phenomenon I just got ready to meet Gloria and Britney for dinner I am really liking the length of my hair these days I think it's reached the nice length for the amount of layers I put in initially like I don't have a lot of hair the reason why I put Lo of layers is because my hair is really thin I don't have that much volume so if the front bits are really long like it weighs down and it just looks flat so have to trim these bits even if it looks like got around strands everywhere I'm going to be taking this bag with me which was given to me for my birthday for my friends I also just want to mention that I had a really good workout day at the gym I don't know if it was the time of day that I went to the gym or if it was because of the timing that I went in terms of I had lunch and then I went 2 hours later I know cuz I've been going to the gym late at night recently just because it gets really busy around like 6:00 p.m. and I don't know I just feel very stressed if there's a lot of people around me I like to have my space take my time when I'm at the gym but yeah it's kind of annoying because I do want to film more of myself at the gym not for like vlogging purposes but for me to see my progress and to see my posture Etc but I don't know I I keep on having these mental blocks every now and then um yeah so when I do include of me at the gym then that is me in a very good mood yeah just thought you guys would want to know that I had a good gym workout sesh this is the final outfit of the evening very simple not going to lie but just my light blue wash denim jeans I've got a white T-shirt with a green heart because my nails are green and I thought it'll be fitting to be matching and then over the top just a simple gray Blazer jacket thing that I usually wear to conferences but thought it matched the look and then this bag hopefully I shouldn't be too cold like it is getting a bit rainy and cloudy outside but I'm not going to be walking around much I'm flatmate gave me this statique interior scent for my birthday which I've been loving to just Spritz around my bed my room cuz it smells so good this was such a personal and meaningful gift because having lived together for a year and a half now she knows that I'm a major home body so in her letter she was just saying enjoy my home body time with this so yeah can restrict individuals [Music] [Music] [Music] so did some food shopping with Mom and my sister we also grabbed some sweet red bean Donuts so going to be snacking on this with the coffee cuz I haven't really had lunch but yeah would you do pediatrics you only need diagnosis diagnosis most like exent takeia [Music] in Joshua's case what do you do respiratory viral infections resistance and imuno gilin we not going to talk about uh for an example side effects uh so anti therapy is often to help this again it's not like we're both blind see how it ends there's already Sal on the so you talk like you didn't just walk out
