special preview of remy's ratatouille adventure a courtesy of a really nice resort hopper named melanie and we're going to introduce you to her in just a second sorry we're a little late we had a little bit miscommunication about where to meet but we are in and we are ready to go and thank you so much for being here being patient uh everybody go ahead please and hit that red subscribe button want to introduce you to our friends here you already know chris and maria lbvtv and you see they got their gusto shirts on supposedly interacts with you in the line and the sign is there and everything i'm excited so we're going to enjoy that and then we got melanie who actually is the one in the resort tv one sure and she is the one who got us in today so thank you so much i love you as well that's pretty cool you get to you get to go to a ride preview that's not so we've got these we've got these chef hats here and they are forty dollars but they are very very elaborate you can oh and this is cool liam liam may need this eventually here that's pretty cool it's a little chef set [Music] i'm surprised oh yeah no um yup that you've been allowed to uh we've been allowed to stream it ever since the first cast previews so any annual pass previews are going on too so yeah actually uh our friend nick magical news live streamed it several times so yep that's all good 4.99 josh is it a long line for the attraction no it's not a long line for the attraction at all but we wanted to wait until we got in here to start just so we would really give you the full experience so we are the um we are we have these nice little remy hoodies here and then the the different uh characters here and all of the that we got emile and remy these are really cool then we got ride vehicles false top on it okay well those are 40 guys and i can see why oh i'm sorry so oh my gosh that is the coolest thing ever it's the plush that sits on your shoulder but only it's remote control and it moves oh that's a whole other oh my god i love how i can just crawl up your arm that's crazy all right i'm getting older that's super cool maria by the way hello to a fellow hoosier i'm from vincennes can see over here there is a decent amount of q over here even though they're saying they're going to do boarding groups for this attraction um which means that you'll have to do reservations like like a rise of the resistance so that is uh something to keep in mind but it isn't on the level it's not an e-ticket attraction like rise oh my gosh guys look at this [Music] there we go turn the sun glasses over the phone so that was around it moves around a lot yeah it does so i have an idea guys a couple ideas so we can do that a few different times but no it was a lot of fun and um we actually are going to be able to show you uh a few different way ride throughs on it so i hope you guys will join us but i've got an idea is there a height requirement no i don't believe there is no no height requirement but i got an idea i'm gonna switch my connection real quick so stay tuned for some intentional lag and that should do it there we go all right guys so [Music] so this is so this is pretty cool so some people were saying like a b or a c ride you know it's not a rise of the resistance and i don't think any i don't if you were expecting that you're going to be disappointed i don't think it was ever built as that it's [Music] yeah to me i think he's run away it's real and i think there's more everybody from what i read people were saying it was a lot of projections and a lot of you know just a lot of screens but honestly i was impressed like as you went through the kitchen everything was larger than life when you saw like all the sausages hanging down and all that stuff and they even have i don't know if you guys noticed but different smells in the kitchen as well it would smell like wine or something like cheese i mean it was they obviously did that yeah [Music] so that was awesome guys so oh wow it is like starting to line up so we're gonna do it one more time but i think uh a couple more times maybe but i think um the biggest thing for me was i was pleasantly surprised on how many actual rides that were in that it wasn't just projections no i'd say it was on par with the number of sets that are in runaway railroads so um so yeah it's not rising resistance but it's a very nice ride it's i would say it's definitely you know more interactive than say winnie the pooh or something i would think it's a little more interactive even than frozen maybe a little bit frozen's pretty good maybe it's on par with that [Music] oh yeah anybody would like it resort tv one lbv is the best team ever oh thanks guys all right guys let me know if what i did a minute ago like a galaxy's edge did this it would it gets less crowded as the hour goes on so maria got a tiara so chris had to get something too that's true yesterday so i had to get something in front of them because disney is licensing them the marvel stuff for spider-man so i'm wondering um if they'll say you know what you leave spider-man alone we'll leave rock and roll coaster alone because disney probably has a licensing agreement already with whoever already owned aerosmith uh the rights to aerosmith music i would think probably that licensing agreement would still hold even if universal yeah