it says blippi on top I wonder if it sinks or floats look two pine cones pine cones come off a trees then they land on the ground but this time they were right here perfect for us to see if they sink or float put them in the tote I dropped a pine cone and a dandy line look well the paintbrush yeah a paintbrush and some glue I wonder if these sink or float I guess we gotta wait and see put them in there cool monkey bars I love monkey bars okay wait a second look some orange blippi glasses hello hello okay oh and I bet you know what these are yeah these are rocks yeah and I bet you could guess pretty easy if they're gonna sink or float but let's go see that was so much fun gathering all these items with you okay now we gonna put the items inside the water and we're gonna see if they're gonna sink or flew okay here we go let's start out with an easy one ooh Wow look at this do you see them yeah these are rocks well they're really heavy well so if these rocks are heavier than the water for the same amount of space then they're gonna sink so do you think you'll either sink or float yeah let's put them in and look they sink good job okay all those rocks went all the way down to the bottom okay let's try a little bit harder one okay hmm look colorful balls they don't sound very heavy and they're really light and they're actually filled with air see okay let's see here oh let's do the blue one ready do you think it will either sink or float okay let's see yeah if all these balls that are sealed and filled with water float on top of the one okay let's try another thing oh we forgot the red one yep that one floats - ooh okay some glue whoa so slippery some glue okay do you think you'll either sink or float it's kind of heavy it's plastic okay I think I know do you think you'll sink or float okay here we go [Applause] whoa it floated to the top wow that is so cool okay here we go oh look we have some dandelions whoa look at them they're so pretty and they smell so good okay do you think these will either sink or float that's one way to find out is to put it in the water ready three two one it's floating good job okay oh look we have a blimp ECD compact discs ready do you think you'll sink or float okay whoa whoa it barely sinks to the bottom okay I guess it sinks oh and a couple more things pinecones whoa so prickly okay here we go whoa they float to the top okay whoo another pair of blimpy glasses hello hello I can't see oh there I go okay here we go ready whoa no sink they must be really dense okay and last item ooh a paintbrush okay do you think this paintbrush will sink or float I'm so excited ready 1 2 3 it floats oh one last thing yeah look it's a dump truck whoa and it has something in the back whoa look let's pour this in the back oh that just made the water turn green boo cowabunga it's turning it into green ooze whoa this is gonna be cool okay let's let it sit here for a little bit Wow whoa it's getting really slimy already oh time to operate the bulldozer come on whoa whoa whoa not so fast before we operate the bulldozer we need our safety equipment I have my hard hat on yeah and my safety vests whoo orange and yellow now we're ready Wow now on that what all those are push what this looks like a vacuum from the 1600s and it's in our way so I think we should bulldoze the vacuum [Music] are you ready to learn about the parts of the bulldozer with me yeah let's go [Music] let's go to the front whoa wow this Rick here is the blade in the blade is used to push anything and everything out of its way whoa do you see up there those are the sweeps and when the blade pushes large trees out of its way if the tree falls down it won't hit the driver in the cab the cab whoa up there is the cab yeah that's where the driver in the operator sits that's so cool whoa and look look at these Wow these are the tracks whoa the tracks are really useful for going over mud dirt rocks debris anything and it won't even get stuck oh and look at this compartment this compartment yeah it's full of the hydraulics it powers the blade the tracks and the Scratchy my Bob's oh come here [Music] I love the scratchy my boss yeah please also known as the Ripper haha rips up anything and everything on the ground so it makes it nice and soft for the bulldozer in another compartment this compartment is the electrical compartment and it has two batteries because this machine is so big oh and I almost forgot the engine come over here [Music] wow that engine is so massive in this machine is so cruel [Music] oh hey I was just doing the dozer dance will you do the dozer dance with me yeah I'll teach you okay first you raise up your hands and your arms and act like you have a bulldozer blade like this okay and then you move your feet like the bulldozer tracks so it looks like this [Music] good job okay I have a really fun game will do the dozer dance when we hear the music but when you don't hear music and it stops you need to freeze yeah okay are you ready okay listen hold your arms