many people often make red beans porridge ! today I am gonna share something special get steamed first sweet and soft it is nourishing and easy to do follow me to make it take 150 g red beans soak in water clean them then pour out pour much water again soak for at least 6 hours time is up they bulge up that's ready drain then put red beans into the food steamer spread them evenly anyway do not poach red beans first it would be less nutritious we just need to get them steamed add some water put it on cover and heat it up it would take 20 minutes take 150 g glutinous rice flour add some water stir in it is sticky and soft clean hands and get coated with oil take a part of it round it flatten it then that's it put them in till it brings up to a boil shake them slightly turn it up all float up take out and drain then put into the bowl which contains 300 g glutinous rice flour mix well it would be shaped soft and sweet knead it to be soft add some water if needed then add 40 g sugar knead i t for a while dump it spread some oil to stop from sticking knead it again it tends to be soft that's ready cover with plastic wrap put it aside time is up let's check it it smells good it would be ground easily that's ready pour in add some sugar pound it then that's ready it is grainy and tastes better take a part of it it would be as the same size as the yolk round it put it aside dump it knead and roll it into a log divide it into parts evenly take one of them round it flatten it fill in crease it shape it flatten it slightly take some sesame get it coated with sesame that's finished preheat and drizzle some oil spread it evenly put them in cover and bake for two minutes till turn golden brown time is up turn them over great ! they look so good bake again shake to make them heated evenly so that they would be baked well let's check it it smells good they look great ! turn them over so good ! they are bulging and golden brown take them out all gets ready put into a tray enjoy it wit h your family they look so good it feels soft it smells good let's check it soft and stringy it smells really good it is also soft would you like to try it I am gonna grab it it tastes amazing soft and sweet it is also nutritious that's easy to do it would be popular great ! it is also good for our health try it if you like you could also make it ! it tastes amazing that's all for today click and get more videos I would share some more cuisines then thanks see you