universal media bought all the rights to all the aerosols well it takes over in january this year i will say a universal music group is most of the copyright claims we get universal music groups owns a lot of disney stuff too oh wow so i think they have some kind of weird agreement so you guys haven't ridden speaking of universal you haven't ridden a glossy coaster yet oh it's amazing you think it's better than hybrids 100 okay it is really serious though it is a hardcore roller coaster so i can do smooth work right chris thinks i can do hagrid i can't imagine um i think you probably can it has a couple little stops and starts but it's not worse than thunder mountain okay well i can't use that i can't do that you can't beat from the mountain i think i actually think it's on the couple other streamers they just put the stream in the locker and then come back because you can't even have a backpack on it nothing i can't imagine yeah so i get well i guess maria could stay out and she could she could try and wave at you so space 220 i don't know oh really yeah we were on the hill going up and our logs stopped the big hills yeah we it was really fun because we got to go backstage and see like the little groundhogs oh that would be cool of course they're very strict you can't film when that happens and that's why if we ever get um we got on rise the same way we we not five out of five so here here's my rating scale the only two rides i would give six out of five rise and horizons they get six out of five they get their own category they get six out of five mickey's yeah um i know that's not a thing but i just made it a thing um and then i would say you know other rides that are amazing like people movers my five out of five you know because it's so amazing um you know all the classic space space mountain honda mansion all those would be the five out of five stuff like that um but then something like this four out of five as it goes on i may say three out of five but i was pleasantly surprised that there are more set pieces than i thought so what you said so chris says three i think i think you're right i think the initial opening is about a four but i i don't see this being as long of a line as frozen yeah i think frozen is gonna just because of the movie people love that movie more than i think this that people always wanted to die hard like this is one of our best what do you give at living in des moines i think there's like a die hard fan base but it's definitely more kid-centered right does that make sense for us right it really appeals to adults i can't say i know little kids that love like are obsessed with interior i know a lot of adults that are obsessed with gratitude but i think it's a more kid-friendly ride oh for sure my six out of five is quite a passage probably oh six out of five flight of passage see and i i'm gonna go i'm gonna go against the grain i will say five out of five for flight of passage i always rate rise higher than flight of passage i like flight of passage i like it but i like that i like that ryze has animatronics it has the technological advancements flight passage is cool it's like soaring on a banshee but it's cool i love it my argument for that is i'm a massive massive star wars fan yeah so i love fries yeah i'm not an avatar fan at all and i love that ride okay that's why to be able to visit somebody yeah [Music] it i still think it's great but because i'm not an avatar fan at all yeah i love that ride just as much as rise of resistance that's why i rate it higher i agree group and it's a lot of stress i think some people may be disappointed by that aspect of it if i just walked up and waited 20 minutes for this ride i'd be like that was awesome even half an hour yeah earth-shattering attraction but it's a lot of fun i think sometimes of disney fans we tend to get to like oh it has to be perfect or it has to be rise the resistance level for it to even be worthy of contention or discussion and i just think you know you can't you you can't have rise every time so it is a really good ride my honest opinion this is not a media preview it's cast member preview that i was invited to so again you know disney did not invite me to this so i'm giving my honest opinion um it is a great ride it really is i said four out of five stars in comparison i would give rise six out of five stars and then like haunted mansion or pirates like five out of five so if you want a reference of how i would rate it so i'd really rate it two levels below rise i mean if you really wanted to be tough i'd say you know five out of five on rise and maybe whatever i don't but but my point is it's a great ride it's wonderfully made it's creative and here's my other thing when you can see different things every single time you ride an attraction that's what they were talking about we got off if you can see different things every single time you ride then you know it's a good ride if you're not seeing the same thing every single time if you're not just getting the same experience but this ride actually has different tracks but so it's trackless it has different modes i guess i should say there's different modes and different ways that you can go through so it is really really creative and yes a copy of the paris one but i've never been on that so it's amazing there you go