up march in place left foot right foot keep the pace move your arms up bend down crouch and couch down to the ground turn your hands we're dancing like a doe sir we're dancing like a bull the ball does a dance stand up tall on two feet from side to side bounce to the beat raise your left knee raise your right raise your arms and raise there the bulldozer has power and right here this joystick whoa whoa when you push forward it goes forward backward you reversed left and go right Wow and this joystick over here whoa this operates the blade so left right down and oh and this operates the Ripper Wow [Music] [Applause] [Music] what I'm doing here is bulldozing down some old dead trees so then it'll make some room so we can plant some new ones [Music] [Applause] [Music] bulldozers are such amazing pieces of machinery now it's time for the bulldozer song bulldozer clear in the land bulldozers and rubble and Sam bulldozer constructing the roads move over it's about to roll it's the yellow [Music] it can push most anything bulldozers turned up debris ol dozers help the farmers work by pricking up rocks and chicken and lizard with the blade on the front in the Quang build a home [Music] always on a boat bulldozer [Music] and they can move through some rough terrain they can move all kinds of things those are there's so many of them Wow there's another one oh and look up here wow that's big thing up there yeah that's the firebox that's what eats up all the water in it creates feet which is pressure and then up there that's the stack and then the bell and then the whistle and back here right there that's the cow that's where the operators of the trains in and come back here this is the tender oh and look over here those are the cars of the Train [Music] [Music] Wow now we're inside the cab of the train and I'm with the engineer and his name is Rick hey Rick all right okay and I'm over here with the fireman and his name is Robert hey hello and they are gonna explain some of the interior parts of the train hey so what's this thing this is called the Johnson bar makes the engine go forward or if I go over here makes it go backward all right I dare you okay oh that's hard oh okay okay now I'll go back whoa oh and backs even harder all right so we decide which direction we're going we control our speed with the throttle like a gas pedal with a car pull right now we'll go faster whoa all right and push it forward and then you go slower and I can shut it clear off okay the other thing I do is I've got a whistle up here to warn people that we're coming across see here we go wow that's cool and then the other thing I have to do is once a while to stop the train this stops the train here like that and this one is for the engine only independent of the train and what's this down here that's a good fire air water to make steam that gives us energy to go oh wait so fire I think that's the fireman over here so what's this thing this handle I can make the fire get bigger or smaller whoa that's pretty cool and so you sit here and do all the fire stuff and is there anything else that you do yeah I got to ring the bell to make sure people get out of the way of removing see the bullets go cool can I try okay here we go whoa oh that's cool well thank you gentlemen [Music] [Music] all aboard now it's time for all the passengers to load on up so we can go for a ride okay now it's my turn to ride the train so come on you can join with me whoa whoa look over here Wow this is the inside car where it's all enclosed that looks cool but let's go over there so then we can ride the train and the outside come on oh hello like whoa see now we're outside this is gonna be so much fun the wheels were a turnin and the smoke was a puffin off we go whoa here comes some trees [Music] [Applause] [Music] Wow look at that beautiful pond right there so much green I don't know what type of planters are but they kind of look like lily pads [Music] oh wow okay we were outside but now our inside in an enclosed car what a beautiful ride [Music] ooh here comes a train here comes a train and all the tracks gonna get there yeah choo-choo here comes a train I could spend all day go choo-choo Oh bollocks three there are baby train tracks and so many trains it drove on through I can only imagine how much fun I'd be having if I was riding on the caboose that's the back of the Train try to count all the train cars but there are so many flying by [Music] here comes a train comes a train all the tracks go they get there statue comes a train I can spend all day watching you go choo-choo [Music] trains are made to transport people I've been on one how about you some miles and miles [Music] every time a train goes by what could be inside choo-choo here comes the train changer here comes a train it's rolling all the tracks gonna get there choo-choo here comes a have two all right here I go [Music] we're coming up on a big hill here I come sometimes in life if you can't do something you have to try something new like this let's walk it up it's okay this is still fun oh whoa there's downhill here I go it's time to build a boat this area is where you can build the boat like take a piece of wood like this one and grab a straw put it right there and we get a make a sail like this greenie sail put it right there do it around and then let's add a pink top ready Oh oh there we go look at that what a beautiful boat but wait a second we need but we mean a person inside you want this one or this one ah let's do this one okay how does that look oh it's so bootiful that's funny hey and then let's take a giant squid okay now let's come over here we put the boat in the giant squid right here oh look at this this is the water table and it's really wet okay before we put the boat in the squid in the water let's go get our water jacket on hey water jacket is the color yellow it's nice and snug okay we're ready look okay let's put the boat oh wait a second let's go back here we have sea plastic pieces so then we can make an obstacle course ready okay here we go put one right there put one right there put one right here Oh put one over here whoa that's a big stretch these are the color yellow just like the jacket put one right there put one right a miniature green dump truck whoa and a green excavator let's see what we can dig up this is a triceratops whoa really old dinosaur we saw a small green dump truck earlier and now this is a big green dump truck [Music] [Applause] this looks like the area where you get a load up the dump truck watch okay load it up here we go this looks like the perfect place to dump all on this rock ready that was a big load in the back of the dump truck good job I'll get this room it's like we're in a forest pretty plants ooh and look at this this is like tree bark big this tree is over here do you see an animal that flaps its wings anywhere it's up there see [Music] that's the bird whoa look over here since we're in the forest [Music] there's a tent [Music] like we're going camping [Music] look Oh what and then there's a wood piece of log okay and then the vacuum tube room come here [Music] Hey see you graph the colorful balls and their scarves like the orange one purple one yellow one even the here we go now we have a lot of these we have to switch these up now you don't know where they're gonna go it's gonna go a different path that was a really fun blue spinny slide come over here look at this area Wow this area looks like you keep filled with these tubes whoa and there's smokestacks coming out of here whoa whoa hello can you see me hello don't worry I'm right here Hey whoa okay Wow whoa and look at this whoa this has smoke beneath all this water can you see it Wow it's so fun to touch it feels so good whoa Wow my hands are really wet whoa look at this it's sabor txt kind of like a water volcano the water just spins around really fast okay here's some colorful balls and I'll put them up here ready hey now that the tube is all walking loaded with those balls get ready whoa did you see those Wow okay I'm gonna grab some more these colorful balls like this pink one this yellow one this purple one and there should be some more coming oh another peak one oh one a white one okay get ready because I'm gonna launch him up there here we go hook up there whoa do you see him in the vortex now Wow launching the balls up there and then they go down the vortex hey just a couple more Wow that is so cool whoa this water vortex okay now that we're at the jobsite whoa we need to grab our tools like the show and brick and this giant okay let's bring everything over here okay oh okay this is gonna be the jobsite let's go look over here though all the tools like its jackhammer and whoa a hard hat and safety vest whoa that's very small maybe I won't wear a safety vest this time but I will wear a pair of blue safety goggles ooh look a nail gun a drill mallet Wow the crowbar ooh and a jigsaw and a tape measure whoa okay let's go oh good thing I have my hard hat on Hey safety combs let people know we're going to be building a house over here hey hey here we go some road sign oh here we go put this over here okay now all of our lumber is over here let's grab two of these one to put them down on the ground and it's get two really long ones okay there we go this is the foundation of our house that we're building okay ready you stay there and I'm just gonna start to build now turn the tops wait let's make it nice and sturdy there we go now oh let's put the tops of the house on here over here yeah last one right there looks like we just built a beautiful house let's test it out well it wasn't that strong look at where we are we're inside an oyster and look it's a giant pearl so white shiny and beautiful in these yeah these represent a grain of sand oh because if a grain of sand gets inside an oyster and from there it gets really irritated and then it creates a pearl whoa well well this was so much fun hanging out with you at this Children's Museum in Olympia
